Mem's Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

I’m not convinced that jelqing adds anything length. I jelqed for years and I got so thick but I never gained length. Now I am only stretching but I’m not sold on jelqing with stretching for length, jelqing is a thickness exercise for my money.

I wanted to add more basic manual (Down,up,left,right,forward) to the stretching routine portion. Does anyone know if this will interfere with the routine?

Because how does only doing inverted v-stretches add length?

Not sure if Mem’s still around, but the basis of this routine is an intense stretching session and proper, slow and deliberate jelq session, daily. No three hour warm ups followed by 2 minutes of gentle jelqing and monitoring your morning and afternoon and evening erections and all that nonsense. Do some intense stretching and jelqing everyday - thats it.

Did anyone gain much from this routine? I remember reading it when I was only 6 months deep into being a member here, and thinking “wow, 20 minutes is a LONG time to be holding something out with a good amount of force.”

What’s this E45 pot mem talks about for inverted v-stretches? Is that available in the U.S.?

And he says to do the stretches seated?

I’ve been reading a few pages into this and am still not understanding what mem is doing with E45 pot. A v-stretch is were you grip the penis under the glans and push down at base or midshaft. Where is this cylinder going and what is he doing with it? Anyone care to elaborate?


Current: BPEL 7.0, EG 5.0 at base, 4.75 mid shaft, 4.25 under head (thanks mom and dad for the circumcision)

Goal for August 1st 2012: BPEL 7.75, EG 5.5 / Goal for December 21,2012: BPEL 8.0, EG 6 (Lube and water will be scarce afterwards)

Its a pot of moisterisering cream, not sure if its available on your side of the pond. You can try any pot thats a couple of inches across…maybe a hair product tub or something like that. There’s likely something you could use around the house somewhere.

Its an INVERTED V-stretch. The tub is in front of you, on your chair. You simply stretch straight out and over the tub. THe fulcrum effect provides a lot more intensity. newbie type stretches never did anything for me, but V and inverted V-stretches are super effective length exercises imo.

Should I do inverted and regular v-stretches or just stick to inverted for now?

And what’s the advantage of doing the inverted v-stretches seated?

Once you have a go at using the pot, you’ll see why; its needs to be held in place by the chair.

Also, are your balls sitting on top of the cylinder? Or is it between your balls and the end of your shaft

Many people have tried to change the shape of their penis, trying to either straighten it or curve is upwards. To this date, I have yet to see someone achieve it and document it.

In other words, changing the shape of your penis is extremely unlikely.

Actually, doing fulcrum downward stretches can develope a downward curve - it did to me, for example. A downward pointing erection is also developed doing SD stretch/hanging, because ligs are elongated; getting old will do that too.

To put most of the tension on your shaft, the cylinder should be between your balls and the shaft.

I have over a year of experience with BTC and SD manual stretching, as well as some V-stretching and A-stretching. My penis still has same shape and erection angle as when I started.

But then again, you probably have more experience and more gains. I guess it’s also individual.

I remember I did an extensive search on fixing the curve (my friend asked me about it) and I don’t recall finding anyone who actually did it. There was one guy with photos, but it wasn’t much of a fix.

My penis started to point down - it was visible; I would add that the shape and size of the fulcrum is relevant too.
I quitted doing fulcrum downward stretches, and if I’d do again I’d add upward fulcrum stretches to balance the effect, although these latter will not have a big effect.

I think two things should be kept in mind : first, tunica is thougher on the dorsal side. Many believe this part of their penis is their ‘limiting factor’, but actually this is misleading: you’ll have way more succes elongating the dorsal side that the ventral side of the penis, because the latter is more elastic. I’ve never heard of anyone developing an upward curve; some of those who had big length gains, adversely, either developed a downward curved or straightned an upward curve.

The second one, is that fixing a curve is harder than developing a curve. You have a curve in your penis because there a part of TA it is tougher, stronger; this is from genetic or early development of the body; to correct a curve, you have to make the other side (the weaker) stronger, but, as you can understand, even an indirect force will make the stronger side get stronger faster than the weaker will get stronger (hope it is clear what I mean).

Neverthless, some report being successfull in correcting a curve; an higher number report that they developed a curve with PE - expecially if one pumps with to high pressure and/or a too wide cylinder. All this seems consistent to me.
