Been busy the new year so I only do bathmate pumping.
1 set 5-9min and that’s all I can take. I use a lot of pressure. I kegel like crazy inside the tube. Squeezes/holds.
Some reason this simple exercise is working really really well.

After I immediately ice dick and balls for 4 min then electric heating pad until dick is entirely warm. I Do this twice. Days I have more time I do ice and heat 3 cycles.
Love it. Simple and effective.

Does anyone else seem to benefit from more is more? Sometimes it seems like that is the case for me when it comes to training frequency. Leaving out days off.

I don’t recommend this. I thought more was more for along time and it wasn’t at least for me it wasn’t. Do yourself a favor and take days off just for your mental state. Mental well being if not kept in check can lead to obsessive behavior with PE. You won’t notice it at first and then one day you turn around and realize you spent most of your day doing PE.

Also the risk of injury is too great when not taking a break. Not to mention the fact that the bm pump uses a lot of pressure. Be careful in your thinking and your doing. You only get one cock!

I do take days off. Yesterday for instance but had sex. I’ll tell myself that was the workout for the day. I’ll take 2 days off a week. But on my off days I find myself hitting a quick a frame stretch in the shower.

To clarify… when I use a bathemate… I do four sessions all without an erection or any porn all 5min sets 1minute massage in betwixt … 1st one pump to get a seal and let warm water do its work on the tissues after a minute I do three sets of max 5min a piece minute of massage in between … and I find I get better expansion this way .

I think the key is no porn… if I was firing porn in my brain and my hog was at 10, it’s not gonna be happy about going to 12, but if it’s at 8 and want to relax to 12… and let that be the new 8 Its ok with that

I like your approach and I agree. Last time I watched porn was 2018. All my PE is just PE. I find if I do one 10min set its optimal. Increasing pressure every minute. After 10 min I take 2-4 minutes to decrease the pressure slowly. Total time 14min. Always ice after. I don’t know why it works really well for me.

So I’m summery my PE is primarily bathmate pump. My length is going farther in the pump every week.

Okay, well my rational is that PE is to make a healthier penis. A functioning, healthy penis.

The most basic function of a penis is to reproduce. That’s the purpose of the organ from an evolutionary stand point. To procreate.

And I look at it as a “performance” exercise. How is it performing? Am I able to relax and let it expand to the max the way I do in my sessions? Practice how you perform, perform how you practice? To me it all plays a role in the PE journey.

So one time in high school, I had sex with my girlfriend (who is now my wife) 11 times in one day. 9 of the times I orgasmed. The next day I had no sex drive and my penis was so fucking sore. Not in a bad way. I didn’t want to have sex the next day nor did I really attempt to. It is a workout. One orgasm or multiple. Just a fact.

It is just another dimension of the workout. That’s how I frame it. Very fun and pleasurable way. That’s how I see it.

Ok, well here’s what I’m reading as a guy doing this for a bit. Your obsessing over PE. STOP! I’m telling you this from personal experience stop obsessing over how much you are doing and whether or not sex is an actual part of PE’ing. Enjoy the process and the gains.

Yup. That’s basically what I was told in a thread I posted last night. It’s good thing this site is here to ask people who have been doing it a long while.

We just want to help the newcomers. Well and of course gain…

Honestly I’ve waisted so many hours that I’ll never get back doing excessive and certainly compulsive PE. Set up a routine of no less then 3 and no more then 5 days a week and you should be good. But build it around your life don’t. Don’t build your life around it. Again just personal experience.

When I started back October 2018 I obsessed so much about the routine and sticking to it. After 8 consistent months I went the instinctual route. Looking back…. it was very obsessive and over prioritized.

15 very consistent months and still hungry to learn and gain. The reminders not to obsess are good and I appreciate you’re insight. Thanks.

My bathmate is not working how it used. It started malfunctioning a week ago.

Here is the issue. There are air bubbles that are coming from the base of the pump.

The pump doesn’t pull my penis in like it used to.
It feels like the pressure is no longer focused on my penis.
It only seems to work at really high pressure without losing suction.

Low pressure pumping does NOT work at all anymore as I see a lot of bubbles come from the bottom. At that point the pump pulls of my skin and pubic area.

I contacted bathmate and they’re sending me a replacement valve. I’m skeptical it is that.
Any answers anyone?
