I do it with a VacADS. Mind you I have been PEing for 5+ years. Its a personal choice… you have been warned though. Don’t come screaming back to us if something bad happens.


Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

It is, of course, a personal choice. That there is a level of risk does not seem questionable. Look through the injury forums and you’ll find a number of cases where people fell asleep, or intentionally went to sleep while clamping/pumping/hanging/stretching, and had disastrous injuries. Sometimes they recover, sometimes they never do. Then there are also people who do it with no negative side effect.

Just as there are huge health risks to smoking, weighing 400 pounds, or driving after downing a case of beer. Hell, even if you don’t drive, drinking a case you risk waking up with a horrible, ugly girl. Or worse. Yet, there are people who do those things over and over and nothing horrible happens to them. And there is the irony of people who avoid anything risky, and bad things happen to them anyways.

Does that mean its a good idea to risk it? That’s up to you. Every decision is a risk/benefit analysis. The benefit is obviously being able to PE for many more hours than you could otherwise. The risk is that your dick becomes nothing more than a particularly odd looking body decoration. Is that risk/benefit cool with you? That is for you to decide.

If I remember correctly im pretty sure some guy made a thread last week where he had fallen asleep while in an ADS I think. Well he was saying something like he cant feel any sensation anymore and its been a month since it happened. Being awake and aware of the condition and position of your unit as opposed to being unconscious and unaware of any changes in position that might hamper circulation.

And no hurry my friends just trying to gather info and opinions I was hoping to get some what of a hit on one of my posts so I could feel like I helped get info out for other people to read this thread almost seems hostel but its ok I do see where everyone is coming from

When you put it that way yes but I was just thinking if the stretch was light enough while you slept it would allow more room for cell division to take place
