Silicon Sleeve Pumping

I have just ordered a silicone pumping sleeve :-)

Starting size: 7.48" X 5.51" Currently: 10.1" X 6.4"

Heat is the key!

Are you guys thinking about using this with air or water? Anyone got good results with this idea so far?

This is probably the only topic that I feel competent to offer any suggestions, as so many of you have way more experience than I. I have recently added pumping to my routine, which I do after my squeezes. I splurged for a CTC DP-4000 which I really like. Based on some great pumping advice here, I also purchased a pumping sleeve from AB Silicone. Here is what I have discovered.

1. I really like the sleeve, but it is not quite long enough to go all the way to the head of my penis. It leaves a little bit exposed on the underside due to the angle of the head. So after pumping, I would see the results of lymph flow.
2. I tried adding a condom underneath the sleeve just so that I could protect the entire shaft. That seemed to help a bit. But I must have used the wrong type of condom (I.e., lubricated) because before too long my silicone sleeve became very soft and actually just tore in the middle.
3. Abby at AB Silicone support was very helpful in this matter, and advised perhaps using a non-lubricated condom if I need to add something for a little extra length. I asked about whether they had a longer sleeve, and she said that they have been thinking about producing an 8” long sleeve, which I would definitely purchase. She has my email and said that she would contact me if they do end up producing a slightly longer sleeve.

In the meantime, I bought and am using two sleeves and doubling up near the tip to ensure that I don’t get any lymph build-up. I takes some trial and effort so that the second sleeve don’t just slide off. I am perfecting my homemade molds to pour my own, also based on great advice in Thunder’s Place. I have made two attempts and am still working out the kinks - I think that today I will get it right with my pour.

Sleeve pumping - first impressions

Well I finally tried the absilicone sleeve while water pumping with my new Mr Fantastic dynamic water pump.

First the sleeve - The absilicone sleeves are fairly soft, much more so than Autoextender Xsleeves. I fitted mine by first rolling it onto a short tube applicator I use for my extender comfort sleeve. I then put my glans though the applicator and finally rolled the sleeve back over the shaft. Made for an easy fit with only my glans poking out the front. After an hours pumping I was able to slide the sleeve forward and off my penis without too much hassle or discomfort. As I found earlier with an Xsleeve, never remove it by rolling it over your glans.

The pumping experience - My penis expanded in the cylinder similarly as if the sleeve was not there but less by the thickness of the sleeve as I usually pack the cylinder. The glans looked the same as without the sleeve.

After an hour’s dynamic pumping (4” - 14” Hg) after I removed the sleeve I noticed I was plumpier than before pumping but noticeably less so than when I had pumped without the sleeve. My glans was normal (perhaps a bit bigger as it is after ordinary pumping). With water pumping my meatus looks normal whereas with air pumping it can look a bit swollen immediately post pump. There was obvious less fluid build-up in my shaft as there is with normal pumping. The next morning my flaccid looked long but not as plump as it would after a pump session the night before. I get a similar longer flaccid after an extender session so pumping with the sleeve may help length growth.

At this stage as I build up experience with the new water pump, I am going to trial using the sleeve every second pump day and see how it goes. I am focusing on short term target of 7” BEPL rather than extra girth but want to some girth work to keep my EQ up.

Austfred

Avoiding edemas

I have found the silicone sleeve is very useful with the Mr Fantastic water pump in enabling ne to go for longer session times without getting edemas, Discusees more here - The Physics of Water Pumping (p. 7)

I tried out some silicon pumping today for the first time :-)

And I did first one 20 minutes set in my bathm at max pressure (~15 hg ) and later I just did 5 minutes in my air pump. And wow.. amazing! What a diffrent feeling. I could really felt my tunica stretch and expand from inside, especially when I did the 20 minutes set. And I did set a record in my bathmate :D and reach near 10” in the tube. The best of all is when I were done, is that I got no fluid buildup, no donut and no red dots. That’s a big win! And next time, I will try a long pumping set in my air pump with the sleeve on and with lots of heat to see how it goes.

Be careful. I have been using a Mr Fantastic dynamic water pump and also found I got good results and no edemas with a silicone sleeve. Anyway I got too keen and started doing two 60 min sessions a day as well as setting the max vacuum on this cyclic pump to 18*” Hg. Anyway got the inevitable blister on my glans so am out of action for a few weeks. Unfortunately the sleeve does not protect the glans. Did not get an edema.

Thanks austfred!

Yes, I will have an eye on my glans all the time. And my plan is not to stay that long when I peak up to higher vacuum level. Mostly of the time I will be at my comfort level. And if I need rest I just lower the vacuum..

I have since abandoned this method. My thought on it is as follows:

If you are getting edema, you are pumping with too high of a vacuum or for too long, or both…..period. I was pumping with my bathmate at high vacuum levels and my whole dick was taking a beating.

I put the pump away and left it alone for a while. Came back to the bathmate and tried low and slow. I get better expansion this way and no edema at all. I’ve been coming out of my bathmate after 40 minutes of pumping at low vac with no edema, red spots or donut. And my EQ has been through the roof. If I pumped like I used to my dick was out of commission for hours, sometimes a day. Just my personal experience.

I am curious what would occur with the sleeve at lower vacuum levels tho. If my pumping routine wasn’t working wonders right now I would beer from it and give it a shot.

I’m not saying the sleeve is useless. I just think when pumping right it is unnecessary

Girth, my experience is different to yours in many ways.

I do have a bathmate but really only use it to get a bit of extra pumping while I am in the shower. Have not used it much lately. I found the bathmate is not easy to get an accurate vacuum and I only used it for 15 -20 min sessions. I have never used the sleeve with it.

I normally pump dynamically with a mr fantastic electric pump. I started out with an air pump a but now use a water pump version. With the air pump I can pump in the range 3 - 14” Hg without any edemas or other negative indicators. I got the sleeve while I was using this pump but only started using it with the water pump. My initial objective was to get lenght gains as well as the girth gains I got from this pump. I got my length gains from extending.

When I first used the sleeve with the water pump I found I was getting a good stretch of the ligs but came out of the pump cyl less chubbier. I then started trying higher max vacuums with the water pump both with and without the sleeve. Without the sleeve I got great chubbies but started getting edemas and donuts (which I assume are a form of edema). With the sleeve I now good girth expansion after pumping as well as a good length stretch and no edemas. My flaccid post pump (next day) was the biggest it has ever been and my EQ improved. The downside was I eventually overdid it and got a blister after doing two 60 min sessions in the one day with a max vacuum of 18”.

After the blister I am being more careful and won’t so so high. However I am waiting on a glans prptector to go with the vacuum sleeve and may get a bit gamer with the vacuum when I feel confident that it can help prevent blisters. Unfortunately I never get much warning with blisters. My last one was with a vacextender. I never have got any red spots.

One thing I should point out is that it seems to the case that you can go to much higher vacuums with dynamic pumping than with conventional static pumping where the conventional wisdom is not to go above 5”.

Anyway thanks for pointing out the sleeve. Even though you are no longer using it I find it useful in my pumping routine.

I get it now. I haven’t checked in with this thread in a while. I have always used the sleeve with the bathmate, when I was using it. It’s the only pump I own. It’s a hydromax xtreme x30. The bathmate is a tricky whore. She can sneak up on you if you’re not careful.

I only recently in the last two weeks or so discovered the low and slow pumping method. It’s funny because my partner had been telling me to take it easy all along. Us PE ers……we don’t listen. Anyways, my experience with low vac and long duration is unlike any bathmate use I have had this far and I’ve owned the pump for over six months.

I get expansion in both length and girth from it. Strange how some of us are gentler gainers and some of us need the extra push.

PE is a VERY personalized activity. I believe that anything that works for one may not work for another. Try the low and slow for 45 minutes in your bathmate Fred and tell me how that works out. Don’t underestimate the thing. Once you get a feel for it, it is a great tool.

Hi Girth. I can see where you are coming from. Long period pumping should get good results and if you are doing static pumping such as with a bathmate the conventional advice is to use relative low vacuums (eg 5” Hg). In such a situation the sleeve does not make sense unless your primary focus is length.

With my dynamic water pump I do 1 hour sessions cycling between 4 and 15” Hg so I am getting the benefit of long period pumping but edemas started becoming an issue. The sleeve fixed that.

>Try the low and slow for 45 minutes in your bathmate

Would be difficult for me to do that. I assume you use it in the bath. The bathroom I use only has a shower and a 45 min shower is not practical. I use the Mr Fantastic water pump in bed and could close down the leak valve and do static pumping at 5” for 45 mins though to see how it compares to my current routine.

Give it a shot! I use my bathmate on the couch with a bowl to squirt the water in. The extreme model has a handball pump. Makes it very easy to use just sitting around. I would imagine it doesn’t matter what device you use as long as the principle is the same.

I’ve been thinking about this. I think what might be ideal is silicon cast made of your penis (your own) at about 90% erection. Then when you are pumping and you are up at about 110% or even 100% erection, you will have it snug enough to create enough surface pressure to protect the skin, but not so much as to reduce the effectiveness of pumping. It would fit perfectly and protect the entire penis from glans to base.

I think there are some sources for high grade medical silicon that should work great. Just put a light coat of something like vaseline on, and then put on an even coat, perhaps the thickness of a rubber glove that is use to wash dishes…or twice the thickness for ruggedness. This (hopefully) will allow guys like me to use enough vacuum to create length gains, without creating skin hemorrhages or edema.

I may just give it a try…or if anyone else is game.
