Lost Round #7: Decoding Potential

This log, with the numbered entries of how many times I’ve used high pressure pumping in a routine will be useful for those interested.

My new number system will likely list sessions using vacuum hangar and pump separately in the title so that any metric you are interested in tracking is available. How I will do that remains to be seen. Title formats are tricky.

Routine Notes

Today’s routine was: LAST NIGHT AT 12:30 A.M. Was too lazy to log it then. Another session will happen later today and I don’t want time stamps to miss the meaningful gap between them.

8 minutes cable cuff clamping at 6.41” clamped MSEG. Concluded due to slight tingling during session prior to 10 minute mark.

Did NOT use IR lamp. Edged over course of around 50 minutes total.

Other Notes

1. Last night I had several stone hard erections.

2. This level of expansion without heat or full session time validates my original finding. Capacity to expand has definitely increased past the capacity of the 2” tube to assist me in any girth endeavor.

Round 20 (56): Moving up Cylinder Size to 2.25"

This is an important session. I move into the 2.25” and talk about how that expansion works. I meant to do it Sunday but too much edging and masturbation made it impossible. I’m only human.

Today was prefaced by 2 other long edging sessions to preserve engorgement at the 6.25” MSEG from my last clamping session.

Session Notes

1. Edge for around 50 minutes, massaging occurs concurrently during edging. IR lamp used and Wicked Silicone Lube for this. Heating pad set on 3 setting, 2 hour shutoff. Changed heat setting to 4 after entering the tube and it remains at 4 for the rest of the session.

2. Perform 10 minutes of cable clamping during edging time. Omitted turn key hose clamping today.

3. Lube penis and entry of tube (2.25” diameter trial run) as long as my forefinger in depth, with vaseline. Enter tube fully erect. Used heating pad contact for entire session, on setting 3 for warmup time. When entering tube, setting is moved to 4 and stays there, for a gradual warmup.

4. For first 120 seconds (2 minutes), cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2-3 seconds, down was around 1-2 seconds.

5. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 15HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 2 seconds. Down times were about 3 seconds.

6. For 60 Seconds (1 minute) cycling between 17.5HG, for 1-2 seconds, up cycle takes roughly 5 seconds. Downcycle for 5 seconds.

7. For 60 Seconds (1 minute) cycling between 20HG for 1-2 seconds, up cycle takes roughly 10 seconds, downcycle for 5 seconds.

8. For 60 seconds (1 minutes) cycling between 17-18HG and 5HG using 10 second gradient upwards and stopping at 17-18 for 1 seconds. Down time of 5 seconds between cycles

9. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between 20HG on a 10 second gradient upwards and stopping at 20HG for 1 second or less. Down time of 5 seconds.

10. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between 15HG for 2-3 seconds with a downcycle of less than 1 second up to 2 seconds. This is done as fast as comfortable.

Total time 8 minutes pumping

11. Post session cable clamping for 10 minutes.

Other Notes

1. Stronger expansion. This go round in the 2.25” is humbling but still encouraging. After the 3 minute mark after I cycle through my second pump step, the seal is definitive. I reach the 4.5” mark in the tube for hard packing and a bit more with the shaft at the top part of the tube but the CS not quite filling it in.

Additionally, my post pump cable clamp measure was at the highest record of my hose clamp measure. This leads me to believe that using the hose clamp (should I make it to that step) has the potential to take me past 6.61” temporarily. That was the greatest record I’ve ever made. If the hose clamp can get me to 6.69 or greater I’ll literally have a look at the target girth I’m aiming at. The entire idea is novel and amazing as well as humbling. How far I’ve been able to make it is underlined when I play with these clamps.

2. There is edema, as expected, but I packed enough of the tube that the curve wasn’t obvious. Which wasn’t the case before. Also, edema was limited to the circumcision scar area and receded fairly quickly.

Pre pump unclamped was 6.25” (temp gains I feel from the clamping last night)
Pre pump cable clamped 10 minutes was 6.45” MSEG
Pre pump turn key hose clamped was not performed. No measurement needed.
Pre pump post erection temp gains measure was 6.25”
**Post pump unclamped was 6.45” MSEG (this metric is extremely important and significantly different than 6.29” which is my 2” cylinder typical)
Post Pump cable clamped 10 mins was 6.61” (record for cable clamping)
Post pump hose clamp unchecked due to orgasm

3. Starting with the heating pad on setting three felt cooler due to the greater volume of the tube. Going to be warming it on 4 in the future.

4. There was an equation performed earlier in this log that explained the force exerted via each tube on the pubic bone when talking about negative vacuum pressure. A wider tube like the 2.25” really pressed my comfort when getting up to 15HG unlike my 2” tube I’m very used to. I will find and link that post but this is where physics starts coming into play very insistently to say the least. A wider tube than this may not be feasible without a cushion for this level of pumping pressure. (I have one but a wider cylinder isn’t in my future, this is just a note)

5. Patch held up 100%. No more notations need be made about it I think.

6. I remember the first 15 sessions of PE4F where I had different tube packing and fluctuations. It was humbling to be back at square one with a new cylinder but I’m much better fit in this now than my first time in it. I feel, especially with the increased physical discomfort of the tube bite, that sizing up another tube may be a bit much for my pubic bone so as far as girth work is concerned…this cylinder size really will be the end of the road.

If you run it at 28HG you get 44lbs of pull force for a 2” tube and 55lbs for a 2.25” tube. I’m not going to claim that’s the exact amount but would I say that I feel 20% more uncomfortable and a lot more tube bite right up to the uncomfortable level? Absolutely.

**7. Overall, results from this session indicates massive gains in the future. The test run in the 2.25” diameter pump cylinder was a success!

Routine Notes

Before clamping MSEG was 6.25” MSEG (hoping to cement this and move forward in the coming month)

10 minutes cable cuff clamping at 6.53” clamped MSEG. IR lamp was used.

Post clamping MSEG was 6.33”

Mild tingling a few minutes after, omitted hose clamp as a precaution.

Edging around 50 minutes total, again.

Other Notes

1. Last night I had several stone hard erections, that seemed to last long duration and woke up erect.

2. All signs indicate girth to be gained here in the months leading up to the end of the year.

Round 21 (57): Making 6.25" MSEG my new benchmark?

Second session in the 2.25” diameter cylinder. I feel good progress here.

My starting size was 6.25” and this has been the case since my last routine, even with multiple masturbation sessions.

Session Notes

1. Edge for around 70 minutes, massaging occurs concurrently during edging. IR lamp used and Wicked Silicone Lube for this. Heating pad set on 4 setting, 2 hour shutoff. After 1 minute break during pumping, set to setting 5 for remainder of session.

2. Perform 10 minutes of cable clamping during edging time. Took a break then performed 2 minutes of turn key hose clamping.

7. At 5 minutes I remove my penis from the tube For 60 Seconds (1 minute), perform some milking motions and relubricate with vaseline before returning to the tube for minute 6.

8. For 60 seconds (1 minutes) cycling between 17-18HG and 5HG using 10 second gradient upwards and stopping at 17-18 for 1 seconds. Down time of 5 seconds between cycles (this doesn’t go well, I have some close calls with my testicles for about 45 seconds until my base fills back in properly)

9. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between 20HG on a 10 second gradient upwards and stopping at 20HG for 1 second or less. Down time of 5 seconds.

10. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 15HG for 2-3 seconds with a downcycle of less than 1 second up to 2 seconds. This is done as fast as comfortable.

Total time 11 minutes pumping

11. Post session cable clamping for 10 minutes.

Other Notes

1. Expansion note: From minute 8 up to minute 10 in the tube, during the faster cycling, I could feel the base of my left CC expanding more, like a pop as it would hit the tube wall on the up cycles. This feeling vanished into the 11th minute, as the tissue had adjusted by that time. Worth nothing.

2. There is not a lot of edema. Limited to upper shaft and passes quickly. I appear to be packing up about 5 inches in the tube

Pre pump unclamped was 6.25” (it hasn’t gone away yet)

Pre pump turn key hose clamped 2 minutes was 6.49” during (got skittish and took it off, no real physical signs) and 6.45” after

Post Pump cable clamped 10 mins was 6.69” MSEG(record for…EVER!!!!)
Post pump cable clamped under glans circ area 6.57”
Post pump hose clamp unchecked due to penis fatigue.

Temp gains measured at final erection before warmdown: 6.57” MSEG

That is easily the best temp gains I’ve ever seen. And still with very little edema. Over time this will become closer to normal.

3. Starting with the heating pad on setting 4 was right at the limit of comfortable. Moving up to 5 was barely noticeable halfway, I think the tube didn’t have enough time to rise in temperature fully.

4. I used a break and an additional 5 minutes after, adding a total of 2 minutes under load in the tube. I like the preliminary results.

5. Another record-breaking expansion set. I can’t describe how it felt. It felt like structures inside were stretching past their limits. It was almost uncomfortable clamping.

6. Session was a great success!

Morning after notes

**7. Going without orgasm seems to yield better post session gains and retention. After 8 hours still measuring 6.37” MSEG.

**8. Making mental note to take chrome fitting off of 2” tube and place it on 2.25”. Possible slight leaking and it’s a $25 fitting, may as well keep using it.

I worked out that if I cross my legs, like really cross them, and then tense up my but and leg muscles I can squeeze the part of the penis that is inside the body. By doing this I can increase the pressure in my clamped penis.

Thought I would mention it as you may find it useful in your endeavours.

Other Notes

1. Expansion note: From minute 3 up to minute 5 in the tube, during the slower cycling, I could feel the base of my left CC expanding more, like a pop as it would hit the tube wall on the up cycles. This feeling vanished into the 6th minute, as the tissue had adjusted by that time. This was noted at the latter leg at first, now it manifested in the first leg and pretty much was a done deal, even after taking my 1 minute break.

2. There is not a lot of edema. The massage at 5 minutes really breaks it up.

This is a near carbon copy of the temp pattern from my last session. I think this is a worthy goal to work at and it’s quite interesting. And no, no matter how much I kegel I cannot make it to a solid 6.7” MSEG while clamped. I just can’t, not yet. I am trying my damndest (which is how my kegels got so much better so much faster.)

3. Need to be more diligent about when I turn heat up to 5 on the heating pad.

4. I used a faster pattern for the second leg of pumping and saw a more positive pack close to the 6” mark on the right side. My left side still around the 5” mark but…progressing way faster than the first time, when I started this almost 11 months ago.

5. It is now easier to edge and come back from the PONR. After months of hardcore edging, I finally have some real erection control.

I had a pump a long time ago and it worked. It hurts a bit but the blood is forced into the tissue and it stretches it out. My penis would be like 13 inches in the tube but when I removed it would go back to normal. It made it a little bigger though but you have to stay with it. I haven’t had sex in a bit and I workout a lot and I’ve revently noticed it’s not what it was so I’m considering getting a new one.

Lost Round #11: After a heavy 12 days off...

Life happened. 12 day decon but motivated!

1. I started the workout at 6.18” and can safely say masturbation can give me slightly weaker erection patterns, especially repeatedly in such a short time. I’m not used to having this much sex drive. Being single is difficult now.

2. I’ll be working with my pump tomorrow so I’m exicited to get back on the horse.

3. My LG hangar is here and I’ll be testing it this week but likely not working it into these sessions until year end as planned.

I’ve been working a lot of extra hours. It’s that time of year.

Turnkey hose clamping is probably going to get excluded altogether. My experiment with it gave me decent results but too much paranoia to keep using.

Other Notes

1. During this clamping session I was at least 90% the entire 10 minutes. I continously tried to kegel two or three times, very hard, per minute. At 5-10 seconds per kegel this was significant in the clamping session. I felt very good purchase at the base, the clamp bit in enough I was sure the clasp would give but it did not, to give an idea of how hard I clamped.

2. I have work to do and too much time I need to spend sleeping and getting ready to do a lot of PE. I mean this is just how it is right now.

**Morning After Notes

1. Had erections all night. Mentally in my dreams they somehow were translating and I could feel my cock pressing into my bed. So I could control them.

2. Did not measure this morning but…last night was my first session in 11 days. 6.22” MSEG is probably cemented and trending up if I got 6.61” expansion girth with no heat. This is why I log so many numbers.

Post clamping MSEG was 6.29” MSEG (notable because there was zero edema and my mostly soft state is around 6.1” Mid shaft flaccid post workout)

Other Notes

1. More powerful kegels. My erection would stay up without me thinking about it.

2. I have work to do and too much time I need to spend sleeping and getting ready to do a lot of PE. I mean this is just how it is right now.

3. I am in the “Remodeling phase” of my last months of PE so this decon break being extended is giving my body time to heal and gain. I think keeping the routines short, in this exact instance, is probably best till January of this year. Where I will be kicking it into high gear with my LG hangar!
