had a few quick hanging question:
when hanging now (1 month, no gains :( )I started to wrap close to the base of my penis as oppose to closer to my head, which helped me hang more comfortable hanging at lower time and higer wieghts. but now i get a sharp pulling sensation at the base and around my pubic area. I try to see if its my skin scretching or my ligs and think its a little bit of both, now I also noticed that there sometimes is a sensation like somethinhg is about to snap, more so inside than outside. My question is is this a lig that is about to break? It’s ususally more towards a particular side and focused at 1 spot than all around. Is this normal? Or am I going to break something :( . I gotten to this stage after fatiguing for few days all hanging down SD, so I’m confused as to what is going on, and wondered if hanging is suppose to jsut scretch ligs or actually break them and rebuild them.
Any info will help, as I’m new so please be nice :)
also does anyone use their BIB hanger sideways? i find alot more comfortable than up/down
