Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

I use a thick rubber ring designed for playing tug with doggies. It provides quite a large fulcrum surface compared to a golf weight or that climbing ring, but needs a little lube or the skin hangs up on it a bit. I may try the descender. I’ll see if they come in different sizes!

The standard seems to be just over 2” internal diameter of the larger hole, there’s various other shaped ones out there though.

Difficult to say Mick, because I combine them with other PE (mostly pumping these days), but after a session of them I have very good flaccid hang. They definitely loosen tissue up.

Best fulcrum for me is a supplement tub, basically a pre workout tub. I pull my unit side ways (not upward side stretches like marinera describes) and it’s hard to describe but I can lock my thumb against the tub and hold the stretch for over 5 minutes.

Only a couple of sets of these and my unit is so much longer and flexible. Only other exercise that does this for me so quickly is bundled stretches.

I know this is an old thread BUT I couldn’t use the golf weights because the opening was too small and as soon as I put one on I would start to get slightly engorged to the point where I have to take it off because I don’t want it to get stuck. So instead I just came across baseball bat weights. I bought one with one intention to see if it will work. And let me tell you I think this is a great alternative. I can never not kinda get hard when I first start a session haha but now it subsides within a couple minutes and I never have to worry about it getting stuck. Plus I can get a couple fingers in the ring with my other hand and create pretty good amount of force. I just inch it up few times up the shaft until I ran the whole length. Works great and no need to explain why you have one baseball weight rather than 6 golf weights!
