Raybbaby's Bathmate log and expansion study

After yesterdays less than stellar results, I worked out again today. I don’t know if I’m scrapping my one on three off schedule or not. I did warm up, 100 wet, 100 v, 100 wet and 50 more v jelqs. Then hot water Bathmate pumping for 20 minutes. Then 2 minutes of Firegoat rolls, and then about 20 minutes of cold water cool down. Which is twice the length of time I usually cold water pump. MSG was at 6”, and then I edged for about a half an hour. Erect length was 7”, 7 1/4” Bone pressed, and MSG erect was still hitting 5 3/4”, with a Base girth of 6 1/4”. Way happier with this result than yesterdays. I’m still trying to find the “sweet spot” as far as days on, and days off. I think the 1 on 3 off may be too many days off. I was going to try that for 4 weeks, and see where I was as far as gains, But now I’m just not sure.

Today off. 5 1/2” girth morning wood.

Maybe try something like one day on one day off and after the third day on you rest 3 days and then start over? No need for a schedule with decided on and off days. Mix it up and throw in extra rest days when you need it. If you don’t have a good flaccid hang the day after you have pumped or the next day it’s a good sign that you need an extra rest day or two.

When I pump I get temporary gains which gives me a good flaccid hang. When the temporary gains are gone my dick goes back to normal and then later on, maybe the next day I get a nice flaccid hang. When that good hang doesn’t come it’s probably because I have overdone it, then I take an extra rest day. Maybe not completely but from pumping.

Yeah, maybe. I’m leaning towards two on, two off right now.

Today off as well. Day 2, and MSG is still 5 1/2”.

Warm up, 200 wet jelqs, 100 v-jelqs, 10 minutes hot water. MSG 5 5/8” 100 wet jelqs. 10 minutes of hot water in the BM and MSG hit 5 3/4” 2 minutes of Firegoat rolls followed by 10 minutes of cold water pumping. MSG still only 5 3/4”. Hmmmm……again, numbers were lower than I’d hoped.

What’s up raybbaby? I have been following this log for some time now even though I haven’t posted in it. This thread was the final kick jn the butt I needed to go ahead to buy a bathmate over 3 months ago. So far, I have changed my routine to 3 sessions a day of high intensity 5 minute sessions along with the 1 minute stretches in all directions along with both regular and reverse jelqs. I have been doing that then following with a day or two off. My question to you (I apologize if this question was already addressed in this thread already) is if you are planning to start clamping to boost your girth gains? If so, when do you plan to start?

Hmm, I’m not really sure. I’m not sure I’ve exhausted my gains from pumping, so I’ll likely continue until I feel I’ve taken it as far as I can. I still get temporary girths of up to 6 inches, so I don’t know why I couldn’t keep going until that girth becomes more permanent. And also, I still have room to expand before I hit the walls of the cylinder, so until I feel like I’ve hit a wall with my progress, I’ll most likely keep doing what I’m doing.

Are the gains from the bathmate permanent?

Are you using the goliath or hercules model?

Hercules. Max interior diameter is 6 5/8” by the bellows, and 6 1/4” at the far end. I wouldn’t want to be any bigger than that.

Reject the basic assumptions of civilizations, especially the importance of material possessions.

It’s usually kind of wack for a few hours immediately after pumping. By my second day off, it is right back to where it should be.
