Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum

I’m not completely sure either. I would imagine that you are not limited by “Dorsal Thickening” judging by the description of your salami.
2 Small nerves should not limit or halt plastic tissue stretching.

No, I’ve had considerable length gains despite having “dorsal thickening” through regular and targeted stretching methods. The theory purports that you should approach training length in a different manner than those without “dorsal thickening” as the limiting factor is different than those without it.

Hey James Bond,

any advise for those who thinks they have “dorsal thicknening” ? In my humble opinion I believe additional warming up technique or some powerful constant heat method would make diference and help with this matter. What is your approach with this one ?

Constant heat has been crucial for me in my PE journey. Once I began to implement it my gains started to occur easier and with more frequency. As to your question regarding “dorsal thickening”, the approach is dependent on the amount of experience a person has and the exercises they’re performing.

I need to find some source of constant heat, I see people swearing in IR lamp but I don’t know if it can be harmfull in the same time and leave your skin dried out, I guess I will have to see it for myself.

Regarding the approach, truth speaking, I don’t think I am competent yet to run that conversation with you, I will read some more on my own and try to find things that works best for me. In the near future though, I still might ask for that advise.
