Need advice for a decon break

Need advice for a decon break

Some have suggested that I take a year long decon break so that I can start fresh with PE. Should I stay completely away or should I just do some very light work? If so, how light? Any thoughts on all of this?

Seriously? Somebody here has got to have some input on decon.

Does this beak concern your motivation for PE? If so stay away completely.

If there are basically other reasons you can do light work, but don’t expect any growth.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.7 G: 4.65, NOW: BPEL: 7.48 G: 5.7 GOAL L:8.7 G:6.3 (old goal; L:8.0 G: 6.0)

MY STATISTICS

Disclaimer:The advices that I give of any sort are just stated on general laymen's knowledge.

As long as you have good EQ, I wouldn’t do any PE.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

One year, no way!

If you have a lot of damage to repair from using too much force, then 4 to 6 weeks of total break, you can masturbate of course, and then come back and for the first week use low force like you are a newbie.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’ve been doing PE for a while now without any growth (to include over 1800 hours on an X4 labs extender). An extended decon break has been recommended.

All I will say is this. Most bones takes 4 to 6 weeks to heal. So how long do you think your cock takes?

It’s not really a case of healing, but deconditioning. More like when you stop going to the gym, how long does it take to lose all the tendon strenghth in your pec tendons that you built up doing all that heavy benching. :)

My biggest fear is losing what I’ve already gained. I don’t think I have any temporary gains to lose as I haven’t made any progress in over a year. That’s why I keep asking about the light work.

Is that your final answer? Yes this is my final answer: Take off completely 4 to 6 weeks and then start up with the Newbie routine because you will be. With any luck, you will at least get a 1/4” newbie “pop”.

What kind of gains have you experienced since you started PE and when was your last measurable gain?

About 1” BPEL and 1/4” EG. Last measurable gain was the 1/4” EG gain but that was over a year ago.
