Shedding the Snake: Peeling to Remove Discoloration

I read a little about Jessner peels, but decided to stick with wart remover because by then I had experience with it and didn’t want to start over from scratch.

Yeah, it smells nasty. Use in a ventilated area. I’ve only used Equate and then much later an old bottle of Dr. Scholls.

Djufo, that’s a long list. I don’t know enough about the ingredients to suggest what may have caused your burn.

Tntjockey, hang in there. My nasty fungal infection or whatever it was I had years ago caused open, oozing sores. I’m familiar with the bandage sticking problem. Nothing worked perfectly, but mostly I used Band-aids or pads with the same style of inner material over the worst parts. That stuff is designed for covering wounds and is slick enough to not stick as bad as cloth or gauze, though it still sticks some. I wore briefs during the day to help hold everything in place and minimize abrasion.

Yeah is a bunch of shit in this cream. Whatever it is in it, it works wonderful. :)

I lubed up with coco-butter w/vitamin E wrapped the silk strip around my cock and a sock over that to hold it in place. Feels so much better. last night when I took it off to go to bed, it did not stick so therefore, no open sores. Parts of it are still red but it is starting to heal. I was telling sparky that after this is all over, it I am going to have a pinto pony cock.

Honestly I don’t see a reason for more threads and questions about this. The discoloration problem is solved. The cream I bought and used, is a miracle. And has so many ingredients on it, that should work for everybody. This cream is the same strength if not stronger than used for anal bleaching.

Most of the ingredients are preservatives.

Do you have ‘Melolin’ dressings in the USA? They are designed not to stick to weeping wounds, grazes and burns. They work very well. Too much ‘lube’ will keep dissolving the scabs that are trying to form; I am not very comfortable hearing that you are still getting open sores after this amount of time. But I’d be far less comfortable if I had them! I’m sure your local drugstore will have Melolin or it’s equivalent.

What cream did you buy? I have two spots on my stomach from a allergic reaction (according to dock) that i would like to remove.

I’m sending you the link in a PM. The link is posted in this thread anyways. I was having a bad discoloration that I needed resolved, and within all these threads about it, there is no concrete solution so I decided to make my own research.
There is a cosmetic procedure called “anal bleaching”; basically they turn girl’s brown eye into a pink eye with a cream. So if that product works guaranteed in the ass, it HAS to work on the cawk. I started looking for the ingredients, and the main one is hydroquinone. Then stated looking for products matching these ingredients. They are expensive. So I went to ebay, and started looking for products and researching reviews on the seller. I came accross with this one, is 33 bucks, and I decided to invest to try and not hear rumors. Well, turns out the cream is a miracle. it makes wonders. Maybe is not the hydroquinone, but something has on it that works.

I invite everybody to do their own research, or easier than that, try this cream so you at least know that nothing works for you.

No it’s because this hemosiderin (iron staining) theory that people keep touting here is complete nonsense. The discoloration we have is dermal melasma (caused by post-traumatic over-production of melanin, resulting in hyper-pigmentation). Hydroquinone clears up epidermal melanin hyperpigmentation, the problem is that it has trouble absorbing into the dermal layer. It’s unlikely that your cream will work for everyone.

I’ve entirely cleared up all my discolouration in a matter of weeks using a combination of retin-a, hydroquinone and kojic acid, and glycolic acid %50 peels. The combination is important for reaching the dermis

Hemosiderin deposition is far from nonsense. It’s quite likely what the crud is/was in some cases, mine for example.

In the end it doesn’t really matter. Gunk, whether rust or skin pigment, gets down deep enough that it won’t go away on its own. Peeling down through it is about the only practical way we have today* of eliminating it. How does the strength of the 50% glycolic acid you used compare to wart remover?

Ok decided to take the plunge and do a peel, after years of pumping and clamping with great results I thought I could afford alittle down time and try to clear the discoloration up. Got an erection and clamped my dick as I figured a fully engorged dick would be easier to apply the wart remover to. Bought the equate brand with 17% salicylic acid and a small brush to apply it with. Rubbed my dick down with rubbing alcohol first then proceeded to apply - well holy shit burned like a bastard but managed to keep on for 10 minutes, then washed off. After I washed it off I thought shit was I suppose to peel it off or wash it off, so to be safe I applied another layer and kept on another 7-8 minutes then peeled off. Today is day 5 and peeling had started already in day 3, bottom left side of my shaft is peeled maybe halfway up and about 1/2” around the top base of my cock has started to peel, but the rest of my dick hasn’t started to peel and am thinking at this point it won’t. Also have a small bit of oozing on the bottom of my shaft where it meets the sack, there are alot of folds in there and I believe that is why - it is not getting proper air to heal, I will fix that. What has peeled so far looks great, but I’m afraid I will have a blotchy looking dick until I do my next peel, which I’m thinking I will do in the next week, or I wait til my wife gets her period again, if she seem my dick now she would think WTF. Thinking for my next peel to go to something stronger, but not sure.

I had deep dermal discolouration which must have been caused by melanin, otherwise it wouldn’t have been removed by kojic acid, which is a tyrosinase inhibitor. That form of discolouration would also be removed by the wart remover (20% salicylic acid). The success of the wart remover doesn’t support the hemosiderin idea - it just shows that your discolouration was dermal

70% glycolic acid is equal to 17% salicylic acid - so 50% was a lot gentler. I used the acid twice, once a month before, and then two weeks after, my treatment with kojic acid, and hydroquinone tretinoin mix from my doctor. But the kojic acid and hydroquinone seemed to be the important parts. After about 12 days of applying them, my discoloured skin started to literally peel away, leaving pink underneath

I am sure that problem with hydroquinone used on it’s own is that it doesn’t reach the dermis.
The thioglycolic acid idea seemed extremely implausible (even if you believe in hemispherin staining). The one guy who experimented wasn’t even able to tell us with certainty whether it had worked, and the result he described didn’t sound very coherent, and unlike the dramatic experience of removing discolouration, which leaves pink skin underneath. The other thing is that I’ve always used thioglycolic (veet cream) to get rid of hair in that area with no impact on my skin colouration

I see that all these threads about discoloration are full of opinions and theories without actually trying different methods. I believe a few here have tried “everything” to say what works and what doesn’t. I was so mislead with this information, that’s why I did my own research and trial. I suceeded 100%. There is no rocket science here. I have no idea what kind of discoloration I had, the only thing I know, it was caused by overpumping. We are all on the same boat here. I used this product, and in a total of 2 weeks, considering the time for the new skin to change from pink to white, this cream completely got rid of the discoloration on my cawk. I can see every single tiny vein again.

I advise everybody to take the comments on different chemicals and products as a light reference, and try on your own. Just try them; they work. I am not an isolated case with a special case of discoloration. Any question about the product I used, PM me. I’ll be more than glad to tell how I used it. The money spent in trying a few products is well worth the results.
