Do I kegel WHILE stretching?

A while back, I read that I’m supposed to kegel during stretching. For instance, I would pull on my penis until I can pull no more, then while it’s completely stretched, I’d do a kegel. That made sense to me and I always remembered it. However I haven’t PE’ed for a very long time and coming back, I see no one mentioning this with some even stating that too much kegel will prevent gains. So what am I supposed to do? Should I do a kegel while stretched or no?

You should not. If you pull your dick out and kegel at the same time, it’s just like a rope pulling contest between your arm and your BC muscle and that does no good.

But wouldn’t the pull from both sides in fact stretch the ligs of the penis, which is the point of the exercise to begin with? This is why it made sense to me a long time ago.

To understand the muscles involved in Kegel’s exercise, see this. The point of manual stretches is to stretch the ligaments. But the muscles that contract during a Kegel are not associated with the ligs which are the target of the exercise.

I always do quick kegels every second while I’m strechting. Is this wrong? I just figured it was a way to do two things at once even if they are not related.
