Ye ok. Thank you for your answer. I thought there might be room for the dick even in that frosted part but maybe it gets to thin up there and to little water left in the tube.

I think a model bigger then the hercules and smaller then the goliath would be popular. The difference in size between the hercules and goliath is really big, borth length and girth wise.

Until that model comes out I will keep pumping with the goliath with the goal to max out the tube, haha.

The tube itself is probably 220, but if you’re already 210, you’ll likely be bumping up against the end as you’ll only be able to pump the bellows in little, short, 1 cm pumps. If that makes sense.

Yea it makes sense. I’ll just keep going with the goliath instead. See how far up that tube I can get. My first goal now is to get to where I was before (220 mm) and then get up to 230 mm. Kinda tired of the goliath but I got no other option then to use it.

I’ve been using the bathmate about 4 times a week for the past month with no other exercises..

Do you find that there is a decline in erection quality? I feel like my erections are not as hard as they used to be, and have not seen any gains aside from the foreskin stretching..

I’m starting to worry if the bathmate has a negative effect on my EQ.Even at full erection, it still feels spongy, and this is the day after using the bathmate..

Thoughts?

Any form of PE will have a negative effect on EQ if the time or force is too much. I believe the maximum force of the bathmate is too for most.

“the design of the bellows (the rubber part of the Bathmate) does not allow you to exceed the negative pressure threshold of 0.4 bar. Compare this to the FDA (Food and Drug Administration in the United States) which states that any device that uses more than 0.56 bar of negative pressure in Penis Pumps must go through FDA testing and approval before it is allowed to be sold in the United States. Similar rules equally apply in Europe and all around the world. Also, the Bathmate has a large cushioned area on which the unit rests while creating and maintaining negative pressure. This prevents the unit from hurting your pelvic area or damaging your skin. They state their maximum pressure is 0.4 bars. If I did the math correctly, that works out to approximately 11.8 inches Hg. As the bath mate is the only pump I use, I have no idea if that number is good or bad. I will say that I max out each time I pump and have had no problems but then I have a tough penis, lol.

Poor EQ is definitely an indication of going overboard. This can happen with stretches and jelqs as well. So yes, Id go with less vacuum if I were you. Or less time under vacuum. I started with sessions of only ten minutes at medium pressure, every other day for my first week, and moved to fifteen minutes my second week, then finally to twenty minutes at a time. And I was pumping until I got a good strong vacuum, but not trying to push the pump into my pelvis trying to get every last possible drop out. I would go in, ppump up, and kegel for five minutes before pumping back up. Then again five minutes after that. And again at the fifteen minute mark. And if you feel pain, you should just back off. Pumping should never hurt. Are you getting red spots or the “doughnut” effect at all? If your EQ suffers, take an extra day, or two, or three off.

Also, I took today off.

Worked out/pumped today. 100 wet jelqs, 100v-jelqs, and another 50 wet jelqs. Then ten minutes of warm water pumping, best length was 7 3/8”, and girth was 5 3/4”. Then 50 wet jelqs and another ten minutes of hot water pumping. Best length hit 7 1/2”, and girth was 5 7/8”. Then ten minutes of cold at lower pressure, girth was still 5 7/8”, Then another 10 minutes of cold, girth hit 6” even. Not so much “doughnut” effect this time. Hardly any at all. If I wake to good wood, maybe I’ll pump again tomorrow. We’ll have to wait and see.

Not to speak for Ray, but when I tried it out of curiosity as a cool down like Ray does, it really gave me some great expansion afterwards. While it does have a good short term effect, I don’t think we have come to a conclusion as to what effect it has in terms of long term gains. That will be what will be what is interesting to find out, whether it is just a gimmicky short term effect or if there is some real long term gains to be made from this cold water pumping.

I was hesitant to go with cold water too, it just sounded really unpleasant. But while there is no control group to judge this against, I’d be surprised if it doesn’t work well as a cool down for everyone. I tried it and by the second time I gave it a go, I was sold. My flaccid remained not only fatter, but had more heft to it. The post pump flaccid always is bigger post session, but after a cold water cool down it remains more “turgid”if you will.

Worked out today, second day in a row. Warm up, stretch, 100 wet, 100 v, 50 wet, and into the Bathmate I went. Ten minutes of hot, best length was 7 1/4”, and MSG hit 5 3/4”. Refilled the tube with warm and pumped back up. Kinda got distracted and ended up being under vacuum for 20 minutes, instead of what would have been ten. Best length was 7 3/8”, girth hit 6”. Went to cold water for ten minutes, and under less vacuum. Girth was 6”. Decided to go for another ten minutes of cold. Girth briefly hit 6 1/4” after that. But I don’t think I’d recommend this much Bathmate in a single day. The 6 1/4” girth only lasted 2 minutes or so. And this was a total of fifty minutes in the Bathmate. Not too much obvious “doughnut”, nor red spots, so maybe it’s not that bad. My dick feels pretty wore out though, so tomorrow will likely be a day off.

Hmm it’s sounds interesting this cold water pump thing. I think I will test it next time I pump but as you say it sounds really unpleasant. Cold is normally something that makes my dick smaller but maybe that’s the idea of it. Make it cold, which normally makes it smaller but pump at the same time so it can’t turtle. The dick wanna crawl inside your body to get warmer but the pump is forcing it out and making it bigger. Interesting, I will try this.

Don’t start out with cold. Always go warm first. And I’m cold water pumping at lower vacuum. It’s just a moderately pumped/expanded cool down. I’m not trying to manipulate the size, just cool the tissue and possibly the cold will reduce swelling, and hasten recovery. I think if you go in cold, into cold water and try to expand and stretch cold tissue, you’re headed for disaster.

Yea I will start with warm of course, and not use high pressure when in cold water.
