I’ve used the search already, didn’t find anything about frequency of doing Kegels.
How often should they be done? Daily? Multiple times a day? What about frequency of break days?
In the past, I’ve done Kegels a bit, perhaps for about a month before I quit. I did them for 2 seconds each, don’t remember the count, but I got up to doing that for 5-10 minutes. Didn’t notice much improvement in staying power, which is what I’m mainly after.
Gotta give credit where it’s due. Massivewang’s routine sounds like a great idea here. After all, when you are trying to control ejaculation, you need to forcefully hold for more like 15-30 seconds.
This is my second day back at Kegeling, and this routine. I also started Kegeling while pumping last week. I was holding them for 15 secs (don’t know why that is a magic number, don’t ask). ;)
