Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Somewhere around 3/8ths of an inch in 6 months, with most of this coming as an initial .25 inch blast which occured right after I first started doing these.

Sparkyx and I have gone back and forth over the reason why we usually see a “bump” or “spurt” in growth upon initially doing a new, effective exercise, which is usually accompanied by a tapering off (or even a plateau) of gains.

I’ve “switched up” the way I’m doing these stretches and I think I may have found a workaround of that plateau.

You see, I now have two different sets of weights, each of which has a different height. I work one set of weights for a week or so (until I feel my dick getting tougher and less responsive), then I work the other set for a week or so (which focuses the fulcrum on a different, less fatigued part of the tunica) and then, when the whole dick feels like it needs a break, I take some days off, do a lot of healing oil massage and heat and then resume again when I’m feeling ready.

I’ve gotten a couple measures so far that indicated continuing growth- up to 7 and 3/8ths bpel, but the jury is still out. I’m going to do conclusive, signature updating measurements Jan. 1st so we’ll see if switching from one set of weights to the other is of any use.

Girth, I’ve definitely gained with these, but I haven’t measured well, so who knows. I’m going to fix that on Jan 1 to so that in the future I can definitively tell what the hell is going on.

You’re right. Come Jan. 1st, I feel a new wave of compulsive PE’ing and measuring coming on. I’ve been a busy bee trying to sell off the farm and get the f$#* out of Florida lately. It’s consuming. For now, it’s all business and pumpkin pie and, of course, PE’ing.

I found golf weights in-store at Academy Sports & Outdoors for $1.99 a piece, which seems like a pretty good deal. They’re 5/8” thick, ~1.25” inner diameter. Might be useful for you guys who have one of these stores locally.

The girl who checked me out was looking at them and asked me what these are for, she honestly didn’t know. I told her they’re golf weights, and smiled and said “just some cheap stocking stuffers.” LOL, glad that came out instead of “I’m going to put these on my cock this afternoon and start tugging away!”

You can definitely do it with these Naab. Just don’t overdo it. I actually am coming to believe that the mean target intensity zone for these (when you start off) is to stretch at around 30% of the max. you could apply without injury.

I started off at around 80% of that at first, ratcheted up a little, and am now down to around 50% of my non-injurious max and I still think I can ease off a little and still gain.

Doing these, extremely well heated up and then coming out of the shower, quickly drying off and talcing up, and then applying heated rings or heated monty’s PE weights, is, in my opinion, the best length exercise I’ve ever done.

I’ve also got a lot to say about using weighted ADS as one of the very best and easiest methods for achieving long term success with PE. I feel a real thread coming on in that regard.

Got to get some monty’s first though- perhaps just one to add weight gradually to my stack of golf swing weights.

I didn’t read the entire thread I read the first few pages. I’m sure someone pointed this out already but just incase they didn’t. Golf weights can be found in golf stores.

After just a few sessions with 3 weights in the shower, I’m really excited about this exercise. My flaccid has been noticeably above normal in length and girth for the past few days, and I’m getting more spontaneous erections. I had slacked off in stretching because it’s so boring and because I desperately need girth over length, but this just feels so productive and I actually look forward to it.

So far I’m combining this with 2x10 clamping about 5 days a week, I feel like there’s some potential girth gain here. Gotta get some more of these weights so I can effectively work the upper half of my shaft.

Exactly the same here.

The improved, spontaneous erections are very much like the boost Cialis will give 24-36 hours after taking it.

I know my girth has increased since I have been doing these, both flaccid and hard as I have occasionally used the old TP roll test, and my
wake-up “dry” girth is getting snug in the roll.

I also know my length has increased, as the top of the 4th ring is definitely lower on the shaft than when I first began these as I have a very distinct
veinage split that was just at the top of the forth ring, it is now close to 1/4 inch lower.

Newguy- beware of the TP roll test- they do come in different sizes, even among the same brand- for example, Scott individually wrapped is sized differently than Scott multi-unit* pack.
