Yes, a standard ‘you are new’ thread for newbies, like we need another one but whatever. These questions are repeated very often and they annoy me. If you know another question that gets asked often, post it.
1) Where the hell do I start!?!?!?!
If you don’t follow the forum guidelines, you will be requested to do so, if you still don’t you get banned, very simple.
A good, effective routine (designed by luvdadus) to get you started, and let you learn the moves while you read up and develop a more specific routine to your time/privacy/goals situations. Or you might like the newbie routine and keep doing it. DO NOT start a thread asking for someone to give you a routine, because you will either get a link the to newbie routine, get ignored, or get me swearing at you.
This is where you will be doing most of your initial posting, but before you start asking 500 questions, start reading. Read the sticky threads first, then start reading the others, starting at the top thread and working down. YES, ACTUALLY DO THIS!! Knowledge is power and all that. You may read a lot of confusing advanced technical stuff in the other forums, just ignore that at first, and learn the basics here.

5) What is a kegel?
A kegel is the name given to the voluntary contraction of the BC muscle. It is the muscle that you use to ‘stop the flow’ when you take a piss. Regularly exercising this muscle by contracting it in this way will lead to stronger erections. Search for more info!
6) What are these ligs I keep hearing about?
Ligaments attach from the shaft of your penis to the pubic bone. Pull your penis out and feel around at the base, that’s the ligs. Get an erection, and feel around behind your balls. This is your inner penis. The only thing that is stopping the inner penis from being outside your body is the ligaments. Therefore, you can gain length by stretching these ligaments. This is done with a downward stretching or hanging angle. Lig stretching is the quickest and easiest way to gain length, but there is a limit to how much you can get from it, which differs from person to person.
7) What is this tunica I keep hearing about?
A tough fibrous sheath surrounding the spongy erectile tissues. When you have gained all you can from lig stretching, you gain more length by stretching the tunica. This makes the actual shaft longer, allowing more blood to fill in when you get an erection. It is tougher, larger and harder to stretch than the ligs, but is certainly possible, and necessary if you intend to gain multiple inches. The tunica is also the limiting factor for girth, when it is pumped with blood it stretches laterally, making a wider area for blood to fill in when you get an erection.
8) What the fuck is the LOT theory?
The LOT theory (invented by Bib), is a way of determining how much gain potential you have left from the easier lig stretching, and how to tell when there are no more gains to be had from ligs and tunica work should be done. LOT stands for ‘Loss Of Tugback’, and is a given number from 6-12 like the hours of a clock (see below). When your LOT is 8 or higher, lig work is the best choice, when it is 7:30 or below tunica work is the the best choice. Remember to cement your gains before switching angles (see question 12)
9) How do I find out what my LOT is?
Did you read the link in the above question? Probably not, but here is the short version:
Pulling your penis straight up towards your chin is 12 o’clock, pulling down to your feet is 6 o’clock, and pulling straight out in front of you is 9. Pull up to 12, and perform a kegel. If the head of the penis tugs back, inwards to the body, move down to 11 and kegel again. Repeat until you find the point at which the head no longer tugs back = loss of tugback. If the head moves back only slightly, and there is ‘flexing’ at the base this can be considered LOT.

10) How long will it take before I gain?
Results are different for everyone, could be 2 weeks, could be several months, could (in rare instances) be years. Most people make good gains within the first 3 months, along with stronger erections, but the gain rate slows over time. If you plan to gain an inch or more, this will usually take over a year but the end result is well worth it. Of course, there are some lucky individuals who gain large amounts in short periods of time, I hope this is you but don’t be discouraged if it is not.
11) How much can I actually gain?
A lot have people have gained over an inch, a few have gained over 2 inches, several have gained over 3 and a handful have gained over 4. Most people do not need to gain this much, and probably could if they wanted to, which is why not many have - through choice. How much do you want to gain, and how much do you want it?
12) What does ‘cementing gains’ mean?
When you make a gain, be it FSL or EL, if you stop doing PE it will likely go away. You need a few weeks more of continued PE to ‘cement’ the gain, so that it is permanent. To do this, continue with the routine that got you the gain in the first place. After reaching their goals, most people taper off PE, dropping the amount they do slowly over a period of months to make sure the gains are cemented. This is called the maintenance period. Some will continue to do PE forever, even after reaching their goals for penile health and flaccid hang. Or just plain addiction.
13) My penis is curved, can I fix that?
Yes, PE can fix curves. Normal stretching will tend to do this, as one side of the penis is tigher than the other, which is what creates the curve. This side will automatically receive more stress and the curve should even out.
14) I’m an old guy, can I still gain from PE?
Yes, in fact some people theorise that gains come easier for the older guys.
15) Will getting a bigger dick solve my depression, make me a spectacular lover, fix my financial situation and generally turn me into the life and soul of the party?
No, but it is one piece of the puzzle. There is a great confidence boost and sense of contentement that you can look forward to when you start making progress, but you have to do the rest yourself.
16) Do I need to do manual exercises before I start hanging?
Back in the old days, most people started with hanging. The answer is no, as long as you start with low weights and increase over a period of time, you don’t need to do a manual routine first unless you want to.
17) Does masturbation affect PE?
A good answer from a clever guy, which I agree with:
Note that masturbating before PE might make the head a bit sensitive, so it would probably be best to leave an hour or more after doing the dirty with Rosy Palm and her 5 sisters.
18) What is the REAL average size?
p-pal’s thread contains graphs based on the starting measurements on size’s PE database (link at the bottom of every page).

19) Are you sure PE works?
Yes! Do you honestly thing we would all get together and discuss all this, posting fake routines and results for all these years as well as paying for an expensive server to keep the site online just for fun? It fucking works damnit!!!
20) Are the gains from pumping permanent?
Apparently so, but some think that a maintenance pumping routine should be done, and that pumping gains are more easily cemented when included in a routine with other moves.
21) How do I make a donation?
How much would you honestly pay to know how to get a bigger dick? How much would you pay to have a support group of experienced people to help you get gains faster and more safely? After deciding the amount you would pay for that, please consider a small donation. Thanks!
