Round 13 (49): Still tweaking

Still being bad about sessions per week…

Session Notes

1. Edge for around 45 minutes, massaging occurs concurrently during edging. IR lamp used and Wicked Silicone Lube for this. Heating pad set on 3 setting, 2 hour shutoff. Changed heat setting to 4 after 1 minute of pumping and it remained at 4 for the rest of the session.
*Went and bought lube finally.

2. Perform 10 minutes of clamping during edging time.

3. Lube penis and entry of tube as long as my forefinger in depth, with vaseline. Enter tube fully erect. Used heating pad contact for entire session, on setting 3 for 2 minutes. Then setting 4 for 6 minutes.

4. For first 150 seconds (2 minutes, 30 seconds), cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2-3 seconds, down was around 1-2 seconds.

5. For 30 seconds cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 15HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 3 seconds. Down times were about 2 seconds.

6. For 120 Seconds (2 minutes) cycling between 15HG, for 1-2 seconds, up cycle takes roughly 2 seconds. Downcycle for 1 second.

7. For 120 seconds (2 minutes) cycling between 20HG and 5HG using 10 second gradient upwards and stopping at 20 for 1 or 2 seconds. Down time of 5 seconds between cycles

8. For 60 seconds used a 5 second cycle of 15HG with 3 seconds up time back and forth, with 2 seconds down time.
Total time 8 minutes pumping

9. Post session clamp for 5 minutes under IR lamp.

Other Notes

1. Lower pressures, whether fast cycling or slower cycling, seem equally effective.

2. Edema not present.

Pre clamped was 6.57” MSEG
Post pump unclamped was 6.37”

3. Want to do more PE during the week and still screwing that up.

**4. Clamped maximum was the same before and after pumping. I may be reaching the plastic deformation limit. Which, if I can exhaust it, will let me jump to close to 6.57” as a permanent gain before deconditioning. Though, I will settle for a solid 6.33” MSEG and then work from there upwards.

While these are estimates since I never had a gauge on it, I eventually preferred going up to the 15-20” Hg range more than the 20+ “Hg range. The stretch is effectively the same, but it feels better at the lower levels.

My pump has a nice correlation between sound and pressure. It starts to rattle and get noisy right around 20-22HG so I can mind it even without gauge peeping sometimes. So, yours may have had a similar sound pattern for higher pressure patterns you unconsciously adjusted to.

Round 14 (50): Narrowing down a pattern.

Gap between sessions is smaller. Heating pad practice stabilized.

TG, do you ever get up to 15-20 HG during regular pumping? Do you notice a difference with the industrial pump at the same pressure? Pretty cool that you’re not getting edema even at those high pressures

Before I started with the industrial pump I would pump to 15 HG for a few seconds. It would take up to 8 to 10 seconds to get there. The feeling is way different and so is the way that a penis inflates under pressure when that pressure is applied so much slower.

Edema levels tend to be low because I keep my times low. If I up the time of any of my exercises in this routine I will likely incur edema. I know that longer pumping time of maybe 3 or 4 minutes at this point would incur more serious edema. Definitely if my clamping exceeds a total of 20 minutes. As I get conditioned edema is less but to truly wipe it out I would have to grow to where the entirety of the tube naturally touches my penis. I am certain that very small levels of Edema almost always exist but that in this case and in many of the cases recently for when I’m doing my routine it is inconsequential.

1. Time off of 19 days hasn’t affected expansion patterns, though tissues may have retoughened. Will make notes if expansion holds, decreases or increases.

2. Edema present under glans. Signficant but not excessive. A predictable amount, considering the time off that I took

Round 16 (52): Introducing hardcore kegeling

While clamping, when fully clamped, I do kegels from 3 to 5 seconds as hard as possible. I want to duplicate the scenario where I broke the clamp before and it really has added to erection quality.

1. Expansion was at record levels for this session. I am enthusiastic about this as the edema is not proportionally any more than normal.

2. Edema present under glans. Signficant but not excessive. A predictable amount, considering the effect of the very hard kegels I did during both clamping sets. I think these kegels are key.

Lost Round #1- Consecutive clamping

My theory is that a secondary clamp session prior to pumping will create more temporary gains which will aid in both the pump session and momentum for future sessions in the following days.

It seems to bear out here.

Typically, I go back through sexy text messages to stay motivated. But it’s sometimes not 100% of erection time. I sometimes do other things and come back to it in a few minutes. But it’s mostly mental, especially if I’m sexting at that time.

I also use porn but not as the main inspiration. It keeps me able to get erect on my own by not being dependent on it.

I have to stop and start probably 2 or 3 times. And it’s when I fail that I end up with an orgasm, obviously. Because I tend to push the envelop on the hardest erection for clamping or entering the tube.

Are these long edging session designed mainly for stamina, or are they aiding in your size gains/ cementing? I’m able to edge 15 minutes maybe 20 tops because i mentally checkout/ get bored or don’t want to hit the PoNR, curious as to the benefits of going past this besides stamina.

Personally I find them good for cementing. Additionally long edging sessions seem to get me a more full erection. This is important for clamping at maximum potential.

Clamping in tandem with Pumping and stand alone

I have been notating the effect of clamping on this pumping style. I find a lot of synergy with the utilization of clamping before and after. The expansion to warm up the tissue, especially the tunica, appears to be a very good system.

I have played with all day engorgement in the past and have found only somewhat compatible systems with how I like to do PE. Lately, I have found spacing out small gaps of clamping sessions throughout the day appear to help. I stumbled upon this with my orgasm problems which would derail my pumping sessions notated above.

This is only notable because all of the clamping I have done recently has included high-pressure kegeling. This appears to be contributing to more random erection activity during the day. Which, since it is very uncommon for me to experience any erection activity in public, is obviously a benefit I had not foreseen. So I think it makes sporadic clamping for 3 minutes a very viable thing for both riding temporary gains and longer-term PC muscle results.

I just did some clamping this morning for a few minutes. That was after my last night session. I don’t suggest it every few hours. Just two maybe three times a day.

This Theory appears to be similar to the all-day cock ring theory that floats around, regarding engorgement value, but I don’t like the all day cock ring concept very much, as even when I applied a cock ring long-term it was only for a few hours at a time with an open style horseshoe cock ring.

I will be adding a morning session between 3 and 5 minutes if I’m going to edge when I get up. I’ll note if this will be changed or removed as my routines move forward.

So a main routine of 5 + 10 minutes clamping at night, working towards pumping, and three to five minutes pumping in the morning when I get up.
