I just finished my second day on this routine and I must say that I get the most incredible pump at the end of the PM session. The Horse Squeeze into the head exercise makes my dick SUPER hard. The AM stretching is good as well but I am still trying to find the right container, the one I used today was under 2 inch in diameter so it wasn’t perfect. I’m also concerned that this stretch will give me a crazy turkey neck. I already have one and it seems that part of it stretches on the canister.

Will See how it goes, but so far I am happy with the feeling.

I have a question about the horse with sadak mod.

Do I finish my horse squeeze by removing the hand that is squeezing the head and then simply wrap more fingers around the base with the hand that is holding it at the time of the squeeze?

That is what I am doing and it feels right but I am not sure if this is what Mem meant. Someone please enlighten me.

Will this work if I do the morning sessions starting at 6pm and the night ones starting at midnight?

Don’t do this work out if you are just starting out. It involves long jelqing times and advanced squeezing techniques which your penis needs to be conditioned for first.

Is the warm wrap really really needed? Can I just say ….. Get in bed keep my dick close and keep it hot….I really can’t just get a hot wrap when im living with my parents. Maybe when it gets cold I can use a hot water bottle or something Lol but really is it that essential to warm down for gains. Its not like its gona shrink up that much if I stay warm.

So…sometimes I have 2 do it twice, Say do that routine at like 6AM then again at 10AM (4 hour break)

I’ve just started this and have only been doing it once and btw if any1 can give me a tip onto get rid of a hardon in the morning. With all these kegels and jelqing I can’t seem to get rid of a hard on without having to masturbate but I dont like the stretching after this and if I leave it more than 15 minutes after I’ll be hard again….

Could someone please answer my 2 questions.

So I have been doing this for four weeks now, and I didn’t miss a single day of the routine. I took some measurements and it appears that I went from 7.25 BPEL - 7.5 BPEL. I don’t measure NBPEL because I don’t know where to actually start the measurement so I cant comment of that. In the girth department I cannot be certain about a real gain because I realised that my old measuring tape was off, so I think I am sitting at the same 5.5 Mid Shaft Girth, 5.25 Base Girth as I did at the beginning of the routine.

I am really enjoying this routine and it works well with my schedule. I wake up 30 min earlier then usual to do the morning section of the routine and the evening section I usually do about 30 min before sleep. Some nights I have night wood and some I don’t.

This is really a great structured routine that I recommend for anything that is conditioned enough.

Simple solution.

Utilize your erection and perform the jelqing part of the routine in the morning.

Then do the stretches later during the day when you feel less sexual.

You don`t have to do the stretching part twice, it`s optional and depends on how bad you want to gain I guess;)

As for the 4 hour breaks, don`t get too hung up on that. Just focus on getting shit done and be consistent.

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

I have decided to toss in a shock week where I am doing the stretching portion twice a day. I do the first stretching after breakfast, then 4-6 hours later I do the jelq / squeeze portion, then 4 hours later I do the second stretching portion. This is quite a bit of time commitment but I have no work this week so its fine. I really like the last pm stretch because my penis is nice and elastic by then.

I have no completed almost 7 weeks of this and according to my measurements I am gaining at a rate of about 1/16 on an inch every 2 weeks in length. Girth wise I am not noticing anything yet.

When performing the Sadsak Head how long you squeeze the penis with all the fingers?
