I’m needing a little bit of encouragement, and nothing beats hearing about others doing well.

I started at 4.5” MSEG and am now slightly above 5”. Most of my growth happened the second part of year one of PE, when I added pumping in.

I’m still growing, but it is slower. Well that maybe isn’t correct — midshaft is slower, but the rest of my penis seems like it is “even-ing” out (traffic cone shape is less extreme, the taper is gentler).

I am shooting for 5.5” right now, and would be EXTREMELY happy if I happened to get 5.75”+

I would love to hear your success stories.

How long did it take you? What exercises seemed to have done the most for you?

Uli’s, form an ok grip at the base of the penis hold for 20-30 seconds while fully erect. But now your going to apply another OK grip below the glans. This should trap the bulge in the mid shaft. I never done this before I just came up with the idea reading this post. I may do this myself. Be careful though it sounds a bit extreme.

I do something similar while jelqing. Every few jelqs, I incorporate that smoothly into the set. It gets routine and almost seemless. Like a jelq-squeeze/hybrid ULI? It seems to cause good expansion.

Sta-kool- I share your frustration and curiousity/questions here, and I will be following this thread. I am also a hard girth gainer. I have not gained an inch of girth myself, only about 2/3 of an inch. I started out a little smaller than you, 4.375EG back in 2002. I got up to 4.9 before nearly 4 years away from PE. I lost some of it, was back down to 4.6EG before beginning full-time PE again in September 2008. I am back to hovering around 5EG, but can’t seem to break the barrier definitively and cement it.

After all this time and work without much success, it is time for more extreme measures in my opinion. That is how I developed the routine I am using, and have been experimenting with some alternate specifics. One thing I will say, clamping is NECESSARY. I am a “more is more” kind of PE’er myself, and I feel the only way I will get more is to clamp. I don’t need or want any more length really, my wife is small/petite and I can bottom out. It’s just this damn pathetic girth…

I began clamping without any pumping about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I had been doing like it says in my routine in the PE data site, but I have decided to take out the pumping completely for a while and see what happens. I think there is something to this, and I can elaborate about the details if anyone is interested. I will give this about another 8-12 weeks and see where it leads. I honestly believe this will give me the next 1/8-1/4”EG. I highly recommend the Air Clamp. I am going to order another one, I think i am wearing my first one out!

I went from 4.3” EG to 5.3” EG (can wear Magnums, requirement for those condoms are ~5.25” EG :) ). I attribute most of my gains to sadisky sinky exercises and clamping. Currently I have a clamped EG of 6.25” and am wondering how long it will take to reach that girth. It’s hard to really see any gains because they constantly happen in such infinitesimal amounts. Dedication pays off, even if it takes years…

My short term goal is 6.0 EG non-clamped in October on my birthday. Think I can go from 5.3” cemented to 6.0” in ~4 months? Damn straight I will! :)

Oh and I’ve been performing PE since June 2007 but had a 8 month straight layover/decon break incorporated in that time frame. So I’ve been performing PE for 16 months.

The trick I think is not being anxious, anxiety shrinks girth, try drinking green tea 45 minutes prior to PE. And if your doing girth work plan on warming up for at least 20 minutes.

Since your clamped EG is so large, when you get aroused and get your erection, is it squishy? Or is it stiff? because my erections are hard as hell and I really really want to start clamping, but am afraid of it going soft on me when I get an erection and not being hard anymore.


Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

I started at 4.7, and gained quite a lot from the newbie routine – after four months I measured 5.2 midshaft. Then I added clamping, which I in retrospect sort of regret. I didn’t start gaining again until I gave up clamping and started a light pumping routine, which made me get to 5.7 in three months.

After that, I haven’t seen any real gains for a long time. Lately I have been doing a combined routine with water pumping (Bathmate) and jelqing. I suspect that I’ve pretty much reached my limit (and I’ve gained more than I ever hoped to gain, my initial goal was 7” X 5.5”), but it seems like the Bathmate has helped me to “even out” my girth – my head girth is slowly increasing.

So I would say that pumping and jelqing have been doing it for me. And changing routines.

I am at 6.75 head, 6.25 M. I have not really seen any growth yet but I think I am not working as hard as I need to. Just one thing I wanted to mention. I am on testosterone gel for low T, I started losing hair so he put me on Avodart. I am also applying DHT gel to my penis daily. I never felt so thick. However after being on the Avodart for two weeks now my girth has shrunk. I did some reading on it and it sounds like Avodart kills off the DHT receptors in the shaft. Anyone else experience this? It sucks.I want thickness but I don’t want to lose my hair. Uggh!

Whats more important to you? And does DHT gel really help?
