Is clamping a every day or every second day thing

Is it OK to do a 15-20 min session every day or should I stick to every second day. Also since length gains come from stretching and jelqing helps girth . Could I just warm up and stretch for 5 mins then clamp for 15mins and get length and girth gains that way.

I can’t really speak regarding clamping as it is not apart of my routine but I’m general regarding doing PE daily versus every other day, It seems to be based on your healing rate. So if you continue to get gains doing it daily and do not experience severe shrinkage after your

(Continued) sessions, then it is probably ok. Make sure you take at least 1 or 2 rest days per week. Make sure you’ve been doing PE for at least 6 months so your penis is tough enough to handle the stress of clamping. Otherwise you could get an injury like a burst blood vessel. Don’t clamp for longer than 5-15 mins. You don’t want to cut off circulation for too long. Does anyone else have any ideas?

I did a clamp session and my length increase a little over 0.5cm almost 1cm. I know it’s temp but still. And to the mod sorry a post so much. I’ll stick to one post.

When I clamp I go from 5cm to 5.25 like I said before but my length increases .5-1cm also how long till I can keep that extra .5-1cm I’m guessing a couple months.

I’m about the same. +0.25” in length and girth when clamped. Give or take a bit. I think it’s a decent amount. I’ve heard of guys getting more expansion than that, but I think it’s enough to cause gains over the long term.

Stick to 10 minute sets (or less) to make sure you’re getting enough oxygen. Doesn’t make sense to suffocate the same tissues we’re trying to grow.

An other interesting way to see clamping is clamped edging, Houstonwoods does that and he has gained a tremendous amount of girth.

No one answerwd my original question if I’m clamping do I have to jelq. Or can I just stretch and clamp for length and girth gains.
