I forgot the part about routine.

To get my more recent gains this past year I have used a combination of clamping at various time intervals and several squeezes.

As far as clamping went I started with 5 minute sets then worked up to doing more sets and more time per set. Sometimes I will do very long clamps 15-20 minute, but only do 1 set.

The squeezes I do are:
10 Standard Ulis
10 Sadsak Head girths
10 Horse 440’s
10 Modded Ulis

The mod that I do is by using my free hand and an OK grip at about mid shaft, then proceed to do a Uli with both hands at the same time.

I will add time to the holds as I recondition my penis, but for everything but the 440’s I just do second long holds, the 440’s I do 5 second holds. I like to do 2 sets of each for each session, normally done in two blocks as they are laid out above.

Sometimes I would also split up sessions by doing a heavier load mid day and do another smaller session at night. I do this kind of stuff Monday Wednesday Friday, sometimes I will do some lighter stuff on Saturdays but it is rare.

I’ve gained .7 inches in girth in the past 8 months. And it’s really all from jelqing. I started and did about 3 months of sporadic clamping, but I didn’t like how it was killing my sensitivity, so I went to VERY intense jelqing only. The kind where you’re fully erect and using a lot of pressure. It is no doubt very dangerous. My EQ takes a hit as a result, so to stay erect I use a very weak cock ring behind the balls to stay hard. No circulation is cut off, though.

I’ve seen no signs of these intense jelqs failing to work, so I’ll keep doing them.

I can’t remember what my beginning stats were, I’ve lost that data by changing my sig so many times. However, judging by looking at old videos I’d say I was sporting less than 5” girth, and flaccid length was just the tip sticking out of the fat pad, like one of those little Vienna Sausages. Currently I do not really manual clamp because I do some actual clamping, but before that I achieved a lot of girth gains by first manual clamping for 5 minutes, then combining that with some jelqing while I held the base, I could never jelq the full time due to almost ejaculating but it got some great expansion.

Manual clamping is a way you can do some girth work with a lot of control, if it doesn’t feel right you release your grip and everything is back to normal. That being said you need to proceed with caution because it can be pretty intense when you first start out.

For my current clamping I do 5, 10, 12.5, 15, and 20 minute sets kind of depending on what feels right that day. I am up to about 30 minutes of clamping per session, so I try to start with a 15 or 20 minute one then do another shorter one after. Sometimes if I am too horny and can’t hold the clamp for a long period I will do a bunch of 5 minute sets.

All I do is Jelqing but I go pretty hard myself at high erections but not as hard as you, it scares me to do that, especially after hearing about those venous leaks that people have been getting. I have gained .6 in girth in all and I am at 5.4EG midshaft and hoping to get to 6

Did you relased the grip for each new jelq-stroke? Or did you clamped and hold it for some strokes then released the grip? Eather way for how long did you stroke? Dident that create a enormous pressure on your halleluja ;)

I feel that it’s the right time to share some of my gains and my history of PE.

I started out to jelq a little when I heared from a friend of mine that had heard from someone doing jelqs and that this guy had grown a larger dick but the guidelines to a jelq was tiny, so I did som jelqs in the shower just doing strokes with schampo as lubricant maybe 150-400 I did that for maybe a month on and off, then I buyed a jex-extender and started to use it as the instructional advised, maybe for 1-2 months don’t exactly remeber -long time ago. This round of time I fined TP :) .
With TP as guidlines to PE I started with newbieroutine for maybe a month or two, Idid use both wet and dry jelq with standard ok grip and overhand ok grip and I did a
Wet-jelq -I used a overhand OK grip and stroked it down to the glans then I hold it there and started a jelq stroke with the other hand with an overhand OK grip into I reached the other hand at that time I take the first hand applied and started a new stroke with it, (EL maybe 50-60%) with this jelq technique I traped blood in the penis.
I have done PE in short periods I think totally 6-8 month at maximum with alot of time gap.

I started out with NBPEL:15.6-15.7cm/6.15inch, EG(near the base) 11.7cm/4.6inch —> Now BPEL: 18-18.2cm/7.1inch MSEG: 12.3cm/4.8inch.

Today I clamped for the first time and I intergrate with jelq feelt real good, when I read on this post I saw that the most of you did like to jelq when the unit is unloaded -thanks for that! -When I start to manual clamp for 5 min then the dick is full of blood but not erected and then I start to jelq it felt really good, after about 3-5min of jelqing I started to clamp again for 3-5min to get the blood in the penis and after that jelq again.

What you guys think about this routine someone tryied if -what results?

For those of you who have gained an inch or more I think that it can be said that it is real growth instead of just erection improvement. I feel that permanent growth will be made in the corpora cavernosa. Have you big gainers seen a noticable widening and thickening of these two chambers and not just the urethral area? I’d really like to measure over 2 inches wide across the top.

I have been jelqing, clamping, bends and pumping. Anyone able to point out what they think contributed most to the expansion and growth of the corpora cavernosa chambers. It makes sense to me that plump bends would do this and I really feel the most expansion when I perform those. Maybe I just answered my own question but would like other suggestions/opinions… Thanks!
