Yes most women prefer girth to length, but both is good! I would not recommend pumping every day; you need time for new tissue to form, rather than just tearing it down all the time. Take at least a couple of days a week off. (Rest days are less important with stretching type length work).

I vary how I pump a lot, but I often do a few minutes heating, followed by jelqing, followed by 5 minutes static pumping, all of which serves to loosen up the tissues and get them ready to stretch, then I re-heat and do 15 or so minutes cyclic (dynamic) pumping, followed by 20-40 minutes static pumping, at various levels of vacuum, depending on ‘feel’.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Newbie here. Got the LA pump as my first pump. The suction keeps slipping, probably because I can’t get a tight seal at the base of the pump. There is pure glass at the end with no rubber suction. How do you all do it? Do you have to completely shave or can there still be pubic hair down there?

It’s normal for these pumps to lose pressure slowly so you have to give an extra pump or 2 now and again, but if you have to constantly pump, you might want to try shaving the base of your penis. You have a professional type cylinder that does not require a rubber seal, but a little baby oil or lotion lubrication will also help maintain a better seal.

Hi, I'm a Noob and This Is Where I'm At.

First off, thank you for being here! After reading this entire thread, following most of the links and just wandering around I’ve learned so much.

That said:

I’ve been pumping since October, found Thunders in late November. Considering I started without knowing where to start, I think I’ve settled on a routine that revolves around pumping and small things will get added as I move along.
I was hoping to get some feedback on said routine:

-Warm up: 3-4 min dunked junk in tolerably hot water, then, stretch; up, left, right, and out.
-I “OK” jelq overhand and standard, lubed with light-medium grip @ 70%-95% erect; 10-20 times per hand per position.
-Water pump 75%-95% erect @ 3Hg for 15 minutes, with heating pad (water proof)
-Then 0Hg for 15 minutes, just a long warm rest while flaccid.
-Then water pump 75%-95% erect @ 3Hg for 15 minutes, again warmed.
-I end as erect as possible and massage lightly for a few minutes.

I’m currently doing three days on, one or two off, depending on my PI’s due to the following:
-The third day on: I usually add a home made adjustable cock (and balls) ring at the end of the session for 7 minutes, starting erect and kegeling until super hard. I do this in hopes of gaining girth.
Sometimes I won’t be ripping hard the day after this added step, however the second or third day, I usually have a penis made of steel between my legs, when erect of course.

So that’s my routine, I’m open to suggestions and/or constructive criticism.

2 questions

1) I am packing a 1.5” cylinder almost to my glans by the end of my session. I am going for length first but also girth. Should I stick with the 1.5” cylinder for awhile longer in order to gain length? How do I know when it is time to move to a 1.75” cylinder?

2) I have heard Gprent and others say that they stay under constant vacuum for up to 45 minutes, between 3-5 hg. Does this mean that you are not releasing the vacuum at all during that time? I would like to stay under vacuum that long, but I’m looking for some reassurance that it is safe. Gprent and anyone else’s input would be appreciated.

I have been pumping off and on for several months but am taking it seriously now. I’m starting week 4. I am currently doing a five minute warm-up followed by 20 minutes in the tube from 3Hg to 5 Hg followed by jelqing. I then do one more 20 minute session at the same pressures followed by more jelqs.

I would say you can order a 1.75” right now. You can then start your pump sessions using the 1.5” and as you pack it, switch over to the 1.75”. This is called staging.

I prefer to not release pressure when I pump for 30 to 45 minutes continuously. As a matter of fact, I slowly increase the pressure to the 6 and 7”hg range. Try starting with a 30 minute session and always start with the pressure at the low end of your range. After each 5 minute increment, you can start bumping the pressure up. After getting comfortable with several sessions at 30 minutes, start bumping you time up in 5 minute intervals. For these longer sessions, when you exit the tube, your cock might appear redder or darker then normal, but with 5 minutes or more of massage or jelqing, the color should return to normal. Do not be too forceful with jelqing after pumping.

When staging, if you are two thirds or more packing a cylinder, you can switch to the next size up. You can wait until it is fully packed of you like.

Switch in the middle and keep the total time to 30 minutes or where ever you are in your time progression. Eventually you can start your sessions in the 1.75” so you won’t have to be concerned with the change over.

Do you suppose that there is any greater length gains to be had by staying in the smaller cylinder once it is fully packed? Or not really?

More danger then help. What is the danger? Water blisters that form on the head because all of the vacuum is concentrated there once you pack. And blisters on the head are a real bitch.

To put a rubber ring below the glans help this? If it is, which one is good to buy?

If you are sure the pressure is good, then reduce the time in the tube.

You could alternatively try pumping with a condom but a doughnut is an indicator of too much pressure or time and once you start getting them, you may need to take a break from pumping to normalise.
