Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Back on topic, I worked out today. I know sparkyx, I know, deconditioning and all that. Shit man, I’ve had such a good PE year it’s just damn hard to let it go. I feel like I’ll fall off the PE bandwagon if I don’t stay at it.

Did full intensity, 1/2 normal duration of wantsmores routine. Dick felt very limber, and less resistant than it was feeling before the break. Before taking a few days off I was definitely feeling a little “beef jerky” in the core, toughened.

Today was able to stretch right back out to same lengths I was getting before my little mini-decon break with no problem. Didn’t measure bpfsl like I was going to though :( I will do so fastidiously in the following days to see if I get some sort of deconditioning pop from taking a short, but well oiled break.

I’d like to see 7 and 1/2” bpel by January 1- kind of a pre-New Years PE resolution. 7 and 1/2” is my new 7”. I remember when I marked 7” on a paint stirrer stick when I was still unconvinced about PE and could NEVER reach 7” and said to myself; “this will only be real when you can reach that line”. I said this because no matter how hard I pushed, I just could NOT reach that 7” mark. My new mark is 7 and 1/2. When I hit 7 and 1/2” bpel the first time, I’m going to run out into the street with my boner and show everyone.

All that optimism aside, I think 7 and 1/2”bpel by Jan. 1 is a pretty tall order.

Nice work wantsmore. It’s fresh to see a good idea from someone who isn’t selling anything. Good luck with your “boner in the street” goal.

How long did you decon? Its fine, lets see if it was enough, if you don’t get any at least slightly accelerated gains, then I’m gonna assume it wasn’t enough. Thats ok though, we can learn from that too.

I am really guessing with decon time at this point, so the more info we get, the less of a guess it will be.

Get your measurements so we can really see what is going on and not assume anything.

Yeah, I know the mentality, it does me in most of the time too.

Please give us a warning before street boner thing…so we can get the women and kids off the streets, me too for that matter. :)

Two week total decon break. Now back to my schedule- 2 days in a row of wantsmores followed by ADS, the first day heavy stretching, the second slightly lighter, followed by an “off” day where I don’t stretch, but just do 1 20 minute pumping set with some jelqing. Days off only if I feel I need it.

Measured bpfsl last night. Same as previous: 7 and 5/8ths”, so nothing “lost” during 2 week break.

I ordered some golf weights online and they just arrived. I’m really excited about trying these out. Only problem is, the golf weights seem really big. The way you describe your method with the soup, it seems as if the opening is really small and that they are tight fitting around the shaft of the penis.

Can you give me the dimensions of the golf weights that you use?

What do you mean, “with the soup” quick? I don’t remember saying anything about “soup”- a typo perhaps? The inner diameter of the rings I use is 1 and 5/16ths inch. Once I start the workout and I progress to the next ring, they’re tight enough to stay on by themselves.

However, they don’t need to be tight at all. The only thing you need is to be able to fit your dick through the hole and then to wrap it around the ring to get a fulcrum stretch.

Sorry for the typo.

I just measured mine and they are about the same. I’m just surprised because I thought they were a lot tighter. You said that you needed to soap up your dick to be able to slide them on. My girth is small to begin with, and when I stretch my penis, it shrinks even more, so I have plenty of room to work with.

Do you just let the weight hang while you pull with one hand? Or do you pull the ring with one hand in one direction, and pull the penis the other direction with the other hand? Also, if you do pull the ring, do you pull from the inside or from the outside?

I’m going to be giving these a try tomorrow morning. Can’t wait!

Hold the wt with one hand, and pull with the other. Pull 90 degrees to the ring, up, down, side and side. Its that 90 degree bend focused directly into those fibers at the bend that make it so powerful.

As you put more rings on, you will always hold the last one closest to the head, so you don’t have to worry about them falling off. You COULD do it with one ring, and just progressively slide it up the shaft (or down), but the multiple rings make the progression much easier.

Use the soup with the penis bread for your after PE meal, you will have worked up a big appetite. And don’t forget the penis butter! :) (sorry, I couldn’t resist!)
