Ok,

So wait. If I start doing inverted v-stretches I will develop a downward curve in my penis!?

This is what I gathered from the last two posts. If this is not true or I’m am reading this wrong please educate me on this.

Because I don’t want to start doing inverted v-stretches and get a bent penis from it.

Please help!

It wouldn’t happen overnight, neither is 100% sure. Add upward stretches, and if you start noticing the development of a downward curve, stop the routine.

Ok,

So let me try to weight the pros vs cons here.

How beneficial are inverted v-stretches when compared to the chance of developing a bent penis.

Plus, what upward stretches should I incorporate to counteract any possible downward curving?

And what would the routine and order of the exercises look like?

First question, it is kinda impossible to answer.

About the second, do upward fulcrum stretches - or regular V stretches. Do them after the V stretches.

So do inverted “fulcrum” v-stretches first, then follow it up with regular “fulcrum” v-stretches. Correct?

Would I use the same “e 45 pot” for regular v-stretches that I use for inverted v’s? Or would I use something else?

Finally, what is the time duration for both inverted and regular v-stretches in a workout? Because if I do the long inverted v’s that mem suggests then that’s 20 min right there. Plus another 20 for regular ones? 40 min is a long time to stretch. Plus wouldn’t my penis go cold by that point?

Please shed some light on this man.

You can either use your hands as a fulcrum, or a thin stick to place between your legs, or do a search for ‘whale* stretch*’.

Sure 40 minutes is a lot of time. You are not supposed to do a singles 20 minutes set of each, tough, you can break in, say, 10 x 2 minutes. I think the total stretching time is the most important thing. Neither I see why 20 minutes would be a ‘magic number’ - 15 or ten minutes could be just as much effective than 20, but this is not my routine, though. ;)

I have never been able to do more than 20 minutes manual stretch over the course of the day, as a side note. This routine, I would consider it very demanding.

So should I even bother counting jelqs? Or should I just concentrate on doing them and when 15-20 min are up, stop?

Focus on doing them right, I used to count in the beginning but now I find it totally pointless as it’s all about quality.

Have started this routine again after approx. a 2 month “break” and just finished the fourth week today and have been as horny as in my teens for the last 2 couple of weeks.
Downward bending penis,? not that I have noticed and I did this routine for 1,5 months before my “break” if I remember correctly and got ,2-,3 inch gain from it.

Personally I prefer using a water bottle filled with warm water keeping my unit warm through the whole 20 min session and I hold my stretches for 2- 3 min at a time all depending on how good the grip is.

For extra grip just use some toilet paper I always do so and can put my full focus on feeling the stretch in my penis, even got my first lig pop( yeah yeah yeah, lil jon style) about 3 weeks ago damn I hope to get more of them soon.

That’s awesome man!! What kind of water bottle do you use? Cause there are some water bottles out there that are too flimsy.

Also do you do regular v-stretches? And if so, what type of cylinder would you use for it?

I just use a standard soda( hard plastic 1/2 l) bottle that has a straight cylinder shape if you know what I mean. ( no patterns on)
You will have to spread your thighs a bit more to get the bottle in place between your thighs( the bottle is quite long but no problem once you get the technique) in front of your balls leaving them behind the bottle.
Then just stretch your schlong out and over the bottle leaving the base and some of the shaft of the penis flattened out on top of the bottle and pull it straight down, try to keep your arms and back as straight as possible when pulling so you’re wrists don’t get too tired.
No I don’t do regular v-stretches but I try to implement some regular helicopter( rotating as you stretch) stretches whenever I find the time during the day.

And be careful you get a immense stretch this way so ease into it, I do this sitting on a flat wooden chair or even the toilet since it’s a hard surface to place he bottle on.
Hope you understand my explanation, be careful work your way up to the whole 20 mins week one I only stretched for 10 min, second week 15 and the third 20 min as this is quite the “hardcore” routine you must condidtion your unit for the stress you put on it, happy gaining and enjoy. Same goes for the jelqing work your way up to the full 20 mins.

Big thanks for the great bottle idea! I haven’t really thought about returning to PE anytime soon, as I have to do it stealth, and I decided that I would only do it with constant heat from IR lamp. But after.reading your idea, I’ve thought that I’d give it a try. Probably not as efficient as using IR lamp and small fulcrum, but stealthy, so at least possible for me to do now.

Won’t put extreme expectations, but will try.
