Silicon Sleeve Pumping

It would fit perfectly and protect the entire penis from glans to base.

I think there are some sources for high grade medical silicon that should work great. Just put a light coat of something like vaseline on, and then put on an even coat, perhaps the thickness of a rubber glove that is use to wash dishes…or twice the thickness for ruggedness. This (hopefully) will allow guys like me to use enough vacuum to create length gains, without creating skin hemorrhages or edema.

I may just give it a try…or if anyone else is game.

Silicone Sleeves - Make your own

Sparkyx, the sleeves from absilicone are fairly soft. Think that is what you want so they give enough support to prevent edemas etc but stretch easily enough so you get most of the benefits of pumping.

Mr fantastic now supplies glans protectors with his pump - see here http://www.themrfantasticpenisenlar…water_pump.html

Mine arrived today so I will try it out tonight along with the sleeve.and see how it goes.

My only concern is that I do not get a blister underneath the glans protector. Suspect the trick is to make sure there is no air gap say near the meatus. I think I will use a bit of VitaminE cream to try to get a better fit.

If you cast your own I reckon you should try the softest silicone you can find . I do not think you need to go to the trouble of shaping it to your penis. A rough fit should work fine as both the penis and silicone will expand in the vacuum.

Tried out the glans protector with the silicone sleeve last night for a short session and all went well. It was really a test to see if I could fit it OK and that my recent blister had healed. I fitted the sleeve first, rolled the section nearest the head back and then fitted the protector. Finally I rolled the sleeve back over the protector and then fitted the silicone ring seal for the cylinder. After a bit of practice all went well.

That Mr Fantastic machine is a BRILLIANT PIECE OF KIT (as my Brit friends would say)! Wow, really so well done, he is amazing.

As far as silicon, that glans cap looked great, but my shaft is far more sensitive than my glans, so I need something to protect the whole thing. I have a silicon sleeve from years ago, but its not long enough to cover everything, thats why I thought making one with my erect penis as the mold would be perfect, actually it needs to be a little tight…so made on a 80% erect penis might be perfect. I just need to figure the best way to do that.

I am a bit like you. My shaft is more likely to get edemas but I see blisters on the glans as a more serious problem even though they are less likely. They put you out of action for a week or two where as edemas seem to disappear in a day or so. So I see the glans protector and the sleeve solving different problems but they easily work together.

I am interested in the idea of making our own ‘integrated’ sleeves, a bit like a thick silicone condom without the sperm bubble in front but I am convinced you do not need to mold it to say your 80% erect penis. Instead the focus needs to be making sure we can source a soft enough silicone so it and the dick expand in the cylinder just like the dick does without the sleeve. The absilicone sleeve and the glans protector both have a smaller ID that my dick even flaccid but both expand easily in the vacuum.

Another option might be one of those cheap sex aids I have seen on aliexpress - a sort of dick sheath you fit over your penis to make it longer and thicker to give your partner a thrill. Maybe good for her/ him but not so much for you. Not sure if they are soft enough to expand in the cylinder

In that thread I posted, TPS talks about the Ecoflex 0030 is the best for our purposes, as to many other guys later on in the thread. Right like a thick and sturdy silicon condom that we can make sure there is no air in. The problem is how long it will take to set properly and can I keep a proper erection during that time. I think the alternative is to use the alginate to make a negative mold of the erection:

Then make a positive cast with either plaster of paris or the silicon itself. THEN you can take all the time you need to create a proper “condom”. Plus, you can use it anytime you need another one, or loan it to the wife!

Those sex aid thingys are probably too small for me to fit into properly.

sparkyx,

The absilicone sleeve has an ID of about an 1”. My flaccid is about 1.5” across and my EG is about 5.5”. The glans protector has an ID just less than 1”. When I fit them in the 2” cyl and pump up they expand nicely to pack it (at least along the shaft). The glans almost packs. There may be a point of making the mold so the casting has an inside ridge where the groove is to get a better fit

My point is that we could probably make a mold using a 1” broom handle. The Absilicone sleeve is about 4 mm thick and the glans protector 3 mm. I suggest a penis mold is an overkill’. Must think about getting some of that ecoflex.

>Those sex aid thingys are probably too small for me to fit into properly.

You may be right. Also the bit near the glans may be fairly rigid so offer little in the way of expansion in the cyl.

Fred

Hi Austfred

What’s the difference between the autoxleeve and the absilicone product? If one already has autoxleeves, would the absilicone be much of an upgrade for pumping?

I use the autoxleeve when pumping at high pressures sometimes and it working just fine.

Starting size: 7.48" X 5.51" Currently: 10.1" X 6.4"

Heat is the key!

The absilicone sleeve is softer silicone so should expand easier than the xsleeve. However Monochrome has got good results with an xsleeve at higher vacuums. The answer may depend on what vacuum setting you are using. I found at higher vacuum (eg 4 - 18” Hg) blisters on the glans were the major risk so I am now using a glans protector as well as the sleeve.

Too early to be sure but my observations to date are:

1. Dynamic pumping around 4 - 14” one hour a day has given me girth gains

2. Upping the vacuum a bit, doing 2 60 min sessions a day and keeping the vac at its max for a minute during the cycle gave me a longer fatter flaccid the next day. It also gave me a blister which is why I am now using the glans protector.

I am gradually working my way up hoping I can get back where I was before the blister.

You can get glans protectors on eBay that are sold as toe protectors. Get the large size which is 6 mm long. Should fit most glans
