The two inch club

Good point hands free sounds good for reading, I should have done that while I was in school!!!

I would’ve in undergrad if I had lived by myself. That is why I am looking to go Vac-based hanger route, less removal & recirculation time compared to Bib. If I hang for 2 hours, 30 min sets reduces the downtime by 20 minutes (when compared to 20 minute Bib sessions).

You were a late bloomer? Should I assume puberty came late? You started at 17 and gained around 2” (your starting measurement seems to be a hindsight approximation rather than a measurement).

Do you think some of your gains could, at least in part, be attributable to natural development?

Not a late bloomer with puberty (in fact opposite), late bloomer when it came to confidence to talk to girls. In fact, I went through puberty when I was 11 years old. I was the first kid to get facial hair, & I was a lot taller than everyone. I stopped growing at 12 (I was around 6 ft at this time). As a result, I was a very good athlete until everyone went through puberty. Physically (aside from increased muscle mass from working out) I am no different than when I was 12. I was kind of like a freak of nature, I thought I was going to continue to grow; unfortunately, I did not.

It’s good to see you were able to make such good progress just by using your hands. I’ve slowly come to the conclusion myself that my hands are by far the best PE “gadget” I’ve got.

Interesting that you should mention that, MM. I concur, but I also believe that manual PE can be the most dangerous form of PE, because you’re simply going by “feel”.

I’ve been on a manual PE program for the last couple of months, and I’ve made great gains for a veteran who is completely new to manual PE. I would have continued with hanging, but I was finding it difficult to “work the angles” necessary for continued growth at this late stage in my PE career.

The human hands are a superior gripping apparatus. Think of the traction you can get without having to generate much clamping force. You can also focus stresses far more precisely with the hands (along with an occasional prop, such as a wooden rod) - and from any possible angle.

I’ve found that I can also SAFELY generate far more stretch tensions manually; albeit, for relatively brief periods of time (compared to hanging). But if I ease into my stretches very slowly, I’ve found that I can generate a terrific stretch with my hands.

Depending on how you nail down the numbers, I have gained a hair over 2” BPEL (or 1.68” if you don’t let me count the regained 3/8” EL that I’d lost over the years prior to beginning PE; however, without PE, I consider that my lost size would’ve been lost forever).

But my EG are far more clear-cut: roughly an average of about 1.3” EG (averaging out my gains of midshaft vs base).

Furthermore, ALL of my gains were via manual PE. And I’ve managed to retain nearly all of my gains, despite not being active in PE since 2006.

I concur with Wadzilla, I can get a very good grip with my hands alone, without any baby power or anything. I personally feel that if you have to use baby power to get a better grip then you’re pulling way way too hard, the grip you get normally is more than adequate. And even though you can’t measure your pulling force with your hands, if you measure your flaccid stretches you can use that as an indicator of the proper amount of stretch.

Funny reading that. I also haven’t changed since 12. I was always the tallest in class, best athlete and skinny. Then a few years later everyone else got ‘huge’ meanwhile 10 years later I’m average height still skinny, still can’t grow a beard and can’t even buy cigarettes without ID. For the first 14 years of my life I felt awkward but ‘cool and tough’ being so lanky. I used to get so much respect. Now I feel like a little boy in a mans-world lol. How things have changed. At least I have a big man-size willy.

Me I began puberty at 11 but I was not the tallest or the fattest. Not athletic at all, I hated exercise and hated sports as well. My feet hurt all the time growing up.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

Update: Five weeks back into PE, and I am up to 8.25 x 5.5. An increase of .25 in length & girth in five weeks!

Good gains- what was your routine?

Yes, please do tell.
