Lymph observations for pumpers and vacuum hangers

I had a incident here about a month ago, where I developed a congested lymph vessel.

It appeared as a vein like structure under the skin, that was firm. It didn’t have the vein color, but part of that was because it was below the skin too deep to see color.

I tried all kinds of potion, lotions and paks…and it finally cleared after about 2 weeks when I did some low vacuum pumping. I don’t know if that’s what cleared it,or it was just time.

I am fully back into my pre-injury routine… and I think I understand the mechanism of injury.

I want to pass it on to you, to help others avoid this particular pitfall.

When I use my vacuum hanger, either with small wts for long times or heavy wts for short times…it tends to draw lymph into the glans.

I created a vacuum hanger that allows the entire glans to expand, therefore I can fill it with a fair amount of lymph fluid.

It is different when it fill the tissue of the glans, than when it fills the skin.

When it fills the skin, the skin gets puffy and thick. When the glans get filled, it just looks normal, but larger, and slightly paler.

The same thing can happen with pumping to varying extents (depending on time and vacuum), except your entire unit can then accumulate lymphatic fluid.

If when you finish pumping or vacuum hanging, you let it return to normal, or massage it…I notice that the lymph vessels along the length of my unit and especially at the base begin to distend…as the lymph fluid drains out of the penis and back into the lymphatic system.

I never really put this together before.

I can come out of the tube fairly fine, that is no lymphatic vessels standing out or any hard nodules…but when I go to clamp or what ever…I start to notice the lymphatic vessels standing out all over my unit.

Now that I realize what is happening…I see it is a good thing.

This is the excess lymph starting to fill the lymph vessels to be taken back to the lymphatic system…in other words, draining back to where it belongs.

After pumping or vacuum hanging, take the time to massage your unit toward your abdomen. This will help drain the lymph out of your unit, and restore it to normal.

Do this until there is no more distention of any of the lymphatic vessels.

Where I got into trouble was that I would immediately clamp or thera-p wrap, which would keep this excess lymph trapped into these enlarged lymph vessels and nodes.

In the case of the thera-p, I would keep it on for hours, then go straight back into vacuum hanging or pumping.

It finally caused enough trauma that it wasn’t able to drain.

I suspect that is one of the injuries we see here fairly often.

For those who aren’t sure what I mean, you will see the vessels look similar to veins except they can run the entire length of the penis and be whitish in color, or at least much paler than blood vessels, and feel firm to hard when engorged with fluid.

It can also appear as a node, a rounder separate firm object that appears where you hadn’t seen something before, or a chain of nodes.

Now after pumping or vacuum hanging I take time to drain the vessels back down toward my stomach, then, when everything looks normal again, I will clamp or thera-p or what ever madness I have planned for the day.

This has been working much better.

I have experienced problems with my lymph vessels just below my glans. Recurring problem with pumping, clamping, etc.

That is where my problem developed…took 2 weeks to clear.

I thought I had permanently damaged myself.

I was doing EVO oil, castor oil…everything I knew. It wasn’t until I went to pumping for 5 minutes at about 1 in hg that it cleared.

I think if its been there a long time, scarring may have set in, permanently compromising that particular lymph channel.

With time it may heal yet.

Read carefully my above post, it may help prevent future problems.

I took over 6 months and still never fully healed.

Went to pump today…and found I had developed ANOTHER one at the base of my unit! Hard, pale vein like structure, slightly painful

I hadn’t done any PE since the previous day, so its been there at least 18 hrs.

I used what worked last time…I low vacuum pumped, then massaged it firmly toward my abdomine…voila…FIXED!

I am now almost positive that these lymph vessels can get congested and will seal shut from the swelling and block the back flow of lymph fluid.

It seems if you can expand them, massage out the fluid…it may help a lot you you out there.

Sparkyx, thanks for some very valuable information.I just began pumping about a week and a half or so ago,so I’m still only doing one set a day.But I will definitely heed you advice at the end of my session.I have been wet jelqing for about ten minutes after each set to even out the lumps. But I will also start massaging back towards my base as you suggested.

I think it is only critical when you do some sort of constriction right after pumping.

If you just pump and nothing that causes constriction afterward, much less likely to have the problem.

By the way…if you’re getting “lumps” you’re probably at too high of a vacuum, although it may just be temporarily engorged lymph vessels or nodes.

Do they go down soon after you end your pumping sessions?

Yes I can usually just massage them out.By the time I finish my jelq session there are no lumps.I was using too much pressure when I started because I didn’t feel I was getting anything from the sessions. But now I stay at about 5 in Hg and it comes out of the tube in good shape. Thanks for taking the time to respond to my response!

Just finished fixing ANOTHER friggin clogged lymph vessel, this one lasted about a week.

I had been hanging with about 5 lbs using my vacuum hanger, and had been getting clogged vessels every time!

Fortunately, I had been able to trace the vessel down to the furthest clogged point, push pretty firmly toward my body and instantly open and drain them.

This last one…no go!

So I was going to go to the next level of treatment which is low vacuum pumping to open them up, then massage them again.

The problem was, I had skin bruising from pumping, and every time I’d use even 2 in hg, they would flair right up again!

So now, I couldn’t hang…couldn’t pump…or jelque or clamp (all would flair the skin up) so basically I was stuck for a couple weeks with this sore and congested vessel….it SUCKED!

Anyway, I had been looking at the flesh light site, and I saw that they had a flesh light/pump for expansion and fun…hummm interesting concept!

You see, I’ve been trying to give up porn, but the problem is that I won’t stay hard in the tube without it…so I was interested in the flesh light/ pump concept as a solution.

Plus I thought maybe the fleshlight would act as a condom and help protect my apparently sensitive dick.

So…as a interim experiment, I broke out a section of bicycle inner tube and fit it over the end of my 2” cylinder and did a short session.

Results; totally protected my skin, except for the tip of my glans, totally prevents fluid build up!

Now here is the weird part…I had tried this briefly about a year ago, but instantly dismissed it because it is so tight that it prevents my dick from expanding to even normal size, let alone larger than normal.

What I found is that after a 15 minute session…I was hanging heavy and thick!

I actually have seen my girth return to my previous best of about 6 ” !

I hang long and thick all day, and nite wood has come roaring back!

So, the million dollar question is…..is this a method of growth, or is it just protecting my abused dick enough to allow it to recover from what I’ve been putting it through?

Its been about 4-5 days, and I am starting to think that it is expanding my dick.

In a couple weeks, I will be able to give a definitive answer.

For now I can say it has actually fixed my clogged vessel, feels great, allowing my skin to heal, solved the pump/porn problem, given me some incredible nite/ morning wood and a really heavy flaccid hang.

All this in about 1-2 15 minute sessions no heat required!

If it gives me a bigger dick then I will be ready to declare it a whiz-bang PE technique!

This thread is interesting. I have a friend that is producing and is soon to be selling a new vacuum hanger. It is really amazing. Soon as I have 20+ posts I will be putting up a thread about it including pics. It will retail at a very low price and be almost identical to this one: http://malebridge.com/e_commerce/ca…t_detail&p=1751 but less than half the price. It is highly comfortable and tests have gone as high as 19 pounds in comfort (proof in pics). Watch this space.

Sparkx, you believe this is simply from pumping in a bicycle tube?Do you use it like condom pumping? Is that the idea?Because it sounds awesome and I am very intrigued.

Condom pumping is where you put on a condom like normal, then do your pumping routine.

With inner tube pumping, both ends are open, so the tip of your glans is exposed to the vacuum force.

If I had some way to seal the end effectively, with no air in it…I’d like to try it.

What I am doing is just leaving the end open inside the tube, and stretching the other end around the opening of the tube.

So it is like a rubber sleeve inside the vacuum cylinder, open to the vacuum inside the cylinder.

I have been getting really heavy flaccid hangs, great nite and morning wood, and it virtually eliminates skin damage and lymph migration.

I’m really tempted to start a thread about this, but I’m sick of declaring early victories…only to have to recant later on.

I’m gonna give it a few weeks so I can really see where it goes, but for now, honestly I’m getting the best response of anything I have ever done.

What I recommend is start with 10 minute session, and make sure you don’t go higher with the vacuum than normal (remember that the glans tip is unprotected).

Watch your unit afterward, you may get a short period of contraction afterward, followed by a heavy flaccid hang.

If you get it right, the contraction won’t last more than 1-2 hours…at most.

Right now I’m experimenting with 10 minutes in the morning, and 10 minutes at nite…seems to be working great, but I’ll know when I exceed my largest previous girth measurement.

I recommend jelquing the tube and kegel on either the up or down stroke ( I switch off). It should be a very pleasant feeling, which will help to get hard as possible, which I think is a big help.

I’m starting to think that it is a mechanism of expansion that has been overlooked up until this point.

Rather than inflating the erectile cells with either a vacuum or jelquing or clamping….I think what is happening is that you take those cells and squeeze them, resulting in stretching the cell walls.

I think of it like squeezing a balloon, causing the balloon to bulge out from underneath your hand.

It could very well be that a big part of the effect of jelquing IS the squeezing of the cells at your grip level.

If you ask clampers what happens at the area that the clamp goes over, you’d think that there would be no expansion of girth UNDER the clamp…but I think you’ll find that under the clamp has the GREATEST expansion!

PS. nite and morning wood has gotten so hard, that it is waking me up! I haven’t had that on a regular basis for a very long time!

Hi, Sparkyx;

Are you sure that what you are seeing are not just veins that are blood congested? These appear as whitish/yellowish as opposed to the blue arteries and are not just bumps but are longer vessel networks. After a couple years of PE I developed a lot of these. Asked the uro because I was concerned that they were so turgid and rubbery; couldn’t be easily compressed. They appear when I get to about 50 percent erect and stay there for the duration of the erection. Uro said not to worry; nothing is clogged; mine are just very blood filled veins and that I’d probably develop more of them as I continued with pumping. That did happen. They are never inflamed; never painful.

The way I understand lymphatic buildup, this is a sub-dermal, inward seepage issue on a cellular level (as in doughnut) rather than a vascular one, but perhaps you have something else happening.

Hi sparky-

A variation on the inner tube idea:

from HTW: its a wrap.

When I was pumping, I’d typically pump between 6-10in Hg for 2 sets of about 10 minutes…resulted in a great pump of both the glans and the shaft with no circ scar donutting and very little, if any, lymph buildup in the shaft. I used 2 HTWs, leaving my glans exposed, with the distal ends of the HTWs turned down over my circ scar for extra confining pressure over that most subject to donutting area. I thought it worked out real well.

Definately lymph vessels! I would watch as I would massage my lymph swollen glans (from vacuum hanging).

I would see the swelling leave the glans, then I would see the lymph vessels start to swell and bulge as the lymph would drain out of the glans into the larger vessels in order to be drained back into the lymphatic system.

If they would drain successfully, the vessels (long vein like, except pale colored, with lumps at spots) would then go down and disappear.

The problem would come when a vessel would get clogged for what ever reason, then the lymph distal to the blockage would back up some length up the vessel.

If I could find the area closest to my body that was distended, and massage it firmly toward my body…many times it would drain in a matter of seconds.

If I couldn’t drain it, it would stay distended until I could. It would be hardish, pale and sore.

Many times after a good pump session, especially if there was some accumulation of lymph in the skin, I wouldn’t see any pale bumps or vessels at first, but as I massaged out the lymph, they would appear (as the fluid drained into the lymphatic vessels, back to the main vessels to drain) for a while, then dissappear.

I never really understood what was happening until I clogged a few of them.
