I do this 5 on, 2 off. Each week, the duration of each exercise becomes slightly longer.

Warmup:
-Hot shower for 10 minutes

Warmup II:
- 3 sets of stretches (SD/UTL-Right/UTL-Left/SU/Rotary). I hold each 30 secs.

Length:
- Started with 50 blasters. Add 10 blasters every other week. After each set of 10 blasters, I do a 30 sec rotary stretch. Then I slap it against my leg to restore a little bloodflow.

Solidifying Length/Girth Routine:
-Started with 5 Supra Slammers. Add a slammer every other week.

(This portion of my workout takes up a total of about 90 mins now {all of the above portions combined, not just the slammers})

Post-workout: (I feel this is very important)
-After my last slammer, I quickly get back to a full erection. Then I use a TheraP velcro wrist wrap, and I wrap behind the balls, so that I keep it plump while it heals. I do this for 60-90 mins post-workout.
-After taking off the velcro-wrap, I get back to a full 100% erection while wearing a cockring. After 30-45 mins, I take off the cockring.

Observations:
-The intent of my workout was to gain length only. I wanted to get to 9” before adding any girth. I incorporated Supra Slammer’s in order to force blood into my penis with its new stretched out length. I feel that it helped, and it also gave me a solid improvement in girth.
-My original goal was to hit 8.25” X 5.375” by May 20. Since I surpassed these so early, my new goal for May 20 is: 8.5” X 5.675” . If I can hit this by May 20, I may be able to reach my goal of 9 X 6 by Jan 1, 2009. Here’s positive thoughts. If I reach 9”, it will be a 3” inch increase from PE, marking a 50% increase of pre-PE length.

Cool. I’ve bought a cockring but I mustn’t be doing it tight enough as my hardon goes soft/floppy but still ‘big and veiny’ if ya get me with it on?? I dunno? I’m just scared to do it too tight as I’ve some times got sharp pains after a couple of minutes when very tight. I haven’t tried behind the balls.

Any cock ring tips?

The Blasters are also called DLD Blasters (search for threads from 2003-04, they were very popular during this period). Most of my length has come from these along with normal stretches.

As of yesterday I am in the 2 inch club now. I owe it all to my Bib hanger :) .

One inch of girth here! Going for two. I went from 4.25” and am currently at 5.25”.

Actually gained from to 5” in the first year or so then quit for some time and retained it. Came back and gained to 5.25” in about 3 months and took a break for awhile. Recently started pumping and am now edging 5.5”, but cemented at 5.375”.

I’ve hit the two inch mark, started at 6 3/4” and am now at 8 7/8” after almost a year and a half.

I want to get to a little over 9” so i can be a legitimate 9 incher!!!
