Goal:

I’ve made it to the 2" club. Pretty cool. Took 141 days for the first inch (@EG(ms)=5.375", Volume(ms)=17.24ci) and 306 (more) days for the second inch (@EG(ms)=5.75", Volume(ms)=22.36ci).

All’s well with the BTC hanging work. It is proving, for the second time in my PE career, to be the fastest length growing training method for me. But girth is at a standstill. My volume grows at a constant rate regardless of my training…and I’m flat out doing length growing now, so there’s no girth growth at all. No evidence of girth loss however, i.e. no Poisson ratio effect*. Just gonna keep doing the BTC work for another month or two, Tiger’ll let me know when it’s time to pull it in for a pit stop. Seems to be purrin’ fine for now :)

Xeno…What was your hanging routine? I’m impresed with your gains.

When I’m only hanging, as is the case now, I hang in the morning for 4-6 20 minute sets, with the number of sets determined by how early I woke up. I jelg for about 10 minutes after each session and wear an ADS for the rest of the day. I typically miss 1 or 2 days a month.

There have been, and will be, periods when I do more than only hanging. At these times, hanging has still been part of my training, but other methods (jelqing and clamping primarily) represent the majority of the work during these periods. I employ rest days during these periods.

A little over a month of pretty much everyday BTC and SD hanging got me 0.125” BPEL. I’ll take that deal every time. I’m still mostly working with weights from 20-24 lbs. I’ve become inspired by aristocane’s girth gains and having noted the double-clamp method that he uses, I built a double-clamp (photo below) and have started to transition from my length focused hanging program into a girth focused double-clamp clamping program. The double-clamp is just 2 medium cable clamps that are crazy-glued together with a neoprene liner then glued to the interior surface. It does provide a more intense clamp than does one clamp, so I’m more wading into double-clamp clamping than diving.

Double-clamp clamping has really got my interest though. I’ve done some (single-clamp) clamping as part of several previous training cycles, but never really got into it that much as I’ve always been more focused on length. But I’m starting to think that its time to focus more on girth. I estimate that, on average, my PE training to date has been focused about 85% length:15% girth. For the last 5 weeks it’s been 100% length. So, over the last couple of days I’ve started phasing in double clamping while reducing my hanging time. I’ll probably introduce some HTW pumping at some point as well and will certainly up my jelqing erection level. Over the next 2-3 weeks I’ll move the focus of my training to about 70% girth:30% length. The length work (stretching, jelqing, hanging) will hopefully cement my length and (hopefully) assist in loosening up my tunica for girth work. I’ll probably do this girth focused training for about 6 weeks with a decon break to follow.

I wish you the best chasing the girth down. That double clamp looks like it will be very effective. I’ll stay tuned to hear your progress with it.

Thanks Alice, I hope to have some positive things to report. But in any case, I’ll certainly post my impressions and thoughts on double-clamp clamping as I explore it.

I forgot to mention in my last last hanging report post that my LOT has dropped to 7:30. I use a goniometer to measure with, so I’m getting good precision. I use methods to insure high reproducibility of body geometry for each measurement…they’re accurate. 7:30 is as low as my LOT has ever been. It was 8:30 5 weeks ago after a period of high angle (9:00-12:00) hanging, so I was able to ‘see-saw’ a length gain out (0.125") by using low angle (BTC and SD) hanging since then. Pretty quick gain. Pretty neat.

I’ve been too busy to get any PE work in for the last week. I’ve decided to just run with that, so I’m now on a decon break. I was really overdue for one anyway. I plan to continue this break until sometime after 1/1/06 in order to get at least 6 weeks in.

I want this thread to be as complete as possible with respect to presenting what PE I’ve done, so here’s a link to a description of hot tub jelqs and hot tub SPS extending, both of which were instrumental to my early to mid-career gains.

Here’s a post about the Bow and Arrow Stretch (BAS), very useful for strengthening the BC muscle and for stretching the tunica. I’ll continue to use this exercise to aid my SKF practice even after I retire from PE.

Midshaft EG = 5.875”. Here’s a measurement pic, along with a couple others. Base girth is 6.75”. Here’s the latest stats report:
