Hanging Gain Permanence

Hanging Gain Permanence

Hello, I’ve been a longtime lurker on this great website for years. I always wanted to start P.E. but never got around to it. I’ve finally decided to make a start. I measure BPEL 6.8 and EG 5.4. My goals are between BPEL 7.5 to 8.0.

My question is are hanging gains permanent? i.e. Will the gains remain after years of absolutely no maintenance? I have researched this topic endlessly on this website and others. There are well known cases of members who have focused on Jelqing and squeezing methods to attain gains like Wadzilla for example who kept his considerable gains for just over 3 years before losing most if not all of them:

My Loss of Gains is Nearly Complete :(

He believed that in the long term P.E. was not truly “cementable”:

wadzilla - Cell Recycling and Cementing Gains

Information and experiences of hanging veterans keeping their gains after years of P.e. inactivity are hard to come by. There are members that have reported to keep their hanging gains years after:

lil12big1 - Cell Recycling and Cementing Gains
bud_do - PE and “Permanence”

One of the most well known members is Bib who made gains of 4 incjhes in length who reported to have kept the gains for approximaely 10 years with little to no maintenance:

Bib’s history

My question is for the hangers that have made gains only for hanging:

1) How much gains did you make?
2)What maintenance have you been doing?
3)How much gains did you keep?
4)How long have you kept them for? (How long ago did you make them also?)

I personally don’t think any PE gains are cementable.

Our bodies natural tendency is to repair according to a blueprint of homeostasis, where the body, after injury, returns as close to as it was before the trauma.

This process may take a while, at least as long as the original deformation, but will eventually find its way back.

The clear message is that this PE business is for life.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

How discouraging on the one hand.

On the other hand I now believe PE is worth doing just from an EQ standpoint alone so I guess it is a life commitment. Like going to the gym.

I never cemented anything and never lost anything. I think I had 3 year break and didn’t lose anything.

Did you completely refrain from ant form of PE i.e. Jelqing, stretches etc ?

I think as long as you regularly get a high EQ erection, you will keep your gains. All collagen shrinks if it is not ‘used’. If you immobilize a shoulder, it’s easy to end up with a ‘frozen shoulder’ as the joint capsule shrinks. If you immobilize a knee for a few weeks, it takes quite a bit of work to re-establish full range of movement. etc.

Many guys past their days of regular sexual activity say that their penis used to be bigger when they were younger; it’s not so much returning to a ‘blueprint’, as the use it or lose it principle. The body generally will not hold onto tissue it doesn’t require (except for fat unfortunately :) ).

Even someone who has never done any PE will lose size if they do not have a hard erection on a regular basis. Regular good erections, or a few stretches and jelqs and there is no problem.

Why do folk worry so much about having to do a tiny bit of maintenance? If you went to the gym and built some muscle you wouldn’t expect to stay just the same size and just as strong for the rest of your life. But just a little work keeps all the benefits. I take 3-4 months off a year from PE, and have never lost any size at all. I’m sure if I didn’t touch my penis at all and suffered from impotence for that period, my penis would shrink.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I was so busy last week I was not able to hang at all and I noticed it was ok for 3-days then I started to turtle. Then next day turtle again and again. I now cleared my plate so now back to work on making gains and no turtling

The issue of maintenance becomes an issue when life gets in the way of PE, i.e. kids, work and stress. This happens in other things such as loss of fitness due to not going to the gym for example. Neglecting PE maintenance and losing gains that you have become accustomed to would only increase stress and add something else to be worried about. I understand if you want to PE to maintain EQ, I would do that later on in life as I’m still in my 20’s however, PE maintenance to maintain size would be a different proposition altogether.

dogbone, are you circumsized?

Girth gains tend to disappear faster then length gains. ‘Cementing’ is a different topic than permanence of gains. Length gains, once cemented, will stay there for long time.

No PE at all.

Describe cementing, in PE terms.

No big mistery. Let’s say your are wearing ane extender, one day you can stretch your penis 1/3” longer than before; if you stop wearing the device, this gains never cements, but if you go ahead for a few weeks it will remain there even if you stop wearing the device therafter. How long it will remain? Maybe 1 year, maybe forever; but we call it ‘permanent’.

Ok, so it’s merely on-going PE that cements.

Thanks for clarification.

Yes I am circumsized but I noticed that I turtle right up it like goes into my body its crazy.

I thought cementing is the process of slowly stopping all PE. So if I was wearing the extender for 6-days a week and gained 2-inches. I would now cement over the course of a few months. for the first few week go down to 5-days a week and then next few weeks wear it only 4-days not in a row alternate the days then 3-times a week, 2-times a week then 1-time a week until every drop in time measuring to make sure nothing was lost and then finally not doing PE at all.

I’ve kept most of my gains you just need to do a little maintenance program once in a while or like me I get little spurts of serious PE again here and there.
