A couple of months ago I started doing something that some have said can’t be done. I did this based upon information from a pm and from reading this thread at PEGym:

The above individual apparently puts oil in the tube and hangs weights straight down. I use air and cannot get a good enough seal to hang straight down. So I use a pulley system where the pulley hangs from a large hook screwed into a beam on the wall above my desk alcove. I use a heavy-duty nylon rope/line which is connected to the tube (double-looped around the tube) on one end and the weights are connected to an S hook on the other end. This arrangement allows me to sit in my chair and tilt my fat pad so it remains flush to the base of the tube.

Experimenting with different sized tubes I found that the 2.25” size is best for me. With this system I have been hanging up to 30 lbs. It is a little tricky but the bottom half of my shaft expands to the wall of the pump and holds the tube in place.
At higher weights I need to go up to 10 Hg to keep the tube sealed to my minimal fat pad—at least temporarily. After a few minutes of expanding in the tube I can usually reduce the pressure to 7.5 Hg without the tube breaking its seal. At lower weights of 17.5 lbs or less I usually start at 7.5 Hg and then can reduce to 5.0 Hg.

NOTE: Keep in mind that I am conditioned. Hanging with the Bib for three years using weights as high as 37 ½ lbs, and pumping for almost as long has been a learning and conditioning experience. Because of all this, I feel comfortable doing what I am doing. Others should only consider this routine at much lower pressure.

Even with my conditioning, at the higher pressures I usually use a gauze wrap over my glans and then place a plastic cap (from a small spray can) over the wrap and then place a silicone sleeve over everything to hold it all together (kind of like the LG hanger set-up). This helps protect the glans and the upper half of the shaft.

I also use ball rings for both low-hanging balls and to keep too much scrotal skin from filling the tube. Some skin is OK as it helps create the needed seal. When all the planets align, I have a huge dick and low hanging balls—the best of both worlds IMHO.

This is an awesome set-up! The combination of the pump expanding everything and the weights stretching the expanded cells is affording me an immense size. The volume increase mentioned at the beginning of this post is pre-pumping—and only after waiting until the next day. When I come out of the pump I am 7.1” flaccid length and 7” + flaccid girth, depending on where I measure along the shaft. This size slowly dissipates over the coming hours but still is large 24 hours later.

Because there are so many moving parts in all of this I will need to keep doing this for a while in order to determine permanence. But I can’t help thinking that the synergy of pumping and hanging may be a game changer—at least for me. I like a big fat flaccid—and a big fat erection!

Sounds like a killer routine.. when stretching the tube several minutes at high vacuum level.

Have been practicing something while pumping. I try and use the pubic muscles to push the blood forward up into the shaft. It feels very much like the excited energy of orgasm building up. That prior sensation to ejaculation, helps me focus and know I am performing it correctly.

Gives me better expansion and makes the penis visibly more vein.

I’m sure this has been noted before, but different lube amounts to different severity of edema.

My usual lube is normal water-based lube. Combined with Mr. Fantastic’s dynamic pump I can go from 5.8” to 6.3” without any form of edema. If I keep going with whatever routine I picked (Be it any combination of duration and measure of vacuum) I get edema. If I try silicone lube combined with low and long sessions I can go to 6.7” of expansion without edema. If I go on, edema shows up.

Granted, it only works with low vacuum (cycle between -2 and -5, slooowly) and the expansion doesn’t last long (2 hours as opposed to 12+ hours with water-based lube). Fun to see it that big, if only for shits and giggles.

Brand new pumper here - and I have a basic question that I think I know the answer to…

Pumped for the first time yesterday, 10 mins, varying between 2-3 in Hg. I wouldn’t consider it something pleasurable as others have suggested in the past.

I’m guessing that with time, my penis will become conditioned, and instead of being uncomfortable, it might even be enjoyable?

Actually gnome, I am just like this. I find being in the pump can be too stimulating now, it has caused me to ejaculate a few times. It has forced me to become more aware of my penis’s sensitivity, quite a good pay off!

Long duration low pressure vs intense medium pressure

I was pumping regularly between January and July 2014 until the odd appearance of discolouration half way up my shaft made me stop.

I gained lots of girth in that time (about 1/2”) but little length (about 1/4”) So I’m quite happy with that but worried about the discolouration returning when I start pumping again.

I have continued PE in the form of “hot” manual stretching - I will only stretch when my penis feels hot all the way through which means alternating between 3-4 minutes stretching and 10- 15 minutes of reheating with my Thermotex far infra-red heat pad.
I find this technique very promising, I’m able to stretch my flaccid over 1/2” longer than my BPEL.(20cm)

I’m in my 3rd week of Amlactin treatment for the discolouration and am seeing the first signs of skin lightening, there are mottled lighter patches appearing and the pigment seem more red. So hopefully by November I will start pumping again.

My usual pumping routine was done with a maxi-erection under medium vacuum pressure - 5Hg for around 1 hour, broken up into 3-4 segments. It was rare that I would get much lymph build up but I’d always get blood spotting which built up under the skin to cause the discolouration.
I knew I had a successful routine when I managed to maintain a rock hard erection for at least 45 minutes of the hour, I would kegel and milk the tube to help achieve this.

I will modify my routine into a longer and lower vacuum pressure routine of 60 - 120 minutes at 2-3 hg.3-4 times per week. Pumping will be for girth and I will continue hot stretching for length, every other day.

The problem I had when I experimented with lower vacuum pressures is that it was easier to lose the maxi-erections. A lot of people swear by clamping as the best girth exercise but the same thing happens once clamped, the penis remains blood engorged but loses hardness.

What do you experienced pumpers think? Will the girth continue to increase this way?

Have you tried just doing firegoat rolls after pumping dongalong?

I can’t really comment on using pressures around the 2-3 level. 5 would be very low for me, but I think I would gain with 1 to 2 hours at that level. However, I also know I would get quite a lot of fluid buildup, which I don’t get at higher levels, or times of under an hour or so. I just do a couple of minutes of jelqing then firegoat rolls after and everything is back to normal colour. If for any reason it isn’t, I take a day or 2 off until it’s pink again. :)

Try 3 x 20 second rolls with a 40-60% erection. Do a few seconds of gentle jelqs between sets. Doesn’t take long and is worth it if it saves you from discolouration. :)

Greetings from England. I am just a few days away from my first PE anniversary and a few weeks ago I made the switch from pure jelqing to a routine that incorporates both jelqing and pumping.

Like many I have a sensitive unit that turtles easily. During my first 10 months of jelqing I gained a little over 1/2 inch in length (when erect) and a marginal girth gain.

Being a pumping newbie - experiencing only a month in the tube I am still trying as much as I can to realize my goals and find out what is best for me and my unit.

Before I pump I jelq to a semi erection before entering the tube. My erection bends upwards so I wouldn’t, neigh couldn’t, enter the tube fully erect. I want safety first so I am currently pumping at low pressure, (between 2.5 - 3.5 HG). It is my intention to increase time slowly as my prior experience with modest manual stretching really messed with EQ and since I am finally enjoying significant improvement in night time and morning wood I really don’t want to upset the apple cart.

While in the tube I sport a heavy looking, chunky and firmish but not fully erect penis. My length in the tube never exceeds 1.5 inches of my actual erect size outside of the tube.

Since my penis never gets fully erect in the tube is this likely to affect actual growth? Pumping is still relatively new to me so any advice would be appreciated.

Just a quick question that might sound a bit silly. When you say a session lasts 10 minutes, do you mean you pump till the limit and leave it for that period of time? Or you pump to the limit then let the pressure and go and start again until you reach the 10 minutes?

Hey guys, quick newbie question - last night I had an amazing session, first time packing my tube more than 1/3 of the way up! However, the pump that I have has a rubber “cap” that you slip in to keep your balls from getting sucked in. Last night, I broke the cap; split it from the opening to the rim of the tube. I’m guessing this is a sign of growth and a sign that I can do without it. I pumped for another 10-15 minutes without the cap and didn’t notice much difference (actually seemed to expand easier). My question is, is it harmful to use this tube without the cap? It may be related to sizing, so I’ll post my stats below:

My peen:
EL: 7.188”
Base EG: 6.438”

My tube:
Length: 8”
Diameter: 2.5”
