Silicon Sleeve Pumping

Silicon Sleeve Pumping

I am asking about the pros and cons of fitting a silicone sleeve to the penis that extends from behind the head to near the base before pumping with a conventional cylinder. I am NOT referring to the silicone sleeve sometimes used to pad the base of a cylinder. I gather Bathmate offer something like this as an accessory . AB silicone sell one - see here :http://www.absilicone.com/penis-enl…ing-sleeve.html.

Page 8 of Girthgetting’s thread - Girth Chasing Adventure (p. 8) where he writes about using one got me interested.

I gather this this technique may be a bit like condom pumping which seems well covered on Thunders but I would suspect there are important differences.

Could any of the pumping experts through some light on the pros and cons of this.

I am hoping this technique might be useful in getting length rather than girth gains from pumping. I would like to try it out with my Mr Fantastic dynamic pump.

TIA

You want my .02 cents. That I can give you.

I had a big problem with fluid buildup while pumping. The vacuum level didn’t matter. Also I had a huge problem with red spots (burst capillaries). I tried condom pumping after reading a bunch of threads about it. It worked alright but the condom was bitch to keep situated with the vacuum drawing it. It always crept up. I attribute that to me putting it on with a semi. I prefer to pump with a semi and bring it up to a full erection. It’s just easier.

So I began looking for an alternative. ABSilicone had the sleeve on their website. They also have a good silicone clamping sleeve but that is for another thread. I decided to try it ( the pump sleeve ).

It worked very well. Most importantly, no burst capillaries and almost zero fluid buildup. That to me is a win. You get expansion and nothing more. Again, win.

I have noticed that it does allow me to pump at significantly higher vacuum levels which does create more length. It just does. Buy one and try it, you will see. The problem is that when pumping at higher vacuum levels and not feeling the capillaries bursting, you really put a ton of stress on the glans. The only real issue I have had with the sleeve is after pumping the glans can become swollen. And I don’t mean engorged. I have had a few instances where the glans clearly took a beating on specific parts, ie welts.

They go away really quickly which is good but it still is not something you want to strive for. You really need to figure out the level of vacuum that works for you and that is purely trial and error. Especially with the sleeve. Okay enough tech shit for now.

The result is absolutely worth the hassle of messing around with it. I always end up with an engorged cock after a pump session with the sleeve. You actually get to see what your dick could look like after using it. By this I mean you get a fat ass flaccid with almost no fluid buildup. Just expansion and that is fun.

Basically the compression of the sleeve allows positive pressure to be applied to the skin and tunica. This gives you true expansion, not that fluid buildup bull that you would normally get. Your dick will not be as big as if you pumped without it, but the result is true expansion. As I said before, that is a win.

Sum of all factors, once you dial it in and figure out what works for you, you will get girth expansion that is not fluid buildup and also you will get some length as well. It’s a good time. Any further questions I will try to answer if I have one.

Girth

Girthgetting,

Thanks very much for your detailed reply. Very helpful.

One question - I assume the sleeve protects all the penis other than the glans. You found you could pump to higher vacuum without injury. So far I have not had any pumping injuries though I got a series of blisters on my glans from using a Vacextender so I am careful. I assume the red spots people talk about tend to be on the glans where the sleeve offers no protection.

I note that you do acknowledge this sort of pumping at high vacuum does stress the glans though. How high a vacuum do you pump to?.

Impressed by the lack of fluid build up that you found. That can only be a positive. Will order one.

I use a form of dynamic pumping using a Mr Fantastic electric pump and currently pump cyclically between 3” - 14” Hg. I. and others, have found you can pump to higher vacuums using this approach - The Mr. Fantastic Pumping.

Using the silicone sleeve I may be able to edge higher.

At the moment I am really focusing on more length gains rather than girth which is what got be interested in your sleeve idea.

Austfred

I wish that I could tell you what the vacuum levels are. I am a bathmate user. I have read that max vacuum can be anywhere around 10-12 in/hg - very high.

The red spots have been on both the shaft and the glans. Really bad without the sleeve and ranging from none to minimal with it.

What happens is the negative pressure draws and expands the tissue while the positive pressure from the sleeve keeps the skin and tunica tight. Somehow that helps with burst capillaries.

The glans will swell up like a balloon as well due to the restriction on the vein return network. This is why I believe the glans gets stressed. I also experienced some glans size increases from this.

Girth

Hi Girth,

Yes I also have a bathmate so I am aware of its benefits and limitations. I got mine so I could do some extra pumping in the shower. Do not believe it gets anywhere near the 14” Hg I currently get to with the Mr Fantastic. On the other hand I assume you are using it to water pump which I understand puts less stress on the penis than air pumping. When I get my sleeve I will try it out on the bathmate first.

As I mentioned earlier it appears that you can safely reach higher vacuum with dynamic pumping as it is only momentary. A detailed discussion of it here -. /newreply.html?o=newreply&p=2154739.

I have tried to do a bit of it with the bathmate by cyclically pulling the bathmate a little away from my body while under vacuum in the shower. That way I get a temporary increase in vacuum.

>The glans will swell up like a balloon as well due to the restriction on the vein return network. This is why I believe the glans gets stressed. I also experienced some glans size increases from this.

Worth a try as long as we do not overdo it. I once removed an Autoextender Xsleeve by rolling it up and over my glans. It put enormous pressure on my glans and while seems to cause no obvious damage I found I could not ejaculate for about a month so it must have done some temporary nerve damage. The glans did swell up as I rolled the sleeve over the glans. Never again.

Has anyone tried one of these sleeves with an air pump?

I get lots of small red dots only on the shaft ( 75% of shaft ) at anything above 4hg, but no fluid build up. Even at 4hg I’ll get some dots ( 10% shaft ).

I’ll may give this a go austfred, please keep us up to date with your findings.

chubypeckerwood applied a neoprene sleeve while he was doing clamping/Ullis with clamps and vices. I guess is the same principle right? Apply extra pressure as well as protecting the surface of the unit. He got really good gains over the time. He even kinda regrets so much girth gains. It will be itneresting if combinign this idea you got with the extender will give you good length gains. Make sure you choose the right shape for that.

How long do you use the mR fantastic pump a day? Is it really worth it? I saw it was pretty expensive

I am no pumping expert but believe there are differences between clamping with a sleeve and using one inside a vacuum cylinder. However in both cases the sleeve should tend to reduce girth expansion so presumably making length gains more likely. On the other hand clamping works by increasing blood flow into the penis whereas with vacuum fluids other than blood are also involved.

It appears the sleeve reduces the likelihood of spots etc on the shaft from pumping but does not protect the glans. In the clamping case I assume the sleeve helps to cushion the direct effect of the clamp.

I use the Mr Fantastic for 30 mins each night. The wife knows about it. I sold it to her as a means of improving EQ which it does. I find it suits I got it after I had got over an inch in BEPL from extending, Since my length gains have slowed down but I have got good girth gains (from 5” to 5.75” including short term gains). The Mr Fantastic is not cheap but is very easy to use and has precise control for dynamic pumping.

My current aim is to focus on length more with an objective of reaching 7” BEPL so I am hoping the sleeve will help. I have read here it is difficult to get both girth and length gains at the same time. Am very happy with my current girth. My wife feels tighter than she has for a very long time, perhaps back to when we got married almost 40 years ago. In the meanwhile we have raised 3 children.

nice man. 0,75 inch gain in girth is cool !! I will keep that pump in mind for when i aim for girth. I also believ there different ways to gain length. trianing CC and stretching ligs. So far i have got around half inch in 6 months jelqing strething adn doing Ullis. I hope you will reach your goal.

Hi Quim

I agree. I have recently incorporated Wantsmore’s fulcrum stretches using golf weights into my schedule and the results seem promising.

Congrats that is a good result for only 6 months.

I have not pumped with a sleeve as you suggest so I don’t have much experience to offer.

I would be concerned about excess lymph fluid trapped in the glans and particularly deforming the meatus - the tip of the urethra. If the sleeve will not cover the glans then more vacuum will act on that tissue. The short term result is a swollen meatus making urination a messy affair - some guys sit down when urinating for the few hours it takes for the tip to return to normal. The long term result might be extra skin that is especially sensitive around the meatus - I do not know if this is a desirable result.

I also wonder about removal of the sleeve, as you experienced some nerve damage when rolling off your previous sleeve. How and when is this “pumping sleeve” removed?

I look forward to reading about your results.

Believe this is a valid concern. That is why I will proceed cautiously in increasing the max vacuum when I get the sleeve. On the other hand I have had no real meatus issues pumping dynamically from 3 - 14” Hg. It seems you can go higher with dynamic rather than static pumping.

>I also wonder about removal of the sleeve, as you experienced some nerve damage when rolling off your previous sleeve. How and when is this “pumping sleeve” removed?

Yes I learnt not remove a sleeve by rolling it up from the back and they rolling it over my glans. However the xsleeve is probably a lot firmer than this one. Suspect the best way of removing it is to simply slide it off without rolling it. Hopefully it will go on the same way.

I took a look at the sleeve and have a logistical question. When fitting this over the penis and going into the cylinder, how does the interior circumference of the cylinder affect the sleeve? The sleeve looks pretty thick so I’d imagine that the cylinder would need to be much larger to accommodate, right? And if so, then how do you compensate for the larger opening and the ootential for scrotal suckage into the tube?

Hi iLogPE, I have not got my sleeve yet but suspect the sleeve restricts girth expansion from pumping so the same size cylinder should be ok. Perhaps if you are close to needing a larger cylinder the sleeve may push you to need the next size up. Can give a better answer after I start trying it out. Perhaps Girthchasing may have a better answer as he is currently using one with a bathmate.

On the question of scrotal suckage, I find manipulating the cylinder base (eg pushing it up so the bottom cyl edge is hard in to where the scrotum meets the base of the penis) while pumping stops scrotal sack being sucked in. Also I sometimes wear scrotum rings while pumping and that makes it almost impossible for testicles to be sucked up.

Austfred

Thanks. Not a big fan of the scrotal rings during pumping but I may give them another try since it has been a while since I last tried. I use a 2.25 and a 2.5 inch cylinder when pumping cock only. I may try the sleeve when I’m ball pumping in my STJ. There is plenty of room for the sleeve in that.
