If there is any correlation between age & gains. <— A question such “What age where you when you performed PE

What kind of gains do Hanging, Pumping, Traction, Clamping devices give? <— A question such as “What devices do you use”

I would like to see a poll done which asks whether the “hangers” have gained and which method (enumerated below) have they used to get their gains:

1) Gained: Used a graduated system of weights/durations from low to high, adding weights every week or less.

2) Not gained: Same method as above.

3) Gained: Used a graduated system of weights increasing the weight/duration from low to high every 8 days or more.

4) See above with no gains.

5) Gained: Used a “shock” system, using high weights after a conditioning period with low weights.

6) See above with no gains.

7) Gained: Haphazard application of weights and durations.

8) See above with no gains.

I don’t want to put too much time into hanging if I’m just going to be toughening up my ligaments by slowly increasing the weight/duration of my hanging.

Can anyone help in this regard?

Another question I would like answered is:

Are gains reduced after PE inactivity? <— A questions such as: Have your gains reduced after inactivaty? How long was the inativaty for? Where you able to gain them back in a reduced period of time?

Still in the making. Its been a long wait, but that is because the second PE survey is going to end up being a forum-wide uprgrade. Very exciting! I can’t wait :)

Just wondering what the status of the PE survey is. I appreciate that it must be a huge amount of work to set it up so please don’t take my asking wrongly. Just wanted to write some words of encouragement.

A very good post. Have to read all this but tomorrow. My PE time now :)
