Initial stats; BPEL 8.5 inch, EL 8.3 Inch, EG 6.4 inch. Goal; EL +1 inch, EG: Not a priority. Equal girth along the shaft.

Progress: 5 weeks: BPEL: 8.8 inch. (+7mm) EL: 8.6 inch (+7mm). SL: 8.9 EG: 6.7 averaged out (+4-8mm. Growth though failing to create equal girth along shaft)

I enjoy the the PE that I do.

If you don’t enjoy it, or see it as a chore, eventally you will slow down, lose interest and stop.

Then you will find out if your gains are permenant.

I don’t see something like 3 times a week 40 mins a day as a big deal when I’m done with my serious hanging that’s why I plan on doing for life. I personally enjoy hanging cause I simply sit at my computer and let it hang and it’s not a big deal.

Yea but let’s say you go hard for 2 years don’t you think you deserve a 6 to 9 month break? You going to lose your gains after all that hard work.

I don’t go to the gym very hard for 2 years and then stop for half a year to give myself a “break.” Maybe I will decrease the frequency at which I go during the week for a while or skip out on it for some weeks as a “break” but never stop for long durations of time. Use it or lose it. There is ALWAYS a maintenance phase of everything. You don’t eat very healthy for 2 years and then eat like total crap for 6-9months.

I have gone hard for three years and don’t think in terms of deserving anything as a result of my efforts other than length and girth gains.

I came here to get a bigger dick, not a holiday.

I see a decon break as a chore that I would have a difficult time completing. I’m grateful that I finally broke my plateau and am gaining again, and hope that I can reach eight inches with my new-found growth.

im never going back wards and will probably use my extender for the next ten yrs I want to hit 10,000 to 15000 hours..I will probably also do a two to three days a week jelqing routine for erectile/penis health..75 to 150 reps should get the wood back..my goal is 7 3/4 nbpel x 6 1/8 msg ….I personally cant wait to get to my mainance routine…my current routine is mother fucker, very time consuming

To the OP: You need to look at PE as a workout that allows for growth like you’d work any other muscle. Maintenance may be required.

I have taken years off in my long and spotty PE career. Though I am a slow gainer, I’ve never lost anything.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Because my unit is smaller than it was in my youth I will always have a fear on losing gains. However, if you where to decide that you where not going to do any maintenance then it shouldn’t be to hard to just break out a ruler once a month and see how things are going. Just pick a number where if you fall below that number you start PE again at full force. For me the smarter mode would be just do a light maintenance forever than have to go hardcore every year or two.
