I’m doing long holds 1-5 minutes for now for 20 minutes average.

I am already almost 8.2 bpel at high EQ. The first inch came really quickly, in the first 6 months or so and then i added another 0.6. When i hit 8 bpel i wasn’t very consistent not exactly because i lost my motivation but due to life circumstances. I didn’t have privacy and time to do a consistent routine and i wanted to enjoy my gains, which i did.

That’s great keep doing exactly what you are doing, have patience and you will see the rewards.

How about Gentlepsychopath, I would like to ask you a question, I exposed my topic of despair for not gaining length on the Hispanic side and they have helped me a lot, they recommend that I look more at stretching in A y V that I dedicate between 25 to 30 minutes, I was reading all your yarn and that of MARINERA, both great, my query is I will start again but more with stretching, my routine that I plan to do is the second I have already 2 years in this world of the phallus

5 min right side

5 min left side

5 min LDP stretches (2.5 min per side, right and left

2min front with a twisting one turn

all this with fulcrum (fulcrum)

this routine would be fine and on the fulcrum what would be the exact measure of the fulcrum to stretch up and down

Yes fulcrum stretching is very effective for gaining length and potentially girth in the long run. The ideal fulcrum i believe is a glass bottle of wine. I use my forearm as a fulcrum since i have privacy issues but because hands are trained fatigue is not a problem. The important thing is that the fulcrum should be big and thick enough to cover the surface of the penis and allow the whole penis to expand. Small fulcrums like fingers or other objects target a small area of the penis and you don’t want high pressure in a small spot of your penis.
I have a personal preference for the A stretch because i feel the stretch better and the grip in the downward movement is more friendly for the glans. During the fulcrum stretch don’t try to pull hard in order to keep the stretch because this way you will not be able to hold it for long due to fatigue. You want to hold your penis at the stretched length on the surface of the fulcrum without unnecessary force.

how about my estimate, my query is as follows, during the fulcrum you should feel the stretch near the base or simply stretch the penis and that’s it

Another consultation is better to see a support according to the length of your penis, or to do it with an official measure, that is, the indicated bottle of wine (6 cm in diameter)

Dry jelqing is a magical exercise. I gained 0.2 inch girth in less than 3 weeks. I went from 5.3 inches of girth to 5.5.

I am not exactly sure about my starting girth but i think it was 5.1 inches and i went to 5.3 only from the manual stretching. That’s because when you gain too much length it’s possible that you will get a little increase in girth. Also fulcrum stretching helps with girth gains if you do them long enough.

Full erection ? Flaccid ?

Thank you bro, you will reach the same if you persist in a smart way. With PE you should not be in a hurry for gains, it’s all about continuous effort, but the rewards are real and totally worth. For newbie stretching start slowly and stretch for 10-15 minutes 4 days on 3 days off or 5 on 2 off. After 2-3 weeks increase the time to 20 minutes and progressively raise the total stretching time as you become more conditioned. Rest days are very important and when you are new less is more.

I will make a post about my dry jelqing technique, which is not mine but is way more efficient and way more safer than the traditional jelqing with the OK grip. I jelq at 70-90% erection level.

First of all with jelqing we want to avoid putting pressure on the dorsal vein or on the urethra, which is a very sensitive organ. The OK grip squeeze both the dorsal vein and the urethra even if you try to avoid it. The most important part is to put the pressure only on the sides of the penis, to the Corpora Cavernosa bodies. You want to move the blood, which is inside the erectile chambers. Below 70% erection there is not so much blood to move and expand and with more than 90% the tunica walls become very rigid to squeeze and less deformable. Also with more than 90% the internal pressure can be very high and i don’t think that is a good thing for the veins.

I use the both hands, each hand for each side of the penis. In fact there are two grips each for each side. Take your thumb, your index and your middle finger and bring them together. Place each grip to the sides of the penis, put the skin under your fingers, squeeze with your finger pads and go up with both hands while putting the pressure to the sides. I jelq with both hands in a upward direction, which is my natural erection angle. At the end of each stroke i loosen my grips in order to go back to the base and start a new stroke. In the brief moment when i loosen my grip to start a new rep i kegel hard to push more blood in and then i trap the blood with the new grip at the base. I repeat this process and if a lose my erection i stimulate a new erection. The ideal erection level is when you are erect enough to see the blood expand your penis but not too erect that you have to squeeze intensely because the tunica walls are very hard.

1-The warm-up is necessary to gain length, I know it is necessary to avoid injury, but if it is necessary?

2-if so what would be the best method for you

3-what stretch or stretches should you spend more time or do one or 2 or 3

4- my routine is the second I have 1 week in it

10min V-stretch

5 min right side stretch

5min left side

please help if the routine is ok or if I only have to do 1 or 2 stretches

Warm up can help you gain better yes, so if you can of course use heat.
Your routine is very good. If i was you i would change only the side stretches to simple downward stretches.
10min A-strerch
10min V-stretch
10min stretching downwards

It doesn’t that side stretches are not good, they are, this is just my personal preference.

I try a new variation of fulcrum stretching. It’s a bundled upward fulcrum stretch or a bundled V stretch.
I grab my penis with the V grip, i place the fulcrum (my forearm) to the base of my penis at the dorsal side like the regular V stretch and i stretch. So during the first stage i perform a simple V stretch, but then i rotate my already stretched penis 180 degrees and i keep the strain like that. When i start the simple V stretch with the V grip i don’t face my palm and then when i do the rotation now i face my palm. So i start with the traditional V grip and i end up with the reverse V grip after the bundle.

This exercise is in fact the upward side fulcrum stretching described in Marinera’s thread. The reason i do the rotation with my penis stretched is because i have noticed that if i do the rotation before the fulcrum placement with my penis already bundled, gives me a slight pain on the sides. When i rotate my already stretched penis over the fulcrum feels way better.

In this exercise if you try to force the strain your wrist will be fatigued really really fast. That’s why is important to just keep the penis stretched by focusing only on the strain and relaxing. Remember to do this stretch ONLY completely flaccid.
