Before using this method I had been stalled for quite some time. Now I am heading past 9.3” BPEL and 6.3” MSEG.

Changed some warmup time. Stuck with a shorter edging time. Though, I failed PE earlier and the 5 minutes clamping 12 hours ago seemed to be still engorged when starting this set.

Session Notes

1. Edge for around 40 minutes, massaging occurs concurrently during edging. IR lamp used and silicone lube (Wicked) used. Heating pad set on 3 setting, 2 hour shutoff.

2. Perform 10 minutes of clamping during edging time.

3. Lube penis and entry of tube as long as my forefinger in depth, with vaseline. Enter tube fully erect. Used heating pad contact for entire session, on setting 3.

4. For first 120 seconds (2 minutes), cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2-3 seconds, down was around 1-2 seconds.

5. For 60 seconds (1 minutes) cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 15HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 3 seconds. Down times were about 2 seconds.

6. For 120 Seconds (2 minutes) cycling between 20HG, for 1-2 seconds, up cycle takes roughly 1 second. Complete down cycle of pressure for 5 seconds.

10. For 60 secongs (1 minute) cycling between 22.5HG and 5HG using a 10 second gradient. Down time of 5 seconds between cycles.

Total time 8 minutes pumping

11. Post session clamp for 5 minutes under IR lamp.

Other Notes

1. PIs are STRONG, more clamping and less edging may be better.

2. Tube pack is great, complete with going into the tube erect after roughly one minute. Clamping seems to help with this.

3. Pre-pumping measurements. MSEG unclamped is 6.22” and MSEG clamped pre-pump was 6.49”

4.. No measurements posted for after workout. Orgasm during secondary clamping time. I would say post pump the measurements were past 6.6” MSEG but I would be speculating. Hopefully in a couple days I’ll experiment and find out properly. Maximum clamp engorgement without orgasm is very tricky.

2. Edema under glans was significant but is not squishy really. I think special deformation may be occurring with the mild donut effect I get.

3. I feel that this is more a girth related higher faster pressure pattern. Also that the clamping emphasizes it before and after the workout.

4. If I can manage to get my sessions closer together I can go back to using lower pressures and longer times.

2. Edema under glans was not really there. It felt like expansion, not squishy or misshapen. Post pump non clamped girth was 6.25” at the circumcision scar. It was 6.41” MSEG post pump.

3. I lowered top out pressures. I think I like the way this feels at this point. I did this before in my other stint. Running high pressure as often as possible isn’t a good idea and I’m back to bringing them down again.

4. Pressure patterns are simple, easy to remember and duplicate this way also.

Session 10 Notes

I figure now is a good time to kind of take stock and talk about the direction I want to head with this routine. I speak on it in Prior pages in my first campaign but I’ll bring it up again and talk about the method that I brainstormed and gleaned a few tips from everyone that I’m using to move towards a goal.

Objective

My main goal with this high pressure pumping remains ultimately curve correction. Meaning my highest priority is aesthetic in value. This is fine. I am happy with this.

Hypothesis #1

My main theory is that negative pressure and a cylinder smaller than my base girth will cause a pressurized erection to straighten at higher pressures when the tube is packed.

Evidence:

* Several long-term pump users have totally mitigated sideways curves with long term use of the same tube for pleasure by packing the tube.

* Erections have been straighter still since the first campaign of 36 sessions and straighter still at session 46 of total.

Hypothesis #2

My secondary theory is that clamping will offer a more complete warm-up for my Corpus Cavernosums and Corpus Spongium in preparation for them to be targeted for expansion during high pressure pumping. Clamping with inner pressure is still a good precursor as negative pressure will be of greater total force than Clamping. This also is a more well rounded force pattern that will attack the inner layer of the tunica, then the outer layer, and inner layer again at the end. Then, because of the high stresses involved in clamping, I do not need to extend my pumping time as long as I did in my first campaign to see results.

Evidence:

* post-session expanded erection girths are comparable or greater than post-session expanded girth with pumping alone for my first campaign early on. General temp girth gains for first campaign early were 1/8” (.125) while here it is usually 1/4-3/8” (.25-.375) and this has been true since I started back. I compared Round 3-10 with round 39-46. Start at page 9 or 10 to compare findings.
* edema has typically been low, so expansion has been both real and controlled
* post-session expansion has lasted as long as pumping alone even though the pump times are greatly reduced
* all results or results that I feel are occurring are comparable to my first campaign in a more efficient time frame so far

Goals

* Straighten Erection- Progressing visibly

* Even girth throughout shaft to less conical- Progressing visibly and in a measured way. Circumcision scar is gaining faster than MSEG (mole area) and is likely to catch up.

*Gain length- Progressing slowly. Progress is hovering at a strong 9.25” with trending up on good days to close to 9.4” which is Progress from 9” trending to 9.25”

My Path Forward

I foresee at least another 20 to 30 sessions using my current 2” diameter LeLuv tube. Maybe more depending on curvature progress and tube packing progress.

After I reach full tube packing and pretty much fully straightened I will move to the 2.25” diameter cylinder and work towards packing it in the same way. This will take months. I will reassess goals when I’m done with the 2.25” tube….which is a long ways from now.

Closing Notes

1. The experiment so far has been a success.
2. The concepts, once understood, can be used and manipulated.
3. Good numerical notation is key.
4. Patience and a willingness to experiment outside of the original boundaries of the guidelines you said is also key.
5. Safety is not hard to follow as long as you do not let eagerness to try something new guide your actions.

3. Want to do more PE during the week and this session is only two days after my last. Trying to make this a trend.

4. Faster cycling I can feel the heat of the cylinder more. It may cause more expansion, may be the cause of the additional edema felt today.

I wanted this thread to be a true chronicle of a PE endeavor that I’m undertaking. How I design and plan my routines is no secret but it isn’t formulaic either. This thread I’m sure has shown many fluctuations and I hope that all of it combines to give you something of worth to take away from it.

Wow you are collecting some incredible data! Very thorough and scientific. How are you determining your set lengths/pressures/progression? Are you going off of feel or trying to maximize expansion and tweaking appropriately?

You just asked an excellent question set and I’m going to share my more intricate theoretical working points that I touched on in my Session 10 Recap a few posts ago. Maximizing productive expansion is the short answer. A more detailed one is below.

Set length is determined by my default starting set from my first 36 rounds of this. I adjusted set length up gradually in my first campaign following insight of another user who had done much with this system type. I didn’t move forward until I felt comfortable and had more variables to test.

I am sitting at 8 minutes in this campaign because I’m using a different theory and incorporating clamping as warm up and warmdown for a dual direction tunica tenderization concept. This theory was one I touched on in my Session 10 recap a few posts back but the basics are I want to stress the two layers of the tunica directly and with separate stimuli focuses.

Clamping uses blood pressure to force your CCs and CS to expand fully, past their normal capacity just a bit. That is pressure from within which is focused on the lower layer of the tunica. Both layers will expand but blood pushes the inner layer first and with more meaningful force as it is closest.

Then, I work high pressure pumping for outside forces. High levels of negative vacuum focus upper layers of tissue, dermis, blood vessels and the outer layer of the tunica (more than the inner layer in this case).

After which I work clamping again for 5 to 10 minutes (I prescribe 5 minutes but on a dating day I increase time) for the exploitation of full tissue fatigue. There is added temporary expansionas theorized BUT this carries a significant risk of injury if overdone in consecutive fashion.

I am using a rudimentary guesstimate that clamping generates in the vicinity of half the efficient pressure related forces that pumping does, hence using an 8 minute pumping time and a 15-20 minute clamping time.

My goal is not maximum bearable force used but an optimum force ratio that can be calibrated based on temporary gains that aren’t edema related. My method of decision is based on next day hang and erection size. Currently following a good work out I measure MSEG at 6.22” or 15.8cm exactly for all the next day. Which is large from 15.5cm or 6.1” which is my current natural MSEG.

However, striking the right balance pushes temp gains for the next day to 16cm (6.29”) or more and this is my goal. The last session before this post has achieved this and it correlates very much with temp gains post work out so I don’t have to directly notate following days.

Set pressures are determined by theoretical application and prior experience combined with the fact that continuous high pressure pumping will weaken the tunica in a long term way if regularly applied. If you go through my first campaign you’ll see an escalation of forces and duration, then a top out of high force time applied, then lowering of forces applied and increased durations. But, reading in my notes you’ll see similar or identical tube packing (it actually continues to become more efficient reaching a maximum efficiency) and similar post session temp gains and increases in them.

This temp gain pattern says that continuous raising of force is not needed and that efficient force for gains trends downward with some level of biological adjustment on your part over time. That [More Force] does not equal [More Gains/Efficiency].

So I adjust pressures a bit by feel based on experience and on hunches so I can make notes. Or I reference prior notes. All towards maximum expansion as my standard goal line.

Progression is governed by my theoretical goal and how I will get there. Please reference Session 10 Notes for that as I lay that out there quite clearly.

Wow thanks for the detailed reply - I personally find combo work very effective and it seems like clamping would be a great pre-stretch for your tunica before the high pressure pumping. Also makes sense to optimize for expansion with minimizing swelling.

With regards to the two tunica layers, I’m not sure we care so much about the outer/longitudinal layer, if we’re trying to increase girth. I have some additional thoughts that are off-topic, I’ll send you a PM.

But fantastic work man, I love your scientific approach. You’re an inspiration. This is truly state-of-the-art PE - you’re pushing the envelope forward for the entire community!

In my Session 10 recap I stated my primary goal is curve correction, as all of my PE has pretty much been. This must be done with a combination approach for true curvature change to be even and natural. My inner layer seems to have not fully developed the ability to expand evenly. My outer layer likely has a shape memory of my curve to overcome. An approach with only one dimension never achieved results for me so I respectfully disagree.

Girth is not my only goal, as I’ve seen .25” in length and trending upwards since starting this campaign.

I never thought I would be one of the guys I envied or wished I could be when I started. Doing this now for everyone is amazing.
