"V" Stretches vs. Erect Bends

"V" Stretches vs. Erect Bends

I have done “V” stretches in the past, both with a bib hanger and manually. While doing them I could feel a tremendous stretch in the tunic, but they rarely left me sore for more than a few hours after completion. Also I could stretch the sides and top, but not the bottom of my penis.

In my new routine I am doing erect bends. I can feel an unbelievable stretch and my tunic is sore for more than 24 hours after. I can also stretch in all directions easily.

This started me thinking that, perhaps, erect bends are more effective in stretching the tunic then “V” stretchs. In theory, penis that is erect applies more pressure to a specific area of the penis when bent then a flacid penis stretched on a fulcrum.

Any oppinions on this?

Hi

the most stressful exercise for me seems to be twisted bends after doing regular bends. There was a nice article about doing twisted Ulis a few weeks ago.

Cheers
