Hanging 101

I’ve had this wonder on my mind as a what if - ligament cut + hanging = big results?

I haven’t actually seen anything on the forum of anyone doing this - my thoughts were with no lig all the stretch would occur to the penis .. Shrug I’m not exactly the most biological expert so I’m speaking from no background in this apart from a mind ponder.


Starting stats - 03-03-2017:

BPEL 14.5CM, MSEG 12CM

So my penis curved and shaped such that when I hang straight down or between the cheeks it mostly targets the left side of my penis (and the ligs of course). As a result, the left part of my shaft seems to have lengthened while the right isn’t quite catching up. So I’ve began hanging over my left leg which is targeting the right side of my penis directly. So far it feels like I’m getting a good stretch and fatiguing the right area.

My question is, does this sound reasonable and a correct approach given the shape of my penis that I described?


Currently 6/13/2017: 6.25" BPFL, 5.5" Girth

Started 1/1/2004: 5" BPFL, 5" Girth

When is it time to switch to a new streching direction?

I have been doing SD for quite some time now and reached 21pounds


Gained 1 inch in 70 days of PE. 2 years later I'm back for more!

I’m new to hanging but I’ve read that when you have a sixoclock LOT. Drop wieght lbs move to straight out til ya acclimate to the new angle work your way up on wieght slowly as before

Hanging itself is a hard thing to master, there’s a huge learning curve and you should master it before thinking about anything else.

Plus when you do such surgery you’ll need to use an ADS everyday for a long while until you’re completely healed. For that you better be already conditioned to ADS use 10h/day.

But there’s one thing you’re not considering, the surgery only cut the susp ligs, that’s not the only ligament holding the penis. That’s why you don’t gain much from that surgery.

Hang SD or BTC until your lot is 6 or 7 and you’re exit point decreased.

And when it is time to switch to a new angle, do I reduce the weight or should I keep it the same?
Should I totally stop doing sessions on the first angle or should it be maintained?

Drop weight at least half. And see how it feels.

Some people do 1 set in the old angle and then start with the new angle. Some just drop the old angle and hang only on the new. There’s no exact formulas just go by feel and watch your PIs and fatigue.

After SD you can try either RSDT or OTS
Also some people increase their lot after some time hanging in upwards angles and can gain from lower angles again.

All on this I read on Bibs forum.

B.I.B. is The MAN!
He went from right at 6” BPEL to just under 11” BPEL, and his wife asked him to stop there. Then he went to maintenance. Maintenance is CRUCIAL. I was a bit over 10” BPEL and stopped. No maint. and I regret it :cry: Kept most of the girth, however ;)

I have actually made my own type of hinge hanger that I prefer over my BIB ripoff type. When I can post in the other forums I will share :)

Hey guys I’m at 5 1/4 x 5 3/8 and I wanted to start hanging, I want the B.I.B but it says at least 6 in. Can I get any feedback on that?

The Bib starter comes with the theraband, in addition you’ll need some sort of soft fabric to wrap under the Thera. But you can cut some old sweater for that.

Plus you’ll need something to use as weight. I bought a few from a gym supply store, with different weights, try to buy one 0,5lbs one 1lbs and two 2lbs should be enough for a good while. Also something to put them stacked

At Bibs forum there are threads showing how to build a cheap weight stacker out of pipe tubes.

Get the starter, be all you ever need, I personally bought the original and then bought the starter…
I use mma handwraps instead or theraband
