Is clamping a every day or every second day thing

You can do what you want if it works for you. Try it! There are no definite answers in PE. You are a pioneer.
You can just clamp or just jelq or both.

Some clamp everyday. Some every other day. Do what works for you. Try it in slwo steps.

You can gain lenght and girth same time.
A very advanced(!) thing is clamped stretches which tntjockey did. He gained length and girth.

So no, you dont “have to” jelq. But its beneficial especially alongside clamping. But only in the right intensity(which only you know)

So is 5.5in girth considered big to girls. I’ve been reading threads and people say 5.5 is huge. I give 5.25 expansion when clamping I guess I’m not far from huge. Lol also I got no length expansion yesterday. Could it be my penis is getting over worked

Depends on the girl. But if she had 100 guys 5.5 would be considered big and you couldnt just shove it in with most girls.

As for the expansion..can be but need more PI ‘s .

PI’s I got brain freeze what does it mean again. I know I get morning wood like every morning again. Even tho I’m 22 it was never a everyday thing.

I always thought edging while clamped was part of clamping itself… but clamped edging, to me, is the most fun PE exercise.

I’d place my bet on 5.5 being huge, if not undoubtedly close to it.

So thought I’d post this some what update as I’m a little excited by it. So I’ll make this short as possible. I was doing my normal clamping for 10 mins I measured and I was 5.25 inches I let the clamp go to let the blood go then a few mins later I got hard and clamped as far to the base as possible and I edged and go really hard with clamp on and measured and I was 5.45 just right before the 5.5 inch mark I never hit this mark before so I stay hard for awhile then released the clamp. Usually now with clamp off if I got hard if be my normal 5in but I tried I got erect again and it sounds dumb but I felt bigger and harder then I ever have so I measured and I was 5.25 withiut clamp never had this happen before. I know it’s probably temp gain but still hope this means I’m in the right track and will get this as a permenant gain. Soon

Gains in the clamp will eventually turn into gains in normal erect size. So you gained from 5.25” girth in the clamp up to 5.45” that’s +0.2” eventually that will show up as +0.1” or +0.2” in your normal erect size. It could be a technique difference, or an EQ difference. But after a while of clamping, you will have tried the full spectrum of techniques and had a variety of EQ’s, and a new max will truly mean a new max.

“Eventually” is different for everyone, but for me it would mean as little as a few weeks, or as much as 3-6 months. Some people think taking a rest period will solidify the gains, I’m beginning to become one of them.

If it was a technique difference that got you the extra +0.2” of clamped girth - keep doing that technique obviously. More expansion is better for gains.

For me, after clamping I retain some of the girth for a little while, perhaps an hour or less. I’ve read that it is fluid build up, but it’s a small effect for me, about 0.125” or less. Some people get much more, 0.25” or 0.5” of this fluid build up. So your 5.25” post-clamp measurement is probably not all true gains yet. But it will be real gains some day soon.

I only monitor the clamped girth, and un-clamped girth (on non-PE days). I don’t keep track of post-clamp girth because I think the growth happens as a result of how far we stretch the tissues during the exercise.
