Decondition before starting to hang?

Couldn’t find the answer to this by searching so thought I’d ask.

Been doing PE for almost 2 years now and have gained a solid 1 5/8” BPFSL but after slowing for awhile, have hit a plateau. I’ve never formally deconditioned although I usually go 1-3 days between jelqing and stretching (on alternate days). I also quick-stretch throughout the day. I’ve approached PE this way mostly after reading early on some anecdotes here which convinced me that a commonality with big gainers was doing some PE every day.

Now, I’m looking to start some hanging and wonder if I should decondition for awhile before I start.

If you guys think that’s a good idea, how long do you think would be most beneficial?

I would begin the hanging right way personally, unless you’ve seen a substantial plateau, then some time off would help.

I had plateaued for months and began to hang and have gotten a new 1/4 inch in length since July.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

+ heat. :) Yeah, I know. I have a thing about heat! :)


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Absolutely! I think heat has been the key for me also. I have just started using heat in the last month.
