Is 4 hours the limit for hanging?

Is it? Or can you work your way to hanging for more than tha per day? Didn’t Bib hang for 8-11 hours a day or something like that?

Bib says up to 4 hours per an angle, anything more is over kill. And just to make sure you know, it’s a max of 20 minute sets.

I can easily hang 30 mins per set with a vac hanger (and taping).

I hang for one hour sets with the vac hanger. If I do shorter sets I lose the fatigue. This is at low weight though.

What weight are you using mate? And how many sets?

Finally, I’m over 100 posts. :)

Hanging at 1kg at this point. Thats slightly over 2lbs. Moving up to 1,5kg at the end of this month, I don’t really get much fatigue anymore.

I see. I’m warping up with 5 lbs, then move to 7.5 lbs. Then do another 2 (or 4) sets at 5 lbs. I think it’s a little overkill, I’ve noticed better EQ when stating at 5 lbs for two sets of 30 mins in total.

Well what did Bib do exactly to gain 2 inches in 8 months? All he says is that he PEed for 8-11 hours a day and did a lot of hanging. I’m not expecting that if I do as he did that I will get 2 inches in 8 months but I know I’d get some good results.

He also says that when you start hanging you start with 2-3 sets at 2-5 lbs. He then says to continue adding a set each week until you reach 4 hours total. My question is do you keep the weight at 2-5 lbs the whole time you’re working your way up to 4 hours or can you increase the weight as you increase the time?

Not a fan of vac-hanging— just stretched the hell out of my skin— I made gains hanging anywhere from 1-2 hours a day— but at 8kg+

I think everybody should remember also that EVERYTHING regarding PE is just theory and speculation. The guides, tutorials, descriptions and whatever are just what one guy THINKS you should do and how this guy THINKS the penis gets bigger.

Not everything is speculation. We know that there is an inner and outer penis, these structures consist of ligaments, connective tissue, spongy tissue, blood vessels and nerves, plus skin. In order to change these tissues we apply stress.

I choose the word stress carefully, it can apply to weight, vacuum and chemical levels.

We are also looking to cause an amount of stress that causes change without over damaging the tissues we are stressing, as we also know that over stressing can interupt your training for a while or permanently.

We also know that not all techniques/training patterns are effective for everyone. You have to learn about your piece of equipment and yourself.

And how do we know this? Because we share our experiences.
