I started at about 3.5lbs and didn’t start reaching what I understand to be fatigue until about 9lbs.

Thank you my lord :) many blessings on you for this advice :)

Hi everyone

I have read in the article to stertch the ligaments first. How do we hang the weights to pull the ligaments and not the shaft? Is there any particular point the weights have to be hanged?

Great image, cap! It reminds me of the old Peanuts comic strip, when Linus would wait in a sincere pumpkin patch for the Great Pumpkin to arrive. For the next Halloween, should we all look for a sincere penis patch and wait for the Great Penis? :)

The angle you use for hanging determines where the most stress is applied. If you hang straight down (SD) or between-the-cheeks (BTC), you put more stress on the ligs and less on the tunica. If you hang straight out (SO) or over-the-shoulder, you’ll put more stress on the tunica and less on the ligs. If you hang under-the-leg, you’ll put more pressure on the ligs, and you can put more stress on one side or the other.

If you experiment with different hanging angles, you will feel how the stress points change.

Damn that takes me back :)

So new guy here!! Been hanging 4 weeks now and each week adding weight, time and amount of sets. I’m up to 4 20 minute sets with 7.5lbs. Stretching nicely I started out at F 3.25 x 2 and E 5.5 x3.75. Haven’t had the opportunity to re measure but I can feel a big difference and so can my girlfriend. I told her my goal was to be over 8 x 6 and she just smiled. May be a dream but I’m going for it!

Sounds all good except, make sure you don’t increase weight, time and sets all in one week.

But sounds good man, good luck.

Thanks bud I’m being safe, read all the newbie stuff and I only do what feels right. It’s actually feeling quite pleasurable. And my girls loving it.

This answer more questions that I had about hanging than I really knew I even had. It probably has changed my length exercise approach, as I can clearly see the “tough penis” effect that my previous hanging had caused. I may have retarded my length gains by using a hangar improperly.

But, now I understand why. And I can adjust my routine accordingly to see what else I can do to reach my goals.

This guide rocks.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6" MSEG as of 12/16/2016 This is my story...and a few progress pics of me here.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm 7 years in and counting. Put the work in then the gains will come. All you have to do is keep the faith.

So I’m thinking about buying a vac hanger, which is the best, more comfortable, easy to attach, etc

Start 30/06/2016 - BPEL 13cm MSEG 11,5cm

Now - BPEL 16,2cm MSEG 12cm BPFSL 17,4cm

Goal - BPEL 19cm MSEG 15cm BPFSL 20cm

Great Guide!

I have done hanging before, maybe 10 years ago on any kind of schedule. Good to have a refresher on the basics, as I have forgotten a lot of my past experiences. Penis is in pretty good “condition” from my other routines, but I will have some adjustments to make. Good info on the peripherals, like skin care, wrapping, etc. THANKS!

I’m happy to hear that I can start out at lower weight than I was using! I can easily do 12# with no build up or anything, but the “ligament toughening” info makes sense, no need to concentrate on weight alone. Get the most out of the lower weights, gains wise!

Question: I’m kinda new here, I am considering hanging, is there a post that has diagrams of hanging angles? I see the abbreviations all the time (SO, SD, OTL, OTS, etc) but have no idea how to do these. Did I miss it somewhere?
