Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum

Congrats for your well structured routine. I have a great belief that it can lead to big gains in the long term with the less “toughening” possible.

I have nothing to add because you know exactly what you are doing. Please keep us updated in your progress thread. I will be a follower.

Thank you for your support. Privacy is needed especially with Day two exercise which would take quite some time to perform if done properly with attention.
Rest of the five days cycle can be done at least partly stealth so if you can manage to get privacy once in five days it could be done. Saying that it would of course mean same cycle works with anyone else but me. If it will that I surely don´t know.

I will be updating progress thread at least monthly after every five micro cycle measurements have been taken.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Hey Kyrpa,

English is not my native language and I’m having a hard time understanding the whole method that you are following. Where could I get more information about the Microcycles principles ? I’m trying to grasp your whole method as it looks very promising.

Thanks

Well my english is also secondary to my native language so here we are.

I am following my application of IPR (Inflammation, Proliferation, Remodeling) protocol.
Xenolith is some sort of a godfather for this principle when used in PE

xenolith - Finding xeno: a penis tale
He is explaining it in Page 8. Post 115 forward. There are many whom are following same kind of principles.
It would be beneficial for seasoned PE practitioners and especially when gains have stalled or slowed significantly.

I phase is supposed to be intense workouts to produce micro fracture level effect in tissues , P phase is for start remodeling collagen and R is rest.
IPR programs are divided to micro cycles having one to two days of work and up to three days of rest for a cycle. They are managed under macro level as I phase and are after few cycles followed by macro level P phases for a few weeks. After P phase is macro level R phase lasting from few weeks to months.

I am sure using search here at Thunders you will find lots of stories and practitioners and their logs under IPR or Inflammation, Proliferation, Remodeling.

Very thorough, thanks for having taken the time to answer Kyrpa. Cheers

When I first started PE my stretched out dick was long and thin, I didn’t continue properly but did stretching and jelqing from time to time. Now I’m back to PE and what I realised is that when I stretch its not long and thin anymore but more like there’s a hardened feeling inside and it feels like its not as long as it was. Could it be that I damaged my penis? Can it be fixed?

Kyrpa you are such an inspiration. That you came back after 10 years and started with hour long sessions with heating for allowing plastic deformation of buchs fascia and then cooling down extended and gained almost an inch above your previous plataeu is a break through proof of short and intense sessions is what creates growth.

Im going to buy the US machine you linked me and add it to my PMP high intensity routine. I have actually gained 2cm in the PMP since adopting a high intensity short duration routine and utilizing dmso on the shaft. I believe the dmso do actually help the buchs fascia stretch out.

Thank you for your kind words and congratulations on your progress.

Though in my case it seems to be septum and dorsal thickening of the tunica which were the limiting factor previously. Not the buchs faschia.

There is something in this method as seen also with manko007 who is hitting his previous plateau by hanging with similar procedures.

Intensity is one thing but I would like to emphasise Stress Relaxation being the key to open the doors for short intense sessions with no extreme forces needed to have a strain on the stretched unit.

I will be checking your progress log if there is descriptions how you do your exercises. I have been considering dmso myself so we have mutual interests on this topic.

Could i know what that machine is that you are talking about, my heat solution just broke and I might be getting my PMP out soon.

Thanks!

On page 40 the US machine is linked and the name is written in a post :)

I found this study on the temperature effected by US on tissue at different tissue depths. I thought it would be interesting to share since it pertains to targeting the thickening.

Rate of Temperature Increase in Human Muscle
During 1 MHz and 3 MHz Continuous
Ultrasound
https://www.jos pt.org/doi/pdf/ … t.1995.22.4.142

In a nutshell from what I read:
-At 1mhz you can reach +4° in 10min at 2.0W/cm2 at a depth of 2.5cm
-At 3mhz you can reach +4° in 3min at 2.0W/cm2 at a depth of 0.8cm
-The application technique should be limited to an area twice the size of the effective radiating area of the transducer (effective area = aprox surface area)
-The surface area of the transducer is 5cm^2 for this US

Based on the above one could get an US and effectively heat about 2 inches of dorsal thickening to 40° to break down the collagen easily.
At 3mhz even +6° or more is possible, so long as you can handle it.

A protocol where you divide your shaft into 2-3 segments and work each segment separately would result in optimal plastic deformation imo.
Perhaps one segment per set for a total of 2-3 sets.

Now to get an US… I’d like to be able to get a 3mhz capable one for fast heating. Anyone know of a decent yet affordable one? Kyrpa I know yours I think is 1mhz. In your experience would you get a 3mhz one or is 1mhz enough, and in your experience the rate and temperature increase is in line with the study?

Genesis 2006 = 5.8" x 4.7" /// Round 3 2019: Hanging again = 7.99" x 5.5" /// ST Goal 2019 = 8" x 6" /// End Game 2020 = 9" x 6.5"

Great find. It seems to be in line with my experiences and follows exactly this formula I have posted in another thread:
“For 1 MHz US they say it heats tissues with 0.2°C per w/cm^2 per minute.”

And also 0.6 °C per w/cm^2 per minute for 3 MHz goes is line with your posted values.

These formulas are from

Discussed in few posts previously here:
Calculating US thermal effects
post 129

If you ask me you should go for machine more powerful than mine.
You are right with dividing the shaft in segments to have it heated well enough. I do it with hot rice sock and it still is a task to get it done. I would say that you do nothing with machines powered below 1.6 w/ cm^2 . If I was purchasing machine now I would go for 3 MHz with 2.0 w/ cm^2.

And I know they come with a price. If they only were more affordable I wouldn’t hesitate to get one right away.

I know heat has been suggested as a major factor in loosening the merciless grip of the dorsal thickening.

Has anyone experimented with other ways to target our little foe? Manual massage, focused vibration, and focused utrasonic energy come to mind as ideas to try.

Could Shockwave therapy given under tension describe focused ultrasound energy you mentioned quite well.
Someone should give it a try.

Let’s see if I understand this. You are hearing with an ultrasound device and then do your routine.

Why not heat with ultrsound while under tension?

Starting BPEL 6 3/4" x EG 5 3/8"

Working on 10% increase :<]

Current BPEL 7 1/16" x EG 5 1/2"

Actually opposite. In fact I recommend not to use ultrasound without tension, it could be counterproductive for lenghtening efforts.

You need to introduce US under tension.
