Vacuum Pumping 101

So you just use it for 5-10 minutes and after that, you are done for the day?

Gprent, I don’t mean to bother you but how often pump per day. And do you pump every day. To me you are the king of pumping. I like your results.

I only pump once in a day and the entire routine takes less then an hour. Sometimes I will pump 3 on 1 off and sometimes times I will go every other day. My main goal is to avoid trauma and discoloration as I now firmly believe a healthy cock gets the best results. I am not even close to being as obsessive as I used to be about PE and it doesn’t bother me if I miss a week or 2.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

In an attempt to keep my balls or too much of my scrotum from being pulled into the tube I got a silicon ring/band from Thickwall some time ago.

Without going too much into detail, pulling my cock out of the tube yesterday resulted in a much fatter cock but with, more importantly, what felt like greatly expanded CCs. Not only that, but even expansion lengthwise was massive. Where I normally hit 21.5 to 22 cm, it went beyond 24cm. I’m not sure whether it’s the ring, or my diligence paying off.

Do you mean the large silicone ‘cushion’ that slips over the base of the tube? I have one, and like it very much.

I do have another question if anyone can help me. I have heard that pumping is best done after extending. So I extended all day then pumped. I wanted to use traction wrapping at night so I could stay in the elongated state. The problem is if I pump last thing at night, I want to use the cock ring for a little bit to stay expanded. So then I want to sleep with the traction wrapping. Though that seems as though that may counter act the pumping. Any thoughts on this.

Where have you heard pumping is best done after extending? Most pumpers I know (me included) don’t own an extender, and frankly I only think extenders are any good after other exercises, not before. If you are going for length and want to do manual stretching before pumping, fine. If you are going for girth and want to jelq before pumping, fine. Or do both, but you don’t need to use an extender for hours before pumping.

Are you concentrating on girth or length. There is little point using a cock ring to stay expanded then traction wrapping which has the opposite effect. Decide what is important to you and do one or the other.

And please do not sleep with anything on your penis. Wear whatever you like on your cock during the day - certainly using an extender during the day after pumping is an OK idea, but when you go to bed, let it rest.

So far I’m gaining both EL and EG. I limit the pumping as extending is done using an VacADS and I don’t want to overburden the glans.

Yep, that’s a sensible way to go about it. You are using the pumping to supplement the extender and to make the extending sessions more productive, but your focus is on the extender. Others use the extender to supplement the pumping and maintain stretch after pumping, but their focus is on the pumping.

Honestly from what I heard most women rather have a thick one as opposed to a long one. So I rather go for girth. Can anyone e recommend a pretty good routine for girth. Yesterday I pumped doing both static for two minutes then dynamic pumping for o e followed by 20 jelqs. I did this for 25 minutes and seemed to have gotten good expansion. I am open to any ideas and suggestions. One more thing. I will probably pump and Jelq every day unless someone can give me a good reason why I should not.

Can anyone tell me if there will be a difference between staying in a pump for about 20-30 minutes at 5hg and doing dynamic pumping bring it to 5hg max for those 20-30 minutes? Do you think the dynamic pumping will be better than the static pumping at the same HG?

I am also on the forum Matters of Size and from what I have read, they most suggest pumping after stretching. However, I want to get girth as this is what I hear turns women on the most as opposed to length. I am just looking to see what is best routine to get into or a good routine.

Staying in the pump at a constant vacuum will encourage stretch-relaxation. ‘Dynamic’ (or cyclic) pumping is less well researched - most of the research done on cyclic v static stretch has been done on heart smooth muscle; a little research has been done on bone. But almost no research has been done on collagenous tissue which is similar to penile tissues. It is fairly certain that the mode of application of strain to collagenous tissues will have a bearing on the subsequent expression of collagen in those tissues, but for now, I wouldn’t want to suggest that static strain was superior (for our purposes) to cyclic strain, or vice-versa.
