New Kegel Method

I dont know about everyone else, but my least favorite part about PE is kegels. And it makes it much worse when your doing 400 to 700 of them a day. Well, the other day I was downloading PE documents and I came across a kegel program that made much more sense than just quickly squeezing your PC muscle over and over again hundreds of times. If you stop and think about it, building a strong PC muscle is about being able to control it for given amounts of time and not just squeezing it over and over again. I’ve been using this new technique and I feel it works much better than doing endless kegels.
There will be three categories of squeezes: Quick Squeezes, Long Squeezes, and Super Squeezes. When you do a Quick Squeeze, you kegel and hold it for 2 seconds then release. When you do a Long Squeeze, you kegel and hold it for 5 seconds then release. When you do a Super Squeeze, you kegel and hold it for 60 seconds then release. And believe me, you will definitely feel the Super Squeezes.

Start out like this and work your way up:

20 Quick Squeezes (work up to 100)
10 Long Squeezes (work up to 25)
1 Super Squeeze (work up to 10)

I’ve been increasing the number of Quick Squeezes by 10 each week, the number of Long Squeezes by 5 each week, and the number of Super Squeezes by 1 each week. And after about 2 or 3 months, you will have worked your way all the way up and will have a PC muscle of steel. Anyways, give it a shot and I hope you like it like I do.

I’ve always concentrated on doing longer kegel holds over short squeezes. My usual daily routine is 100 quick squeezes then three 90-second holds.

Yeah, when it comes to kegels, quality seems better than quantity. I’ve done many different types of routines and one thing that I really like is the “slow squeeze/5-10 sec hold/slow release” approach. It requires alot of concentration and control, but it seems to be the most efficient way to work the PC/BC musculature. Reckon the squeeze-up and release are usually about 5 seconds, key to it really is the steady control more than the exact time. Try it, it’s harder than it sounds! May be good in place of those 10 long squeezes in the middle of the above routine and variety is always nice.

sounds interesting, groa. I’ll have to experiment with that too. I always enjoy experimenting with new methods of PE and PC health.

Aren’t you supposed to hold(contract) the BC muscle instead of the PC muscle?.

When I kegel I have asked if holding a long squeeze is better then short ones. I was told here by they experts that the 5 second version was best.

I’ll give you this . When I hold a kegel for 30 seconds I feel a pleasurable tingle down the back of my legs all the way to my feet. So how could they be bad?

based on the thought that kegeling is what you use to prevent ejaculation it would make sense to go for at least a few longer ones per session. If you can only hold a kegel five seconds and are using that to prevent ejaculation at the end of that five seconds you are going to blow.

Im new to penis enlargement. I have a 6 inch penis but i would like it to br around 8 inches. I have no idea what all the diffrent muscles are. Can someone help me out. Which is the best exersise with the fastest resluts. And what are all the PC muscles n such. Plz help me ><.

To give you a quick answer. We are talking about exercising the BC muscle. When you urinate and it is time to stop there is a muscle you use to stop your pee. While doing kegels you force or contract this muscle many times to make it strong.

Thought I would up this for guys asking about kegels. Also, Massive Wang and others, I dont know HOW THE HELL you can do a “super squeeze” for 60 seconds….When I hold for as long as possible I start twitching and eventually fatigue at 30 seconds.

Thanks for the bump, Alrdybig. I really thing this is a great kegel method. I’ve still been using it since I first posted this. It’s really helped a lot with strengthening the bc muscle. Last time I had sex, I actually reached the point of no return, kegal really hard and stopped myself from cumming. That actually suprised me alot! I still had an orgasm, just no cum. You might think you can’t do the super squeezes, but I bet you can do at least one or two. However, the closer you get to sixty seconds, the funnier the faces you will make. hahaha

Hey guys,

I’m a newbie to PE (2 Weeks into exercising). I am trying to do kegeling but I guess it doesn’t really work. My understanding is that during ejaculation the BC muscle blasts out the cum (is that right ?). Well, if that is true, I can extinguish a candle with my cum 6 feet away !! So it’s working. The problem I face is that no matter which muscles I try to contract I feel no tug back on my noodle. So I believe I am contracting every single muscle except for the BC.

There is one more thing about me personally that might be of importance. I have defect nerves from my stomach downwards (desease from childhood) -so I don’t have the 100% feeling and control of muscels and other stuff like a “normal” person.

So, except for the tug-back of the penis, is there some other reaction/evidence (which I can see or feel with my hands) that tells me I am contracting the right muscle ??

Locating the bc muscle

About locating the BC, can you stop and restart urinating? The muscle used to cut off is the BC. You can also feel the base under/behind your scrotum, when you get an erection this also gets hard - that is where the BC is located. So try contracting any muscle that will stiffen the base under your scrotum!

Welcome to Thunders. If you have some nerves that don’t work from your stomach downwards, I assume that also means some lack of sensation in your penis.

If this is the case, you will have to do your PE carefully to make sure that you are not injuring yourself.

As far as knowing exactly what muscles you are contracting down there, I would suggest that you just keep working all those muscles between your dick and your arsehole, and over time, and with the development of those muscles, you will be able to tell which ones are which. It’s of benefit to work all of them.
