It is good to see all these experiences and results.

Even those who didnt get as much as they wanted, keep going ! Don’t stop. One day I was about to stop PEing because I didnt get the results I expected, even if I had a bit of length gain in the first months, I didnt have a girlfriend at this time also so I didnt care about PE. However, I did PE for couple of months straight now, and I gained since I start of lot of girth especially, I went from 5.5 to a very satisfying girth of 6.25 and my girlfriend thanks me for it today :)

Grootpiel, Kingpole, and all you other guys, when you talk about how you gained, I m curious to know if you used heat to warm up as part of your routine, and how important you all think heat is to contributing to your gains.

Yeah, you should put HOW you made your gain aswell as how much you gained. Heat, jelq, stretch duration etc.

Personnaly I never used heat as warm up. I always did light jelq instead for warming up. As for my routine, in the 1st months, I did the newbie routine which consist of manual stretches and jelqing, for a total of around 20-30 minutes per day, on week days, taking weekend off.

After couples of months, I start clamping, hanging, still stretching and jelqing. My routine is not really consistent, but I think it is why I have good gains on the long term. I do a little bit of PE here, a little bit there and there, so over the week it is between 7-10 hours spend on PEing.

Sorry if it is not a concise routine to be followed, but like I said, I don’t stress too much about it, I’m not wondering ok what if I could do that, then do this with no rest in between, then … Aaaa, be simple guys, and do a little bit of PE when you can, no need to spend hours straight of PE. Personnaly, it only turtles my dick. When doing a bit each time I can, I get a good pump and great looking penis.

I’m a member of the 2+ club. I started fiddling with stretching and jelqing back when I was 17. I found out about it through web searches on Penis Pills. My starting stats were about 6 x 5 (BPEL), so I was about average. Months went by with a very limited routine, and I didn’t grow much (I did grow a little). I PE’ed for about 16 months with a dedicated routine, and by the time I entered college (2004), I was maxed out at 8 3/8 x 5 3/4. However, in college I had no privacy, and I was so busy that I pushed PE to the curb. Then I met my current girlfriend, and we fucked like rabbits. She was amazed at how large I was, and this was amazing for me as I was a late bloomer (lost virginity late, she was the second girl I had fucked).

Four years (god what I could’ve gained without this break) later, I am getting back into the game. This fall I will be entering graduate school, and I will be away from my girlfriend. The long distance will be tough, but I am going to dedicate my time to growing to my previous ultimate goal 9 x 6. This will be an interesting experiment because I told my girlfriend about how I grew my penis over two inches (was vague about how I did it), and she couldn’t believe it. It is tough for her to believe because she has only known me at my current size. I plan to visit her every two weeks, so she should notice the growth that I accumulate over those intense periods. Sadly, I have lost a little bit these four years off. I currently stand at 8 x 5.25, but this is not bad with a four year layover. I am currently doing a manual routine for length & to prepare me for hanging (what I will do in graduate school). My current goal is to hit 8.5” by the time I enter graduate school (in August). 1/2” in 6 months should be doable with my previous length & the intensity of my routine.

I am going to go for 9” BPEL first, and after this mark is hit, I will focus on girth. While working on my girth, I am going to attempt to cement my length and/or grow a little bit more (9.25-9.375) to offset any future losses. I am in it for the long-haul, and I plan to do a maintainance routine for penile health for life. It has been a journey that I am glad I took. Cheers & here is to 9!

Kick ass xtremegamer. Pretty obvious to me (from my own gains as well) that there are way too many out there willing to make believeable, multi-paragraph accounts of 2”+ gains for these to be mere hallucinations of wishful thinking, ruler plunging, or distortions.

Regarding your goal: shit, you should be able to make that. You’ve taken the ultimate decon break amigo. You’re a newbie again. Who says you can’t get that next inch in a year?

To all the newbies, 100% of my gains came with my two hands. I did not hang/PowerJelq/Pump at all. There are no excuses to not try. In fact, I did not jelq at all for over 50% of my plan; so if you don’t like jelqing, you don’t have to do it a lot.

Get out there & get some gains (I am trying every day to achieve this goal).

Great story XtremeGamer, I’ve gained 1” in the 4 months I’ve been PE’ing, and hope to add another inch to join the 2” Club! Why are you going to hanging if all of your gains have come from manual exercises though? I also am working on length before I go on to girth, although I do periodically do dry jelq’s for improved EQ, plus they feel pretty good too :D Congrats!!!

Hanging because grad school is going to involve lots of reading (hours a day). I figured I could kill two birds with one stone, and hanging seems to be the most consistent way to gain length. It would be too difficult to stretch my penis while reading boring material.
