Monty, your “Golf Weight Dick Blasters” sound pretty nifty. How long have you been doing that exercise, and have you seen results that you would attribute directly to the GWDB? Are you following up with ADS or ADC after the Blasters? I’ve always wanted to try the golf weight ADS, of which you are kinda the Godfather, but I have been using a new velcro strap cinch wrap that I have been using as an ADC and has been working pretty well for me. I haven’t been trying very hard to gain length, which I perceive is what the golf weights (ADS) are best at helping with? But I’m thinking that I might have to get a set just to try out your “Blasters”. When a guy has been around this forum as long as you have, I feel like it’s worth taking notice when he gets excited about a new technique, right?

Monty I could be wrong but I believe they have no problem with you posting how you do things.

They don’t want anyone promoting a secret sauce technique. This forum has always been about free information. So if you want to post your girth techniques in a thread on Thunder’s, I don’t think there is any problem with it.

I personally believe you should start your own girth thread stating everything you did. Keep all the information on the Thunder’s forum. Don’t be telling people to go off site to get the methods used. Don’t be charging people or make people subscribe to a newsletter to get the real juice. I am not saying you are doing that part. It is just my understanding that Thunder’s has always been about the free flow of information.

The only other concern would be to many threads start sounding like a marketing for your blog or website. One of the reasons why I would rather have all your stuff on one thread. Just my opinion though.

Can any one explain what good girth workout should feel like on the penis after and up to the next day(positive physical indicators of growth) and explain what a bad workout would feel like ( any negative physical indicators of over workout)

Worked! Sore at most. Never pain.
Best is to start with low intensity and time and observe what happens during, after and next days in response to it. Then adjust..
Having no easy erection next day can be good for example. If you stretched the circular tunica layer beyond its normal size it will have trouble filling it.
But having bad eq for many days might not be so good. Same with shrinking(you probably did too much)

I aim for a thicker wider hang. Flushed. A bit hot feeling to it.

It sounds like I am over doing it I will adjust my routine accordingly any advice on that would be greatly appreciated .my routine so far was 5 minutes warm up 5 minutes stretching and then 3sets of 5 minutes in the bathmate with full erection allowing my self to get full erection every time going back in bathmate I only have about a month in starting PE and my stats are 5.5 EL x 5.0 EG

Before starting PE 5.5 EL x 4.6 EG I doubt my EG gains are permanent but haven’t did any PE work in 4 days and I have maintained my 5.0 EG my symptoms directly after the workout was soreness thicker longer flaccid no pain or discomfort east to get erection night and morning wood but the following day I noticed sharp little pains like small cuts in the tissue of my shaft when I would rub it especially at the right side of base and a slight change in my erection direction slightly pointing to 11 a clock rather then 12 as it normally dose and discomfort having sex. Now today the Sharp pains are all gone and no discomfort all I did was keep rubbing it down and applying heat and lay off PE for 4 days my erection is also back to pointing at 12 a clock now that some of swelling on the right side of shaft base is no longer present.

Sorry I didn’t explain very well what I mean is it feels like I have small cuts inside my penis tissue rips or tears nothing visible and nothing to pain full like some tissue has cracked and needs to heal but that feeling is just about all gone. And yes my bathmate is the Hercules It don’t have any Gage unfortunately so I just go by feel but yes I will cut down on some pressure thanks for your help Sir .
