I have been pumping for about a month now and am currently packing the tube. My whole cock is pushed up against the tube except for right below the head, about a quarter inch down. A few questions if you guys wouldn’t mind answering for me.

First, will my head expand to fill the tube?

Second, my baseball bat it almost evened out and was wondering if I could keep packing this tube until it has finished evening out outside of the tube.

Thirdly, if I stay with this tube to try to get more length and finish getting rid of the bat, what are my chances of developing water blisters? I am currently pumping 2/10 minute sets at 4.5 to 5.5 in/hg. This routine doesn’t cause any pain, discomfort or any negative affects.

I’ve just started pumping this week after reading this post. To get started, I just rigged a pump out of a plastic energy drink bottle and an automotive brake vacuum pump from my garage. It’s a little crude, but will work until I can get something a little more main stream. I’m in the first week so I’m doing the 10 minutes a session then jelqing and will start working up per the routine in this thread. It’s only been a couple of days, but the results have been great so far.

Connected my new pump, with a gauge, to the Handsome Up bulb pump. At max I got 10hg, from the Handsome Up bulb, but as Capernicus says, I predict 5-6 at best. For 10hg the bulb had to be resurrected from being collapsed to give that result. So even though I resurrect a collapsed bulb during my routine with the Handsome Up I got no where near the fluid build up at 7.5hg with the new pump and gauge. I think 5-6 hg for the Handsome Up is generous. New pump virtually doesn’t leak witch is also a bonus.

The fluid build up that you get under the glans from pumping, if you pump too long/too much over time, can that become permanent? Just extra skin sitting there or something? Or is the fluid build up just a temporary annoyance?

First question: No, it’s not permanent.
Second:”Just fluid, to develope skin there you need to much fluid and say a lot of it (it’s hard develope skin in this area unless your skin is very tin)

I’m thinking of pumping to help increase length increase which under my current routine has stalled.

But I have a few concerns….

I have a large girth and don’t really want to increase that.
Also I was told that a pump is mainly to increase girth, or will increase girth more than length. Is that right?

After reading through the more recent pages of this thread I am not sure how to incorporate pumping into a routine. What is the best way to pump along with heating, stretching and jelqing? I see people who jelq before pumping for example, and I’m not sure if that is the way to go or not.

If you’re avoiding girth, I wouldn’t consider pumping. Yes it is definitely a girth device and when used normally you’ll gain massive temp girth. There are methods to target length with pumping but they are very advanced and involve short bursts of very high (like 15-20hg) pressures to stretch your dick. Thoughtfulgold is doing some experimenting with this technique, follow his progress thread for more if you’re curious. This guy has years and years of experience so unless you are that comfy I can’t recommend that.

If I were you i would just stick to stretches… they definitely work great for me for length, actually almost too great. Or try hanging.

I’m looking at hanging or stretching, but not sure how they are different or the same. You can stretch up or down with devices but only hang downwards of course. So I gotta work out where to start.

Ever since the loss of tug theory has more or less become obsolete, I’d say hanging and stretching both work the same regardless or which direction you pull. The only real difference is that hanging specifically targets only the suspensory ligaments while manual stretches can target the tunica itself or the ligaments individually. Obviously hanging is much more strenuous and intense, so you should start with stretches first.

If you’re new, stretch with your hands, no devices needed. Don’t even consider hanging until you’ve exhausted your gains from normal manual stretching. 20-30 minutes a day of manual stretching and I gained half an inch in 2 months, which is ridiculously fast as far as I’m concerned.

I’ve been stretching with my hands for 20 minutes per day and gained one 1/2 inch but hit a plateau for a year still doing this method. Only now am I considering a new routine, with ADS.

So I’ve exhausted my gains. Wondering whether to start easing into ADS or ease into 2 hours of hanging per day, or combining both?
