My Marathon Shock Pumping Routine (Dick and then Balls)

Hi Fellow Pumpers and Interested Members,

I’m always trying to add variety to my PE routines to keep myself mentally engaged and motivated as the months and years have gone by. Yesterday, I had all day to do some pumping experimentation, so I did a “shock pumping routine” on both my dick and balls separately. Now, what I’ll describe is NOT FOR NEWBIES or those who haven’t yet acclimated their bodies to regular pumping. I’ve been doing this for awhile, so I know my limitations. I am in sharing mode, so here goes:

“My Marathon Shock Routine”(using 2.5” x 10” cylinder)

I PUMPED MY DICK yesterday in my 2.5” inch diameter cylinder for over 2.5 hours (of course taking breaks every 10 minutes or so and with an ace self-adhesive wrap around the area below the glans to prevent the “donut”). Needless to say, the first 3.5 inches of my dick base got even more huge than normal approaching 8 inches in girth. Three hours later with my dick out of the pump, I was still very pumped and holding at about 7.25 inches in girth or more along the first 3.5 inches of the base of my shaft. The rest of my shaft stayed large and plumped too at 6” girth and gradually widening toward the base. I hung flaccid at 6.50 inches in length. My dick maintained a very pleasing proportional shape, just very fat and thick. Maintaining good proportion and no distortion are most important to me and what I personally strive for.

Now, I haven’t done this in a while, but I followed the pumping of my dick with only PUMPING MY BALLSAC SEPARATELY in the 2.5” cylinder for another 2.5 hours (with breaks). Results are that my balls and ballsac got bigger than I have ever seen them before. They were huge, and I’m not exaggerating. The combination visual of my dick and ballsac hanging big together is all the proof I need that PE is an incredibly wonderful and rewarding process, and that pumping done responsibly is a great PE tool on many levels. I felt like a damn horse!

Now granted, none of these results are permanent this morning, but much of the temporary huge increases still linger. Looking back at my past PE experiences and growth successes, I was able to make some great initial gains with pumping by incorporating more of these “shock” routines into my early efforts. I’m going to throw more of them into my schedule maybe twice a week for now and monitor any substantial changes in girth and length. Anymore than two or three times a week become counterproductive, in my opinion. My dick does need some down time to repair and stabilize the increases, especially with shock pumping.

I had a great time with this “pumping shock routine”. Even today, my ballsac is double its normal size and flopping around and my dick hangs thicker and longer than normal. I am repeating this shock routine today. I just finished pumping my dick for 2.5 hours, and now I’m just here sitting at the computer and writing this thread while I have the pump on my ballsac doing its work. Same good results are happening!

When I step on the airplane tomorrow night for my one week vacation, I’ll be freeballing long and thick, the way I like it. Can you tell I love pumping? That’s it for sharing on the forum today.

I read at either http://www.tigerpumping.com/index.html or http://www.pumptoys.com/ that optimal dick and nut pumping was achieved using a container in which your dick or nuts did not come in contact with inner walls.

Hence popularity of Sun Tea Jar (STJ) and development of precision STJ seal by http://www.pumptoys.com/. At latter site instructions are given for making STJ and hardware that is needed. For individuals interested, Wal-Mart has STJs out now, being seasonal. B/f bought each of us a STJ seal and they really are precision made and your dick and nuts do not come in contact with inner walls.

I’ve been a slug and hopefully if I keep looking at STJs and electric pump/pulsator long enough under my computer desk…I’ll go to Ace Hdw and order necessary conversion items.

Popularity of pumping nuts is increasing a lot…Tiger Dave I think has done a lot to introduce dick pumpers to pumping their nuts….he has a whole section now http://www.tigerpumping.com/pages/b…html#AnchorTips .

And he does recommend an electric pump to maintain vacuum.

Thanks for reminding newbies that again my shock pumping routine is to be done by the experienced only. I’ve been pumping on and off for nearly 3 years, so I’ve lived through some of the mistakes, i.e. too much vacuum pressure with too much pumping time, and learned from them.

Since there are many variations and intensities involving pumping, I felt like sharing this particular episode in my pumping life. In previous posts, I talked about my pre-PE dick and ballsac size history. In particular, I used to have an extremely tight ballsac which at times could be fairly invisible, especially on cool or stressful days. The incorporation of some manual stretching and pumping eliminated that problem bigtime.

Also, as PE made my dick bigger and bigger, I really wanted to have a ballsac size that matched proportionally the size of my larger unit. Plus I found that by stretching out and enlarging my scrotum size, it allowed my cock to hang better and longer in the flaccid stage. So, it’s all been a win-win for me, and now I’m basically working on customizing the overall shape of my dick and ballsac through pumping and some carefully placed squeezes.

My PE project continues…

About not touching the sidewalls. I believe that that concept is only if you want to concentrate more on girth. Isnt ‘packing’ the tube optimal for getting increased length?

In some of my previous searches through pumping sites, I remember reading about using STJ’s or 2-stage cylinders in order not to have your dick or balls touch the sides, and that this would encourage greater width/girth expansion.

For me personally, in order to get the stretch that I need for length growth, I do have to pack the tube at the base, forcing the vacuum pressure more longitudinally. My 2.5” cylinder works perfectly for me right now on both pumping my dick and balls separately. In particular, for ball pumping, the cylinder is larger enough to provide expansion space girthwise plus also contained enough to force my ballsac to stretch lengthwise too. Overall result is I get a real full sac at about 5.5 inches in length, which perfectly matches with my flaccid dick size. For me, it’s all about increasing size but in mathematical proportion (my background).

I wanted to know how many months/years you had been pumping before you felt “qualified” to do this marathon routine. I rarely get a whole day to myself, so this probably won’t happen for me anytime soon, but still would be a fun goal to prepare for.

Interesting read Perforeal.

I have a tight scrotum, when cold my right testicle goes inside my body. The situation is getting worse since I started hanging.

Tonight I tried putting on a stainless steel ball stretcher before my hangng session but when I attached the weight it pulled some skin through causing my testicles to get squashed. So I took the SS weight off and carried on hanging.

I tried pumping my balls (planned on 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 10 min @5hg)but could not get them in the 2 inch cylinder without causing pain.
Any tips?

I pumped for about 2 years, before I started to experiment with marathon sessions. These are not to be undertaken lightly and, if tried, one should gradually build up in time in tube Also, when I do them I take a good 3 -4 days rest following to allow everything to recuperate. Marathon ball pumping seems to be quite effective for gaining looseness and more “hang” to the sac in a short amount of time. I speak as someone who used to have a very small/tight ballsac and who is now sporting a nice looser/longer and fuller hang.

Try first doing an ok grip above your testicle sac and experiment with GENTLE stretching downward. And when I say GENTLE, I mean that, i.e. no pain, no discomfort, just a reasonable tug. Do this daily and you’ll notice how quickly your sac begins to stretch and respond. This will help loosen the area for pumping. When you do pump your ballsac, keep the pressure modest (i.e. under 5 hg). When you pump your ballsac, it takes time under pressure for the best pump to occur. Don’t rush the process. Low pressure for longer periods of time works best. Don’t do this daily. 2-3 times/week is sufficient.

Thanks for the reply.

I have had no internet connection since Monday evening but have been wearing a SS ball weight overnight these last few nights.

I did try again again to ball pump but it was just physically impossible for me to get the testicles in the tube without causing pain :)

Maybe I’ll try again when I manage to loosen things up a bit.

I’m going to try your routine with my CTC XL3000 now that I have it. I’ll let you know how it goes.
