Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

I think I will also try this, but where can I get those golf weights in UK?

I tried googling for them but couldnt find any?

7.25 last night…trend still seems upward.

Good question about girth sparkyx. I haven’t measured girth in *forever*, but I’ve been curious to due to the fact that it looks like I’m gaining girth with this routine. I think I now see how this is possible too. When you’re fulcruming the internal chambers like this, you’re blasting them in such a way as to allow them not just to lengthen, but also to expand.

After the wantsmores I find that I’m very plumped girthwise. This is absent pumping or any other girth workout, so stressing the internals like this clearly leads the way for girth growth too in my opinion.

I’ve even been thinking about just doing the fulcrums for awhile, say a month or two to see what comes from these seperate of anything else. Could these be as diverse of a workout as a jelq? They actually might. And a shitload easier to do A LOT of them than a jelq ever was for me.

But there it is, 7.25 last night. We’ll see about the next two nights.

Thanks for that mravg. I allready have a couple of montys weights, but I think the rounded golf weights may prove better.

Start with what you have, they will work fine. Save yourself some money, then if you really like it you can get the golf wts. I actually think the more square edges of Monty’s wts may even be an advantage.

In between 7 and 1/8th and 7 and 1/4, but could’ve easily pulled 7.25 if I’d of had my girl around to help me stiffen things up a bit more- ;) However, I’m a total stickler for measuring 3 days consecutive, so I’m not going to change my sig. based on the measuring I’m doing here, but I do feel fairly certain I could’ve pulled 7.25 with max EQ. sparkyx: Gaining steadily with these since the start of the thread- first week of July, 2007 I think. Measure is bpel. Gauging from this morning’s wood, I’m definitely gaining girth with these too. When I’m at 100% EQ, it’s very obvious to me that I’m on my way up girthwise too.

Now I might attribute that to the pumping I’ve been doing, but I am hesitant to do so, mainly because the girth increase only started to occur once I started these. Additionally, the whole “listen to my body thing” is actually telling me to give pumping the boot and that the fluid buildup from pumping and the recovery time from the buildup is counter to what is happening with these. I’ve basically stopped my pumping sets for now.

Funny thing is, BEFORE when I’d stop pumping, my flaccid would go to shit within 3 days, especially girth. However, NOW, when I’m doing the wantsmores, without pumping my flaccid stays great- long, plump, and more “real” looking (you pumpers will know what I mean here), more vascular, and etc.

My conclusion, again, is that by strongly and thouroughly fulcruming the CC’s and the CS while deeply heated, we are stretching the outer fascia of these bodies (and don’t forget the tunica) which is not only allowing for longitudinal stretching (length increase), but is also (apparently) effecting the ability for the fascia to expand more laterally (girth increase) as well.

Yes, I do believe in the weights as an ADS whether you’re sitting or walking. When you’re upright or walking its a good stretch, when you’re sitting it’s traction. When I’m wrapped with the weights, It pulls me out to 7” flaccid, so it’s a constant lengthening whether sitting or standing. 7” flaccid all the time will be very nice. Looking forward to it. ;)


A few questions:

1) On what days do you masturbate/have sex/ejaculate? Do you keep it specific to stretching days? pump days? or just random?
2) Do you wet jelq or dry jelq in between pump sets? At what erection level?
3) Would any ADS work just as well? Only reason I ask is because I find that the vac-ADS is the most comfortable one I’ve ever done. I can’t even imagine using the weights for fear of them falling off or cutting off circulation.

1) random, for a lot of this time banging almost every night for awhile and then taking a couple/few day break and then back at it hot and heavy. Only rule is to NOT ejaculate prior to PE which leaves (my) dong less elastic and responsive to PE than it would have been had I not.
2) wet, in shower, very heated, with lube
3) don’t know. I’ve always loved the golf weight/montes weights idea because using real weight as opposed to traction, or pulling it out in some kind of noose device, really appeals to me. I like the swing of the weights and also the kind of “shock effect” you can get if you’ve got a good wrap and you’re relaxed and you stand up and all of the weight kind of rolls off all at once and kind of gives you a “jolt” when it all comes taught. Montes/golf weights are really ALL ABOUT THE WRAP- once you figure out your system and know what you’re doing, and the materials you’re going to use, it’s 1,2,3….kind of like your post! ;) I have no experience with vacu-anything. Weights work for me. It’s all I know.

All of that said, I’ve been studying TPS’ sleeve threads and that’s something I think you could build a BITCHIN weighted ADS device out of. I think it’d be the holy grail of weighted ADS because you wouldn’t need a wrap at all. Been thinking of starting a thread on it and seeing if it gets someone less lazy than me to kick it off and try it- maybe now its time

I’ve order a set of gold weights online. Can’t wait for them to arrive so I can try these out.

I’ve always had the same experience as you when it comes to manual stretching - I always felt a sort of skin stretch happening, and not so much a tunica stretch happening. With the vacu-ADS, I use the head as a gripper and it works amazing. I think that using the golf weights as a fulcrum is an awesome idea and plan on implementing a routine similar to yours. First day, wantsmore stretches followed by ADS. Second day, just normal manuals (but with the head of the ADS) followed by ADS. Third day, jelq and use ADS. Repeat.

What erection percentage do you jelq at? Is it at a higher erection level to target girth, because I noticed that you were able to gain about a quarter inch in that deparment. Do you attribute that to your jelqing, stretching or both?

Had a brainstorm this morning. Use the Vac ADS cap with the golf weights. Got all set up and the golf weights wont slide over the ads cap !@#$%^&*()

So I am at work now cutting a couple of golf weights in half so that you can just slide them on from the side.

I think it might work. Will know more on monday am.

Dude I was thinking the same thing and will be putting this in my routine on wednesday. I have the static wrap from my static stretcher though but it will work perfectly.
